I hired Seoteric to redesign my website and manage my SEO campaigns.

Matt (Co-Founder/Marketing Director, Seoteric) and his team took the time to familiarize themselves with the needs of my company and then provided end-to-end consulting services. In the time we’ve worked together, they have completely revamped my website on WordPress, conducted extensive keyword research, and implemented robust SEO strategies.

I’ve known Matt for many years. He once worked for a company that I produced a show for. We later reconnected after starting our own businesses. He mentioned that he was now in the SEO world, which was something at the time I knew I needed. We agreed to terms and have worked together ever since.

My company has experienced growth in terms of leads generated and online relevance in searches. Once customers find me, they have engaged with my site’s new content.

We wanted to increase our clients’ online visibility and improve their rank within the major search engines.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Seoteric provides a full suite of digital services to support our online needs. Their team has designed and built a new WordPress website for one of our clients and renovated the website for another. They have also integrated SEO best practices in various web content, established keywords on Google AdWords, and initiated PPC campaigns. In addition to sending automated reports, they prepare a KPI report using metrics from Google Search Console and Google Analytics. The documents include site volume, visibility, clicks, click for directions, click to call, and online orders.

What is the team composition?

Seoteric’s co-founder and marketing director serves as our main point of contact, but we also work closely with the account manager and operations manager.

We connected with them through a mutual client.

How much have you invested with them?

They charge us approximately $2,650 each month for ongoing SEO and web support services, but the website development projects were close to $25,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with Seoteric in 2016.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

When we first established our main keywords, none of our clients appeared within the first 30 pages of search results; now, they are all prominent fixtures on the main page. One client moved up 1700 spaces in “near me” searches within a single month, which another client saw their conversion rate increase by 11%. After a successful PPC campaign, a client experienced a 49% surge in clicks and a 93% rise in conversion; their cost-per-click decreased by 69%. Overall, Seoteric has been very successful in meeting our goals.  

How did Seoteric, LLC perform from a project management standpoint?

Their team has diverse, yet complementary skill sets that contribute to a positive client experience. While they aren’t overly proactive, they are highly responsive to our needs on ActiveCollab.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They truly understand the nuances of SEO. While most digital agencies focus on improving visibility, Seoteric applies conversion strategies to increase profits.  

Are there any areas they could improve?

While their extensive knowledge contributes to our success, their technical jargon occasionally creates a barrier between nontechnical individuals within our organization. Without their monthly KPI reports, they wouldn’t be able to articulate the value of their work to our management team.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

It takes months for SEO to impact growth, so be patient with Seoteric. If their progress causes any concerns, don’t hesitate to ask questions.

Add specific key word to my landing apges. Certain ones don't show up in certain states.
