Our UX designers were impressed by SH1FT's abilities to translate our needs into conversion funnel solutions. Articles and ads had a perfect balance of conversion components to content — of course this translated into a great launch and a top 10% global conversion level compared to our previous launches.

Our workflow was very effficient as we are both teams rooted in new technology. We are always connected, we use similar tools and collaborating on Jira was a breeze.

As part of our mission, Zoofest celebrates up and coming talent by doing business with young firms. Shift's website showed flexibility, thoughrough comprehension of the entertainment market and the fleeting festival shell life. They interacted and consumed social media like our target audience, which made them symbiotic to our operations and goals.

We held a number of meeting to allow them to understand the nature of the tasks at hand. they took time to study the festival, our interactions with our customers and our calendar of actions. Never hesitated to ask questions and respected both budgets and deadlines without any problems. they were invested and brainstormed with us and our interns whenever they could.

Their ideas were considered and often extended into other departments, creating synergy and fluidity in our marketing strategy. They would receive their tasks, produce the calendar, content, review with us the component, and post. All was moved forward accordingly in using the communication channels properly.

A team of three: web developer, social marketing, and a video producer.
