What were your goals for this project?

We wanted to build a robust and easy-to-access solution for the online purchase of the grocery items. We introduced the concept of delivery handling and management so as to enable the easy supplies of the online purchased items.

Our end motive was to avail the service of ‘Buy Now’ for both the probable business and end-user consumers. With the inclusion of the master admin, we wanted to enable the systematic pine lining of the grocery sales and delivery process.

We aimed to achieve the development of the platform so as to ease the entire process and thankfully we were able to achieve the same alongwith the unfailing efforts of our technology partner, Singsys.

Upon the selection aspects, we hadn’t had to brainstorm any significant other choice. Since, we were already confident of the expertise of the firm in delivering the IT products with our earlier experience of getting up our website, so we were pretty sure of the choice. Since majorly the project was an e-commerce store for grocery items with probable businesses and end-users being our buyers, we aimed to keep a balanced UI/UX so as to cover up the best and lucid experience for our end-users.

Upon the project design and development, after the initial brainstorming with the team of Designers and Business Strategists, Singsys availed us the detailed documentation upon how the entire mobile application would be conceptualised.

Please describe your company and your position there.

Ashok Tripathi I am the Founder and CEO of the Zions Group. We, at Zions Group offer full-spectrum event management services. We offer end-to-end event conceptualisation solutions and have successfully mapped our expertise in event planning, management, promotional activities, educational seminars, college annual functions, fashion shows, road shows, musical concerts, exhibitions and corporate events.

For what projects/services did your company hire Singsys?

We approached Singsys for our website design and development so as to avail online presence for the services we offer. We wanted to bring forth our illustrative event management services upon the online digital paradigm so that we could reach the broadest spectrum of interested leads. Additionally we have hired the firm for the branding services as well including SEO and SMM. We owe an indebted share to Singsys for the band positioning they have done for us. We have emerged as the most celebrated brand for wedding planning and corporate events management in the state because of the sincere efforts of this firm. Our branding is still dealt by Singsys, wherein we are reaching milestones with each passing day. Many thanks to Singsys!

What were your goals for this project?

Since, we were already catering to the needed clients upon the ground ever since 2003 with the conceptualisation of our group, we wanted to shout-out to the world our prime services. We consulted the firm and was strategy suggested for online marketing and brand positioning. Thereby, marketing website design and development followed next with SEO and SMM being the core post counterparts to serve the purpose of upscaling our brand digitally in 2013. It has been a solid rock association of five years now and we are still achieving more and more brand positioning for our event management company.

How did you select this vendor?

Much to the surprise with the initial primarily search, we had shortlisted only two firms for the website development with Singsys being one of the preferred one already. Upon the initial meeting, the business analysis and consulting that we achieved regarding the strategic processing, essentially won all grounds. We were simply awestruck by their edging prospect of visualizing the entire agenda even before availing the viable product. We were suggested a user-friendly yet informative website for our business venture and their business analyst clearly explained the step by step process that would be adopting to position our services online. With such an overwhelming first-hand experience who couldn’t stop oneself from going with such world-class experts. Even the pricing model was budget-friendly. It was eventually a win-win deal for us.

Describe the project and the services they provided in detail.

We started off with the website design and documentation. For the designing, we were availed three iterations unless we were completely satisfied with the proposed designing and then commenced with the development phase. It was an informative, marketing website which was built where all the exclusive services we avail in terms of wedding services was strategically focussed. It was an all-inclusive coverage of all the services we offer but the firm strategically highlighted the wedding services since it matched the psychological and local mapping of the feo-terran we were focussing at. Further for SEO services, thorough competitor analysis was done beforehand so as to filter-out aptest digital strategies for marketing purposes.

What was the team composition?

For the design and development of the website, we were assigned a proficient and experienced which included a Project Manager, Graphic Designer, Web Developer, HTML Developer, QA and Testing Engineer. Upon the SEO and SMM, we were availed separately a Digital Marketing Executive who is still overseeing all the needed tasks to keep us ranking at the top on various search engines.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

The entire online strategy alongwith with the website was a huge success indeed. We generated 10X more leads with the organic marketing alone. Now running at a rate between 20X to 25X lead conversion, we are able to stabilize our revenue. It has given a whole new paradigm to our Event Management Company. Zions Group on a whole has benefitted with the project. Our presence on major social media platform is impressive. We are ranking at the top for all the targeted keywords and beyond.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

The on-the-go services and the never-falling support from Singsys team is impressive. They had kept us updated through each step of the design-development phase and upon the continual SEO and SMM contract, we are availed weekly and monthly updates with significant improvements in our search results over the web. Our Program Manger is a kind gentleman indeed, willing to help and extend support at any hour.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I was impressed by the market-knowledge and strategic planning that the firm uptook initially. It’s quite impressive that the firm took so much pains in brainstorming the rightmost roadmap and considered our success as theirs. We were offered a robust and responsive website which ranked extremely high on design aspect as well.
