Project management was organized perfectly for us and according to our request. We had a development process of one-week sprints. At the end of the sprint, our dedicated manager demonstrated a current version of the website, so we were able to see the whole development process and make adjustments in time if necessary. Each sprint was also followed by a report with information about what features were developed and how much time it took.

I think they shouldn’t afraid of being persistent in getting information from a client. For example, if they need any access, configure servers or reply.
