They are engaged in the development of the enterprise mobile application: 1. Automated data collection and processing during the audit. Before that it was a routine manual process with a human factor. 2. The app shows all the retail outlets on the map. It also aggregates up-to-date information about each point of sale, such as what types of surveys should be conducted. 3. Tracking the work of auditors. Fixing the user's actions, which excluded the deception factor. 4. Automation of counting KPIs of employees and retail outlets. 5. Aggregating large amounts of data (1TB+/year in compressed form) and preparing the storage infrastructure.

The team consisted of application developers, QA, User Interface designer, analyst, and a dedicated management role.

In general, our expectations were met. I want to add that the speed of communication exceeds my expectations - it is always less than 1 hour.

Sibedge is not afraid to engage in challenging projects. They are allocating a small team when necessary. They are communicative and professional in their work; their rotation is seamless.
