We do custom software for Saas companies. We don't do shopify projects and I'm the CEO.
For what projects/services did your company hire Shop Mint, and what were your goals?
We launched a new brand with some partners. The goal was to create a store that uniquely reflects the brand, has great UX and conversion rate.
How did you select Shop Mint and what were the deciding factors?
Shop Mint was recommended by a friend. We had a couple calls with Max- he understood our vision for the site and consulted us on certain aspects using his expertise.
Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.
Shop Mint took a consultative approach to the project. They first created a wireframe and got our feedback, after which they created a design mockup and again got our feedback to create a final design. The process was super smooth.
How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
I spoke with the project manager- who was managing a single designer and developer.
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
We are just getting our ad funnels setup, so we don’t have solid figures yet for conversion rate. However, I predict the store will do very well.

Great- they used Basecamp so we had complete visibility over the project progress and the project manager responded promptly to any questions.

They took great care to ensure that the final result matched our vision, was fast and had great UX. They were a joy to work with.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
Nothing that I can think of.
