We hired them to develop a mobile app.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Sinntech Innova Tech built an app aimed to monitor our trainers and supervisor’s activities working in the field.
What was the team composition?
We worked directly with two people, including an engineer and a project manager.
How did you come to work with Sinntec Innova Tech?
Our general manager found Sinntec online together with two other companies. We contacted three firms and asked for their proposals. In the end, Sinntec’s proposal was the one that worked best for our company’s needs. On top of that, they replied right away. Moreover, they were very professional and showed great availability. Everything was very smooth with them, which made us feel like they were the best for this project.
How much have you invested in them?
We spent 230,000 Mexican pesos (approximately $11,500 USD).
What is the status of this engagement?
We worked together from February–August 2021. The project lasted six months.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
We met all of our goals, and our results were good. As a result, we thought about commercializing the app because we believe other companies in our field would find it very useful.

Due to the global growth in digital services in the last 2 years, we decided it was time for us to sum our efforts in order to develop an online system that provides the most efficient process in our management of compliance, services and activities. The main objective from the software was to implement it within our company and 40 of our customers. To this date we have successfully run the trials and implementation of the software, remaining tasks are from our side such as complete appropriate customer information.

Since the beginning, even before the start-up dates, deliverables where established with dates and measurable performance, communication was great throughout the entire process and in the rare occasions were some reviews passed the deadlines we received the immediate situation and what step of the process was taking such time. This communication was across many platforms, such as e-mails, instant messages and agile management applications where detailed steps and progress could be seen as instant and requested. Timelines where reasonable and the whole project was followed as expected.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
What we admired the most was the knowledge the provider has in this area of software development, and the capacity to transmit to the customers easy comprehension of the project, even though sometimes it can get a little bit tricky to understand. Aside from the expertise, professional service remained the most valued asset in the process.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
While in fact the quality of work was great, we did not contemplate the time it would take us to review and apply each trial and comment on project development, maybe it could be more clear since the beginning the actual time and effort the customer would need to dedicate to approve each deliverable.

We hired Sinntec Innova Tech to design an APP for us which would allow us to register users, who will then pay a membership fee to have access to our bike rental stations across Nuevo Leon. Our goals were to provide this service at an accessible price and to provide a useful and intuitive APP for our users.

We had previously hired them to design and implement our POS system. They provide high quality and fast service, which is what we needed.

We designed a system that would be able to generate a QR code for users who have payed the membership. They would then use this code to obtain a reduced price for our services. We began with the creation of this code, and then expanded into having a chronometer and map for our bike rental stations. Finally, we included space for advertising.
