I'm the CEO and Founder of Varriale Profumi, a B2C & B2B European perfume brand.

Our website was created over 2 years ago and had become outdated. Since we had no in-house developers to invest in a new website, we hired Shopifinest to redesign and develop our Shopify store. In this way, we hope to improve the CRO of our site and greatly double our sales by the end of the year.

I was already familiar with this agency because I had contacted them last year for a small problem and they had proven to be above my expectations, so for this project we did not hesitate to call them back.

We had an initial call to decide the features to be implemented such as cart drawer, upsell & cross sell strategy, UX/UI redesign with CRO focus, Klaviyo implementation and Flow Strategy. The team then made mockups of the main conversion pages for both desktop and mobile versions, and after refining some details and approving the design, they moved on to the development phase. I must say that they were quite quick in development and really did a pixel perfect job.

Gianvito was our main point of contact, and a couple of times we had a chat with the ux/ui designer about the look & feel of the store

after only one month of launching the new site, we have seen a +40% increase in conversion rate. The total number of orders has increased by 184%. both we and our customers love the new design and are much more enticed to buy. we are really excited!

we ran the project through asana, where updates about the tasks were posted and where we asked all our questions. we also had a slack channel to discuss about some things that needed clarification. I had a weekly call with Gianvito who would show me progress and we would line up on upcoming deliverables

SHOPIFINEST Agency dove deep into our business to understand it thoroughly and suggest the best solutions for the buyer persona. they also educated us in this aspect by explaining what we were doing wrong and explaining why some of our proposals were not good ideas, acting as partners and not just store-taskers. I think the results speak for themselves so we are glad we trusted them.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I would have liked to be more enclosed during the mockup design phase. but rightly the designer follows his process. however at the end of the day I was able to convey to him all the things I wanted to represent on the site.

E-Commerce consultancy and strategy and Shopify development. We were selling only B2B so the main goal was to craft a website plus a launch strategy to start selling online

I talked only with the project manager but he was coordinating other 3 people: a developer, a google ads specialist and a facebook ads expert.

We hit our first 1000€ in sales already on the first week after launch with facebook ads. And we reached 3,7% conversion rate with positive ROAS on the second month

They managed all the project and communications through Asana, so we kept track of all the tasks status and progress and had weekly/monthly call to see the progress and discuss next steps, they always kept us updated about the whole process and answered to all of our questions

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their attention to detail during the design and development phase was impressive, as well as the marketing ability and expertise in selling products through Facebook ads after the launch. I want to highlight as well their expertise with Email Marketing strategy because they setup a few klaviyo flows that are still generating a big part of our actual revenue.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

They could have informed us at the beginning that selling through facebook ads were not so easy and immediate and they needed budget to do few tests before finding the correct audience that worked

I’m the founder of an eCommerce brand — we sell typical food products from the Tuscany tradition.

For what projects/services did your company hire SHOPIFINEST • Shopify Agency, and what were your goals?

We hired Shopifinest to fix some major issues on the website, implement the upsell functionality on the product page and do Conversion Rate Optimization and UX/UI improvements across the whole website. Our goal was to increase the conversion rate and reduce the bounce rate. We also needed an agency to guide us for the geo expansion and opening of the same store in new countries.

We searched online and someone on Linkedin suggested them. I reached out personally and after the discovery call, I thought they were the perfect solution to help us optimize the website and increase performance, based on the solutions that they suggested.

We had a discovery call where we explained our requirements and issues and they reached back the day after with a detailed quote with all the features to implement and the tasks to do and time estimation for the whole project.

After aligning on some of the tasks and signing the contract, they started working on the project. They prepared an Asana board where they shared all the tasks to do and the progress of them and we maintained the communications only through Asana. It was the first time for us to use Asana but they onboarded us very easily.

They fixed all the bugs present on the website, improved the user experience and optimized the design, and implemented the upsell function on the product page which increased the AOV of the store by 27%.

Our main point of contact was the Project Manager who guided us through the whole process of development and explained to us what was happening on the website meanwhile the developers were hands-on touching the code.

We immediately loved the new design of the website and reduced the bounce rate of the website to a reasonable point (we had a very high bounce rate due to the loading speed of the store) Additionally we increased the Average Order Value by 27% thanks to the Upsell functionality that they implemented on the product page that led the customer to buy more products.

They have solid experience building eCommerce strategies and developing beautiful Shopify stores all over the world. They focused on the things that had the most impact on our business.

I personally loved to chat with them and listen to their expert point of view about eCommerce business and how to get more profit from the store.

We had some communication issues in the beginning because we never used before Asana, but after the onboarding, we felt very comfortable with it and they also sent a Loom explaining each thing that required an explanation.
