The following application is designed for keeping personal and public accounts. This solution allows transaction accounting and cash-flow management (debit, credit, margin). Management of accounting activities is subdivided into several groups: current and upcoming tasks, events, meetings and personal reminders. The function of budget setting is implemented through creation of non-recurrent and interval debit-credit values, as well as the function of target values management.

CRM for Real Estate Agents

CRM makes work on real estate units and collaboration between departments easier. Real estate agents can work using their smartphones: add information about estate units, find out about new meetings and bargains instantly. Not all employees have PCs and the Internet at home. With this app they don’t need to go to the office to take contracts or documents. This way we increased mobility of all employees and reduced time of final client's response.

The users of the system are real estate agents, employees of rental, credit and sales departments and top managers. The system is implemented in mortgaging and real estate departments.

Online banking solution that easily manages multiple personal accounts as well as finances of a company.

Vintera TV App

This application is the part of international multiscreen ViNTERA.TV platform. ViNTERA.TV app provides with hundreds of free TV channels from Internet and IPTV networks (Internet TV and Providers TV sections).  Online TV channels in SD, HD and 3D formats. Subscribers of more than 6000 providers and IPTV operators worldwide have access to TV channels of their local networks via ViNTERA.TV service. 

Mobile Alarm App

This mobile application Cesar Car allows to extend the car keychain's functions. It allows to open and close locks in distance, start and shut off the engine, track the car on a map, contact clients' support services and rescue services in case of emergency.

Life Button App

Mobile application intended for people suffering diabetes and allergy. With a press of a single button, the following application sends urgent information on a person to 911, individual physician or relatives of the person. Geo-locating function, speech-to-text function, and the screen lock emergency button function were implemented to allow the application collecting all the necessary information, and which can be easily accessed in case of anaphylactic shock. A user adjusts his personal application and text messaging settings just once and as soon as the adjustment is done, he is able to call 911 and send a text message using just one button.

Platform for the Property Search

Platform for the property search in Lithuania. It allows you to search for property by geolocation, area, number of rooms and cost of housing. The users can choose the apartment themselves or contact an experienced realtor.

Lite Box App

This mobile application is a software of a modern cashier with extended functions of money and goods accounting. The interface was designed using cloud technologies. The app allows to control money flows and goods. It is also integrated into cash register to print out the receipts

Yillio App

A location-based application designed to receive information about discounts and promotional events offered by cafes, shops, hotels and gas stations. The application allows users issuing discount coupons and vouchers, and at the same time choosing places and tracking routes to reach them

Portal for the US Schools

This is the app for the US junior high schools which allows to see students’ progress. Users can see the students’ progress in particular subjects as well as combined cumulative grade point average which can be shown as a graph.

The system was applied in 4 states in 2013 and is still running.

Best Review App

The system is for collecting reviews on companies from different business fields: education, medicine, industry, trade, transport. The users have an opportunity to sign in, choose a category, create a topic and leave feedback with attached photo, audio or video files, rate, leave comments and exchange messages. 

Medicate App

The iPad application allows medical staff to get the access to the main workflow system. The key system functionalities are:

- Current tasks rewiev.
- Document confirmation/concellation after the speech recognition.
- Document saving/ editing.
- Original audio records listening.

The SOAP Framework has been developed to interract with web-services.

App for Retail Project

The app is for Chelny-bread retail chain. It provides users with the latest information on special offers and news of the shop. It also allows to manage bonuses (balance and history), look through purchase history, create shopping lists, find Chelny-bread shops in unknown areas and leave feedback on products and services.

Platform for Financiers and Accountants

Complex of events for professional media: financiers, accountants, HR managers and lawyers. Websites for 21 reference systems were created. These websites inform about upcoming and former seminars, conferences and a subscription website for information publications.

We included a personal account, signup, and also developed a tool for visual content editing. The administrator sees the way an event will be shown for users while editing it. We created a back office for 2400 employees and the platform based on Bitrix for 150 client’s partners which allows them to create websites and promote company’s services.

Monitoring System

The system monitors temperature at industrial facilities. Next, it synchronizes data with temperature sensors and a reporting system. To ensure occupational safety, the system notifies users when the temperature is beyond norm. Also, the user keeps track of the temperature changes history, adjusts the counters to the specifics of their work (for example, if you need to receive notifications every evening) and creates sensors placement maps.

The monitoring system is used by warehouses, pharmacies, chemical and food industries and other enterprises where temperature and humidity affect the production and storage of goods.

CarPrice App

This mobile application is designed for inspectors and car estimators. Car owner, after filling out an application upon the web site takes the car to the inspector to get it estimated. The mobile app allows the inspector to see the primary information about the car and put in the information about the car exam in the app. This data goes to the server form where it's sent to the car sale auction

TV Online App

The application is designed for smartphone and tablet users. It allows users to:

- watch TV-shows that a company provides;

- use favorable tv-guide;

- watch TV-shows in real time;

From this application users can learn more about different events, including charity ones and about the needs of people nearby.

Videoconferences Gateway Service

Multiuser videoconferencing service, designed for large companies and corporations that conduct audio and video conferences in a secure mode. Besides calls, there are text messages, chats and geolocation exchange.

Visitors Tracking System

A comprehensive solution for counting visitors to shopping centers, amusement parks, etc. The system consists of wireless visitor counters, a program for collecting statistics and a program for viewing and analyzing statistics. The device counters the movement and the number of visitors. The program collects statistics from the counters and transfers them to a local computer or server. The reporting system automatically updates and stores data, and also builds reporting schedules.

The solution is used in shops and chain stores in the European Union. It allowed to increase sales of the major partners of our client: leading mobile network operator and european chain of сosmetics and perfume.

Chemical Analysis App

The application is a user interface to monitor and manage the operations of the chemical plant and control information from the sensors. The device is called "The Vacuum Distillation Control". The user can get visual media about the conditions within the plant in tabular and graphical forms.

Real Estate Portal

Special social network for housing search. It helps to the people searching and leasing the houses to meet. The system picks the housing according to lifestyle, interests and preferred district given at the registration. It is integrated with Facebook, Gmail, WhatsApp, Stripe, RRD, Mailchimp.

The portal works in several cities of the USA and North America: Los Angeles, Washington DC, Chicago, Boston, Miami, San Francisco, Atlanta, Houston, Dallas, Austin, Philadelphia, Toronto.

Tictate App

The application informs users about the upcoming events: concerts, parties that the user can be potentially interested in. The application also gives information on the best ticket prices and helps save both time and money.

Mobile App for Motor Oil Selection

One large multinational energy corporation empowered us to create a mobile solution for sales increasing.

We carried out UI/UX audit, full competitive analysis, users surveys and tests in order to provide end users with best service and solution.

Just in two months we have created the mobile application that allows users to select oil for vehicles quickly. That app raised company's sales three times after the release.

PowerSteeering Project Management System

We created a SaaS system to manage projects, strategies and companies' resources from the Forbes list.

We successfully developed 50 independent modules, contributed teams from different countries and provided quarterly releases of the updated versions of that software.

Burger King App

We carried out the full back-end, infrastructure and database review, as far as the UX-audit of the mobile app for food and drinks in order to find all possible ways of improvement.

We gave recommendations and deployed aspects such as code optimization, configuration settings and its secure, partitioning of tables in the database to make app more usable.

Farm Management System

We developed the cloud-based software for the German agricultural company that allows to control over the labor, accounting, machine maintenance. 

We advised to create mobile manager for field and crop management to do the surveillance and collect analytics data. We released MVP version in two month to satisfy the Client's needs. 

The released integrated solution minimised the production losses by 45%.

App for Mortgage Property Assessment

Leading Russian bank, by Société Générale Group, confided us to develop a system that will completely automate bank mortgage property assessment.

We had carefully studied the whole working process of specialists from collecting department, and provided the first result in the first month.

We developed a system that simplifies work procedure of four departments, reduces time of vehicle assessment and report formation, nullifies mistakes and paper usage.

SimbirSoft became acquainted with Societe General Group in 2017 when they developed mobile and web apps for Rusfinance Bank. Rusfinance Bank recommended them to us, and we started working with them in 2018.

At the moment, SimbirSoft is part of our backend team, focusing on our current mobile and internet banking developments. Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

SimbirSoft has proven to be a reliable partner with extensive experience. Before they came on board, we were only working with a single vendor and weren’t sure how we could scale our team. We were also concerned with how much time it would take to release features to the market, how to address growing business requirements, and how to accumulate expertise within the company.

Once SimbirSoft joined the project, they immediately suggested ways to organize our teams to both speed up development and considerably increase release outputs. Their team now continues to support our product’s backend, creating architecture solutions and infrastructure customizations using the latest frameworks. We wouldn’t have been able to do those things with our internal resources alone.

Typically, their team lead works closely with our leading experts. The lead then divvies the tasks to his developers and reports back with the results. SimbirSoft provides development services to build a platform that facilitates the relationship between doctors, patients, labs, and insurance companies. It needed to integrate data transmissions from electronic patient records into our platform. The SimbirSoft team created a dedicated interface that accesses medical record databases through special gateways, ensuring data integrity and relevance based on the user’s needs.

SimbirSoft also built a visualization tool that lets doctors create scenarios for treating various diseases. Doctors can exchange and discuss these scenarios to find the most effective one. They can also customize each patient’s scenario based on their feedback, ensuring efficient treatment. Patients can access their scenarios to better understand their treatment plan. Insurers can also access these visualizations to monitor patients’ current costs and forecast future expenses based on their treatments.

Our mobile app was steadily increasing in popularity, so we wanted to add a remote purchasing feature to enhance the user experience. We needed a skilled developer to audit the app and ensure that the infrastructure was able to accommodate a secure payment process.

What was the scope of their involvement?

SimbirSoft was tasked with finding new ways to enhance the performance and stability of our mobile app. After analyzing the UX on the frontend and the infrastructure on the backend, they gave us a list of ideas to improve the architecture for seamless functionality. They gave us a recommendation for optimal configuration settings to make the database more secure, in addition to optimizing the code and pinpointing which tables in the database are best for partitioning. With their guidance, we can make our cache and monitoring systems more advanced.

We worked closely with the assigned project manager, but we also had direct access to a PHP developer, the development operations team, a DBA specialist, and their UX and QA specialists.

We had two PHP specialists, plus iOS and Android developers. At the beginning, SimbirSoft's project manager handled the team. Later, they transferred all management to us. They remained responsible for QA.
