Jose the company CEO at seoplan.co was the only SEO company that was able to adapt to my budget by designing a strategic approach towards ranking on Google.

Compared to other companies they wanted to steal my money not even caring if there are sales or not seoplan.co works elbow to elbow with their customer and assess every single detail and we have very good informative calls in which we both decide the way to go.

The project was about ranking the website http://www.goldenthinker.com on Google and find a sustainable way to expand and increase the number of impressions and increase the number of clicks per impression.

The outcomes are successful just in 2 month period from having no clue on what to do having 0 impressions daily we end up with about 1000 impressions daily, plus we have a way to scale and replicate this success.

The company uses trello. They are very organized in sharing their tasking and they provide you access to it.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The work flexibility, the way in which the team releases a plan of action. If you are a Spanish speaker you are in an English market it is very good that one member of the technical team speaks Spanish as you must understand your SEOs as they are the ones that will drive your success.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Not at all, we will continue to work together on growing the GOLDEN THINKER ® supplements and spreading the word, and boost our sales.

I am the owner of a fashion shop that is both online and offline.

I was looking for someone that could help me with SEO and social media marketing.

They are taking care of my social media for me which is on Facebook and Instagram. They’re also doing SEO campaigns and efforts.

I found them online after looking for an affordable company that could do the work for me.

I’ve spent around €1,500 (approximately $1,800 USD), so far. They seem to be affordable.

I started working with them about six months ago in February 2020 and our engagement continues.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

I think they are good at what they do, but I’m still waiting for the results of what they are doing. When it comes to SEO, it seems to take a little bit longer, which is what I was told. 

I’m still hoping to see results on the website they’re working on. I’m spending money, so I am looking for ROI but I haven’t really seen people purchasing from my website. I’m not technical, so the lack of results could be for different reasons, but I was hoping to see something with their help. 

Currently, I don’t know if the work they’re doing is actually effective or giving me an ROI. For SEO, it has been over three months now, but I haven’t seen any ROI, so I don’t know if that’s just normal or it’s not working.

Project management wise, I have a feeling they’re doing their best. When I have a question, they reply on time which is good. When it comes to customer service, they’re doing a good job but I still need to see some ROI. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

I think their customer service is the most impressive.

Are there any areas they could improve?

If would be good if they could have more sophisticated analytics which would tell me why I’m not seeing sales online. They do have that, but it isn’t sophisticated.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

They seem to be a small company and might not have the funds to be able to implement those analytics which would work better.

The website is live, but seoplan.co is still finalizing some aspects, such as personalization.

Their work has made managing my incoming clients easier. My customers can fill out application forms on our Facebook page and website, and I can use that information to contact them.

Jose has performed well. He always returns calls, and is willing to make any changes that need to be made are done without issue. We mostly keep in touch via email, but we have a weekly phone call as well.

He worked really fast. We have received great results. All of my clients come through Google Maps. The campaigns bring me 800 views at the end of each week. It took 2–3 days for the code to come in from Google; after that, Jose gave me all the tips and the keywords so people could find me more easily. The keywords put me at the top of search engine results.

Communication was very simple. It was very easy to communicate in Spanish or English via phone or email. We only met up to finalize.
