What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
The website was very innovative for the Ukrainian market at the time. Our customer was happy, and they got a lot of orders through the site. SEOTM’s pricing wasn’t very expensive relative to our other partners. We’re not a very big company, and they understood our situation. They’re a very understanding company, and, in our market, it’s important to connect to each other.
How did SEOTM® Digital Agency perform from a project management standpoint?
This was my first project of this kind, and there were a lot of questions from my side. Their project manager gave a lot of answers to my sometimes-stupid questions. They had great client service.
Communication was easy, and we never needed to wait a long time for an answer. We spoke through email and social media messengers. They were very friendly, and there was a desire to produce a successful project from both sides. The project wasn’t very simple, but it was easy to work with SEOTM.
What did you find most impressive about them?
This was my first such project, and it was cool to see how the customer would use the platform. We created a new way for them to offer their products, and they were perhaps the first company in Ukraine to do something like this.
Are there any areas they could improve?
Everyone can improve, but our project was very innovative for the Ukrainian market at the time. We have more experience now, and we understand how it could’ve been done faster, but the schedule was good for that time.

Clients will find a good partner in SEOTM.
