One ipad app is for customers to check in and see their available rewards. The other ipad app is for location attendants and employees to manage customer profiles. InterFaithCal is available at no cost for both Android and iOS. The mobile apps are managed by a backend system with an admin panel where calendar events and descriptions can be entered.

Paydent is a service that eases the way uninsured patients interact with dental care professionals. The user interface for the patients and dental professionals run on web browsers which allows patients to establish an account with Paydent. The patient makes regular deposits to the account via credit card payments or ACH. Once the balance reaches a sufficient level, the application allows the patient to use the funds in the account for dental care with any participating dental professionals shown in the application.

Simpalm partnered with a Satellite Communication Company based in Northern Virginia  to develop a mobile app user interface for their handheld sat comms device. The app connects with the sat comms device via Bluetooth. The user can control the sat comms device by sending commands triggered from the app. With this functionality users can send and retrieve information. An app was developed for both Android and iOS smartphones and tablets.

Employees can monitor their travel savings account and schedule their travel plans on the same platform.

We have developed the Smart Lights app for Smartbotics Inc, which is based in California. Smart Lights app work on Bluetooth Low Energy technology to manage Robosmart wireless LED bulbs. The apps were one of the first apps to be launched in the market to automatically connect to LED bulbs over Bluetooth.

How to connect Smart Light App with RoboSmart Bulbs

• App will ask user to turn on Bluetooth of their mobile device.
• Once the Bluetooth is turned on, App will start the scan process to find nearby Robosmart bulbs.

The project required building an iOS App for the Department of Veteran Affairs. The name of the project was “Recovery App”. We worked as a subcontractor, while Metcor Ltd was the prime contractor. The design was done by the prime contractor and we did the development and testing. Simpalm is top among healthcare app development companies to execute governmental IT projects. The app was for veterans to help them overcome mental stress after they return from the War. The app had to be 508 compliant and required to have a full Talkback feature support. The app is available at the enterprise server and has been used by thousands of veterans.

The project was part of the Mobile Health initiative at the Department of Veteran Affairs. VA had built several mobile apps to support mHealth and this project was part of the mHealth Program. The app was a crucial piece in the enterprise apps available to veterans to manage their Mental health. The app has been used extensively by Veterans for the recovery process after they return from War. Overall IT budget for mHealth at VA was approximately $5M.
