We're modern solutions and technology works in the field of Light Current Products supporting the Security & Building Management Systems (BMS) , it introduces to its clients a large range of world-class products which cope with the International standards.
For what projects/services did your company hire Simplix Innovations, and what were your goals?
Our website was created over 10 years ago and had become outdated. Since we didn't have in-house developers to invest in a new website, we hired this team to design and develop a Shopify site for us. By doing this, we were hoping to improve our site's e-commerce catalog functions and increase our traffic substantially by the end of the year.
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
We searched online for affordable eCommerce web developers and shortlisted the best 3. After interviewing them, we chose Simplix Innovations based on their past projects, design skills, and cost estimate.

We had a kick-off meeting to discuss our goals and objectives. From there, the team delivered mock-ups and wireframes for our site, which we ran by management to approve. After a few iterations, their team designed and developed the new multilingual WooCommerce catalog site, incorporating a contact form and payment processing feature.
How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
A project manager was our main point of contact throughout the process. There were also 3 backend developers and a designer working behind the scenes.

After launching our multilingual site, we saw a 80% increase in traffic, and our sales doubled month over month. Customers love the updated design. The product pages are easier to navigate, and users can now pay online or request our prices.

We had daily stand-ups with their project manager, who communicated with the rest of the team. If there were any delays, they let us know ahead of time so that we could prepare. We used Slack and GitHub to coordinate, and they worked well with our team.

They have a lot of experience building robust multilingual eCommerce websites. Their team was patient enough to teach us about the best ways to use our website's backend. They were also responsive to our needs.

We had some communication issues in the beginning because we were in different time zones. But they quickly adapted to our schedule, organizing our stand-ups during our mornings and their evenings.
