We started working with them in January 2022, and our relationship is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Our position was low in the beginning, but we’ve become a top position now. Firstly, they focused on the long-term goals and then on the short-term targets. Overall, the results are excellent.

How did SERP WIZARD perform from a project management standpoint?

We keep in contact with them almost daily. Sometimes they give us more frequent analysis. We’re satisfied with their performance, and communication is good.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They concentrate their efforts on promoting and ranking up our position. Moreover, their attitude is kind, friendly, and polite.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They’re pretty busy, so sometimes, we must wait almost half a day for a response. The time difference between Belgium and India is 4–5 hours, but they can improve it. Also, it’d be great if they could lower the price.

I am the general assistant at NobleStone… We are Quartz stone distributors, and we also run a showroom for kitchens, bathrooms, tiles and we do general refurbishments.

We had to update our website to look a lot sharper and more professional, because we didn’t spend much on the first website we had when we first started up the company. We wanted to present ourselves as more professional in order to attract many more clients, as we now have the capabilities to expand our leads.

We came across these web developers as a recommendation from our sister company, who have used their services before, and had said that they are very fast paced, very efficient, and their work results in beautiful designs and very effective websites…in addition they are really friendly, price competitive and very supportive too, even after the project was complete.

We started off with a brief virtual meeting, where we introduced ourselves and the company, in order to give the team an insight into what our company is all about and what we are aiming to achieve. We then collected inspiration from other websites, and collected the photos we wanted on our site, and wrote up the texts we wanted on the new website, and sent them all over to them through simple Google drive files.

They then started working on the website and kept asking us to run the test site and make sure we are happy with everything and tell them what we wanted to alter. They did complete the website very quickly, and it was a beautiful design…exactly how we imagined! One of their other teams then gave us a few live , one to one, tutorials on improving the effectiveness of our SEO, and we are still making use of their amazing tips and new are really seeing results we could not have thought of seeing.

The manager spoke to us during the brief interview, then we spoke to the two web designers, and the web developer that was assigned to our project. In the end, the manager was in charge of developing our seo.

We are getting many more clients, as when we used to send out our sales rep, and they see our website, they think of us as a small unprofessional company, and so they did not trust our products. However now that we have our new website, other trade companies are very much intrigued in what we have to offer, and so we are getting many more leads.

They work very quickly, and so within a month, the whole project from start to finish was complete to an astonishing standard. They have got many different software programmes to create various quick design templates, give us some inspiration, and allow us to have immaculate virtual meetings, with clear sound, image, and many tools that help us visualise the matters we are discussing.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They deliver a high-quality service in a very short amount of time, and at very competitive prices. They are extremely supportive every time we need assistance, and they have a large team of many different members that are specialised in different fields, and so when they come together to form the very friendly and cooperative team they have, they make great work.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Once the website was launched, we noticed a few things that we did not like about the design of the website when using a mobile device, but they literally fixed these issues that we had on the same day which was amazing.

We engaged Serp Wizard for seo services. Our goals were to increase our presence in Google search rankings and to drive more business.

The communication and level of detailed information was paramount in our decision to engage them. They also had very clear pricing packages which made things very transparent for us. A lot of the other companies we were considering lacked this simple information.

We began with working with them to identify our main targeted keywords and from there they assisted in outlining what the monthly volume and potential return on investment would be both from a financial perspective but more importantly a time perspective. They were very transparent in what realistic expectations we should have.

Our primary contact is Praveen he is our Relationship Manager and our go to for anything.

We have seen huge improvements in a very short time, we are ranking well and are seeing a great amount of organic traffic. They've far surpassed our expectations and have achieved this in much less time than they indicated initially. They under promised and over delivered.

They are super prompt and just an email away, I know that they will always get back to me.

They actually delivered what they promised. Engaging a company who are overseas was a bit of a gamble but I am so happy I took the chance to do so, we will be using Serp Wizard for all our SEO services now and into the future.

Our store is the online branch of a larger medical company. This Queensland based company, which was established in 2007, specialises in Home Medical Equipment and Aids. I am the Director.

We where looking for a cost effective and results driven SEO company to push our business for more exposure to new customers. The main goal was to increase our Google ranking in the Australian market to increase sales and website traffic.

Before we chose SERP WIZARD, to move forward with our SEO strategy, we had looked at many different SEO companies however, the quick and clear communication paired with reasonable pricing and quality results made us choose this company.

We worked directly with the owner and operator which was great as we could feel he cared about achieving results for us.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The search engine optimisation that SERP WIZARD performed on our website within the first 2 months we could clearly see an improvement in website traffic and increase in Google ranking. To date, we have a 36% increase in sales and 42% increase in organic website traffic.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Every month the team at SERP WIZARD would email us a comprehensive work detail sheet stating the work (s) they had completed. In addition, if anyone at the company had questions about the scope of work carried out we could simply send an email or whatsapp message and receive a reply within 12 hours.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Everything is smooth and the results are noticeable so far. Communication, price and results achieved in a short amount of time.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Our staff could not think of anything that we did not like about SERP WIZARD.

I’m the president and business manager of Techni-Tool. We’re a small family business that started in 1955, and we specialize in fastener products and holding devices for manufacturing.

What challenge were you trying to address with SERP WIZARD?

Over the last few years, we’ve been trying to gain an online presence to acquire new business, so we needed someone to provide us with SEO and PPC at a cost-efficient rate.

What was the scope of their involvement?

SERP WIZARD provides us with their SEO services for our website to get our key products listed. We’re currently doing a campaign to identify six keywords and key phrases to cover our main product line and move up the rankings. Our main goal is to have some exposure because even though we’re in a very niche market, it’s still quite competitive — so we just want to be where our competition is.

We’re planning on renewing the program after three months based on the results we’ve seen so far.

We were initially introduced to Praveen (SEO Manager) and we’re currently working with an individual who handles the keyword research.

How did you come to work with SERP WIZARD?

Cost was key when we were looking for different vendors to help us, and we probably looked at 4–5 different companies before deciding on SERP WIZARD. I read testimonials about people’s positive experiences with them and found that their communication was quick and efficient. 

The information they provided was legitimate, they had a solid SEO ranking, and I felt that there weren’t a lot of risks in the upfront costs.

How much have you invested with them?

In the first quarter, we’ve spent somewhere between $200–$350 USD. Obviously, that’s going to increase as more keywords find their way to the first page of Google.

What is the status of this engagement?

The ongoing partnership started in July 2021, and we’re looking to renew our contract for another three months.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

I get monthly reports that show how our keywords are performing and which ones are moving upwards. We’ve had two of our keywords move from pages 4–5 to the first page of Google with the first two and a half months, so we’ve been very pleased with the results.

How did SERP WIZARD perform from a project management standpoint?

They’ve been terrific from a project management standpoint, and we’re mainly using email to communicate.

What did you find most impressive about them?

We’re impressed with their level of communication. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

We told them about how we wanted to see some movement on this one keyword last week, and they promised that they’re going to focus on that a little bit more. I’m still waiting to hear more about their plans for it but other than that, I have no complaints.

I recommend people to take a good look at SERP WIZARD because they communicate well, and they’re excellent to work with.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Whenever we have a client that needs SEO work, we go to SERP Wizard. We first send the team all the information they need to access the client’s site. They then conduct keyword research and come back to us with suggestions to improve the site’s content. Upon the client’s approval, we also have the SERP wizard team create content for their site. They also provide off-site SEO if our customer asks for it.

I looked at their testimonials and reviewed their packages, which were very reasonable cost-wise. I then reached out to them and was very impressed, so I hired them.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Every client they’ve handled has experienced an increase in Google rankings. One of our clients went from being stuck at 44 to now ranking first. Another site rose from the 100th spot to the 15th. Overall, SERP WIZARD has done a great job.

How did SERP WIZARD perform from a project management standpoint?

They do very well on project management. Everything is well-documented, and communication is excellent. The team answers all of my questions and completes their work on time. Furthermore, they constantly update me on their progress. We typically communicate through email.

SERP WIZARD is very transparent about their progress. Their reports are very detailed and prove that their work is effective.

I don’t think they need to improve anything — I’m satisfied with what they’ve done for us.

I am the Co-Owner of Phase Marketing. Phase Marketing is a marketing agency that specializes in SEO and PPC for law firms.

For what projects/services did your company hire SERP WIZARD, and what were your goals?

We hired SERP Wizard as a baseline Local SEO service to have a good foundation for other SEO initiatives taking place. This was a partnership primarily used as a natural white-hat foundation so our agency could use more aggressive white-hat approaches (phrase match anchor texts, content building, etc.).

How did you select SERP WIZARD and what were the deciding factors?

We wanted to keep our costs down for basic SEO functions and decided to choose them because they were out of the country, making each marketing dollar more efficient than a U.S. based company for relatively minuscule tasks.

We supplies SERP Wizard with basic admin rights to our website, and management rights to our Google Search Console. Our team provided the keywords we were looking to rank for our clients, and they began working right away, and updated us on their work every 15 days via a "15-day work report". Every 30 days we got a performance report displaying ranking movement over the course of our engagement.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We were given 2 emails for communication. One was for billing and one was for SEO work. I am guessing these emails were managed by multiple people within their staff to handle communication.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

It is hard to isolate their work and quality because we partnered with them solely to create a baseline of SEO work so we could implement other in-house work to move the needle more aggressively. We did see ranking increases for all of our clients throughout our relationship, but in my opinion a lot of that was due to the majority of the budget being spent elsewhere. Only about 5-10% of our SEO budget per client went to SERP Wizard.

Unfortunately, our prices increased for each keyword that ranked in the top 10 which I believed to be primarily coming from other places so we had to pay them extra even though they were only 5-10% of the budget.

From an SEO perspective: They managed our accounts very well in terms of meeting deadlines, and always had their 15-day work report delivered on time every time. They also provided their ranking performance reports to us on time every time as well. From a communication perspective: I think this is where SERP Wizard lacked. Being oversees made it difficult to have conversations being on different timezones.

They don't have a US based phone number to call so that made the communication difficult as well. They offered to have me set up Skype which we did. Overall, the communication was my least favorite part of our relationship.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I appreciated their transparency of work being done to each of our sites. Before you hire them they lay out exactly what you're getting for each client and they deliver on that.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

As discussed previously, their communication was the biggest hurdle with our relationship. I think they should implement a monthly phone call or Skype on behalf of their clients to discuss performance and what their expectations are with the campaign in the future.

I am the CEO at our furniture removals company called Mr Cheap Transport who is a professional furniture moving company operating for over 10 years. We facilitate moving services for home owners, renters and businesses across South Africa.

The traffic has dramatically increase approximately 400%.

There were some glitches at the beginning however this was because we were getting to know each other as well as it was understandable being able to deal with a company that is around the world. The communication become so much better once we connected on skype.

Their marketing strategy and knowledge of the industry has surpassed all the other partners that we have dealt with before. They excel in using unique targeting strategies which I have not seen before. They get results in record time.

Although we all are busy doing our specialties and looking at the monthly reports which they provide timeously, it could be advantageous if they could schedule an official 30min - 1hr quarterly meeting to go over the progress of the campaign as well as to discuss future strategy to align the efforts and to set campaign goals.

They should communicate more if they are having any issue or idea which is can benefit our project. This will help customers to review their productivity and can correct their course.
