Our general manager found Sinntec online together with two other companies. We contacted three firms and asked for their proposals. In the end, Sinntec’s proposal was the one that worked best for our company’s needs. On top of that, they replied right away. Moreover, they were very professional and showed great availability. Everything was very smooth with them, which made us feel like they were the best for this project.

We spent 230,000 Mexican pesos (approximately $11,500 USD).

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from February–August 2021. The project lasted six months.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We met all of our goals, and our results were good. As a result, we thought about commercializing the app because we believe other companies in our field would find it very useful.

They completed everything on time, and the project was very well documented. On top of that, their communication skills were great. Whenever I had questions, Sinntec's project manager responded right away and ensured that our needs were resolved.

Their working methodology and response time were impressive.

The Sinntec team should increase their personnel so they could have more developers available.

I am a Manager for an Environmental, Health and Safety Consulting Company, of which we provide a wide range of services from engineering to government permits.

Due to the global growth in digital services in the last 2 years, we decided it was time for us to sum our efforts in order to develop an online system that provides the most efficient process in our management of compliance, services and activities. Our goals were to establish a new platform for us and our clients that could improve most of our services and management tasks.

First and foremost, we are just a business consulting company, of which we do not have the experience nor the resources for us to develop the software in-house, so to this task we needed a fully experienced software company that could help us reach our goals.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The main objective from the software was to implement it within our company and 40 of our customers. To this date we have successfully run the trials and implementation of the software, remaining tasks are from our side such as complete appropriate customer information.

Since the beginning, even before the start-up dates, deliverables where established with dates and measurable performance, communication was great throughout the entire process and in the rare occasions were some reviews passed the deadlines we received the immediate situation and what step of the process was taking such time. This communication was across many platforms, such as e-mails, instant messages and agile management applications where detailed steps and progress could be seen as instant and requested. Timelines where reasonable and the whole project was followed as expected.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What we admired the most was the knowledge the provider has in this area of software development, and the capacity to transmit to the customers easy comprehension of the project, even though sometimes it can get a little bit tricky to understand. Aside from the expertise, professional service remained the most valued asset in the process.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

While in fact the quality of work was great, we did not contemplate the time it would take us to review and apply each trial and comment on project development, maybe it could be more clear since the beginning the actual time and effort the customer would need to dedicate to approve each deliverable.

I am the CEO of Todos en Bici, which is a bike rental service business with locations around Nuevo Leon.

For what projects/services did your company hire Sinntec Innova Tech, and what were your goals?

We hired Sinntec Innova Tech to design an APP for us which would allow us to register users, who will then pay a membership fee to have access to our bike rental stations across Nuevo Leon. Our goals were to provide this service at an accessible price and to provide a useful and intuitive APP for our users.

How did you select Sinntec Innova Tech and what were the deciding factors?

We had previously hired them to design and implement our POS system. They provide high quality and fast service, which is what we needed.

We designed a system that would be able to generate a QR code for users who have payed the membership. They would then use this code to obtain a reduced price for our services. We began with the creation of this code, and then expanded into having a chronometer and map for our bike rental stations. Finally, we included space for advertising.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We have completed the project and are in the process of registering users for our service. The APP works as expected and is providing us with new tools to expand our business.

Throughout the project we had many online meetings, which were used to discuss the design and scope of the project. We always used google meet and never had any communication problems.

They were always available when we needed them or had any questions. They provided quick responses and have delivered timely support when needed.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

They could have given us more examples of the app as it was being designed.

I am a general director of a security and control solutions company. I've created an app for buses.

We cooperate with Sinntec for +2 years in different software development support for our android apps.

We have 4 android apps, and Sinntec supports us for lot of points like:

Flexibility to do several different projects and technical preparation of the people. If we have an emergency, they are available to start in 7 days. Thats very good

We constantly had meetings so that they could receive the information of what we needed the system to do. They mapped all the processes and gave us a budget with payment dates and deliverables in each of the stages. They supported us and always responded promptly to every need.

We maintained direct communication with the project leader and coordination, although there were more people involved. For our part, there were about 5 people involved including the project leader.

Not only did we receive the developed project on time for our October event, but we were able to test everything beforehand. That way, we could fine-tune the operation before the final delivery date.

Communication was so good that any detail could be adjusted within the moment. We do not consider that there is much to improve, they are excellent!

I am the operations manager of a collection platform for portfolio recovery.

We had the need to create a mobile application so that our clients could generate their charges in remote locations with technological access (internet), our goal was to have a platform that was capable of receiving these charges with or without internet

After the month of launch of the app, the use increased by 16% compared to the previous page, after 3 months the entry to the app was an average 10%, which has been sustained to date. The level of satisfaction and efficiency of our clients rose considerably.

Sinntec Innova Tech's level of commitment was exceptional, all the time. They kept us up to date with progress, it was not necessary to make calls to ask for progress or status, Sinntec was very responsible and professional in communicating with us.

For us, Sinntec's degree of commitment, technological knowledge and vision in the implementation was a fundamental part of the development of our app.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

We think that the serenity, security, knowledge and the protocols that were executed in the development were in the correct measure for the development of our app, we are sure that Sinntec measures its efforts to ensure a work of excellence for each of its clients. .
