I am the owner and dentist of a dental office in Scottsdale, Arizona. I provide cosmetic and implant dentistry.
For what projects/services did your company hire Siva Solutions Inc., and what were your goals?
The goals were to increase my organic search rankings and to increase new patient flow to my office with a PPC campaign. They developed my website. They also managed my social media posts.
How did you select Siva Solutions Inc. and what were the deciding factors?
They seemed like they knew what they were doing, Armando is very convincing. Armando scammed me into spending around $50,000 in services that were totally worthless.
Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and campaigns.
They did develop a good website, but that is where the good news ends. They totally dropped the ball from there. My search rankings have dropped over the last 12 months. I have had very poor PPC results after spending $1500 a month on google ads. When I approached them, Armando, my contact, wasn't even aware of where my search results currently were or that his company was even managing my PPC. I was spending $2000 a month with this company and nobody was actually doing anything.
How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
I only worked with Armando, but the rest of the work was outsourced to someone from another country. They only responded in the middle of the night via a portal message. The messages were always in poor English. He must have been using cheap foreign designers and it showed.
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
It has been the worst result I have had in 17 years of business. This business did not deliver on any of the services as promised. My rankings dropped, my PPC campaign had poor results, and my social media posts were so embarrassing I had to routinely delete them.

Armando was available by phone until you had a problem. Then he wouldn't return your calls. When I wanted to switch SEO companies he held my website files ransom until I paid him even more money. This company has no ethics and does not care about its customers or its performance.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
Nothing impressive to say. Total rip-off, unless you like throwing away tens of thousands of dollars a year.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
They could have actually followed through with something. They could have actively managed my SEO and PPC like I was paying them to do. They could have provided better customer service. They could have been more cooperative when I realized they were totally incompetent for the job and wanted to move on.
