To quickly develop a simple website and increase incoming traffic.

I don't really understand how the projects are going in IT companies. But, Simplify has managed to design, develop and release the fully functional website as we just wanted. We have had a few meetings to approve some designs/content. What's is special about their team is that they are always ready to suggest a better solution than you may be thinking of.

What was the team composition?

As this is a simple website production, I assume it didn't require a lot of guys to work on it. I know that there was 3 guys involved: designer, and 2 developers. Also project was managed by a project manager.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

We didn’t have any website at all. Now, we have. Small step for mankind, one giant leap for our agency

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

Clear communication, no problems with deadlines. I've been pretty satisfied with project management. I've had cased of bad service in the past, but Simplify team impressed me with their commitment, attention do deteails etc.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their attention to detail, communication, availability set them apart.

Are there any areas for improvement?

As they were recommended by one of our partners, I didn't really notice any problems that could negatively impact their projects. Just wish them good luck in the future and hope to work more together.

For over a year, we have not been able to implement this idea with previous developers. Then we turned to Simplify to restart the project.

What were your goals for this project?

I have been a TOP manager in the restaurant business for over 10 years. And for over 10 years, I have been dealing with persistent vendor issues. So the idea was to automate this process.

How did you select this vendor?

The project was initialy being developed by one vendor. Due to their inability to do it, we have receive a recommendation about Simplify team, that's how we moved the project to them

First vendor was developing the project for almost a year. As said in previous question, we moved to Simplify. Firstly they were trying to finish the barely-working service. But shortly after that we have decided to fully restart the project. This includes that Simplify team has successfully redesigned and developed the project. We completed the MVP stage in 4 weeks!

What was the team composition?

Project Manager, designers and developers.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

Within 4 weeks, the MVP stage was implemented and in the first 3 months more than 60 suppliers and more than 100 restaurants and cafes joined the service. 30% of service customers have fully converted their purchases to the service, thanks to a user-friendly interface and clear processes

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

As the service is now fully functional I am able to state that it was properly managed and compared to previous vendor they impressed me a lot. Super effective.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their confidence. Rather than fixing and finishing what was almost not working, they suggested to restart the project and together we have made this decision. I have no regrets at all about our decision. I think if we didn't make the decision to restart the project with Simplify team, we probably wouldn't reach such high results.

Are there any areas for improvement?

I am sure to continue my future IT projects with Simplify. Their team is an example of how work should be done.

The workflow between our teams was very clear. Simplify appointed an excellent project manager who remains a constant point of contact throughout the project :)

Their attention to detail is very impressive in that they drilled down and had conversations with my team about how certain aspects of the app would or would not work.
