Before undertaking this IT project, our client primarily relied on their in-house resources. However, as they aimed to introduce several new capabilities, including the integration of a third-party video telematics app with their platform, they recognized the need to augment their internal front-end team of software engineers. This led us to approach Silver Scintilla to hire additional resources. 

Among the crucial features implemented by their IT experts was the ability to transfer information from DVR cameras installed in drivers' vehicles to the platform using REST API. This enabled the customer to not only view the precise location of their drivers in real-time but also access live video streams. Additionally, the solution allowed for the playback of video archives from hardware units through HTTPS API, facilitating the download of specific segments to permanent cloud storage and providing the option to download videos to personal computers.

Silver Scintilla has been developing this solution for almost a year now. The solution aims to securely store sensitive records that can be instantly accessed from any dental business location. The previous method used by our end clients, which involved using spreadsheets, proved to be ineffective in handling the heterogeneous data. The platform is built using Angular, React, and Node.js technologies. 

This dental practice management system offers a user-friendly interface, a monitoring dashboard, metrics-tracking capabilities, user profiles and access rights, an intelligent structure for calculations and charts, convenient data input, and bookkeeping and financial monitoring capabilities. Furthermore, we have additional features in the pipeline that we plan to add.

• Although it is currently available to users, we are continuously adding new features and actively developing it. All of this was completed within the agreed terms of service. Thanks to the efforts of Silver Scintilla, They introduced an Internal Knowledge Database, a Reporting Dashboard, and automated handling of incoming calls and emails within the ticketing system. Additionally, they developed a comprehensive product solution for both web and mobile applications.

Silver Scintilla is developing software that will help us research and organize the financial instrument that we’re making. They’ve proposed a solution that matches our budget and are able to carry out the requirements of the customized software that we need.

In the market, there is a lot of pre-built software that comes with certain functions, but they’re not the functions we needed. Silver Scintilla has been able to develop the functions based on our mathematical requirements, indicators, and financial results. They’ve managed to fit our mathematical research inside the software. They’re using Java for development.

Additionally, they also handle the design work and are providing us with two years of annual maintenance for the software. Hence, if there are any needed modifications within that span, they’ll help us implement them.

We’ve recently approved the testing, and Silver Scintilla is now preparing the final steps of our project.

Within the six months that we’ve worked with Silver Scintilla, they’ve been successful in developing the test version of the software. We’re now in the process of making it more commercially available so that it can be delivered to us for our commercial usage. After that, we want to get it into the market and gain customers. We’re confident that it won’t take too much time to convert our leads into customers and gain income.

Also, working with Silver Scintilla has been very easy. They’re easygoing, and their manager always deploys our requests and any changes that we asked for promptly. Overall, their team has completely met our expectations.
