We hired this company to do the SEO of our new platform. They committed to provide free services like social campaign, blogs etc. They also offered huge discounts (Now we know it was to lock us in)

Only 1 person always spoke with us Oscar G. also goes by Shawn. Honestly, we don't know what his real name is.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
The project was canceled in between because the team didn't deliver anything. I had to handhold them to help on how to do meta keywords. I doubt a lot that they even know what is SEO.

FAILURE - I HAVE NEVER WORKED WITH ANYONE IN MY CAREER WITH THIS KIND OF QUALITY OF WORK FOR HUGE PROJECTS AND ALSO WITH ZERO PROFESSIONALISM

NOTHING IS IMPRESSIVE ABOUT THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE LIARS. MY PROJECT STARTED WITH A LIE THAT THE PERSON I AM WORKING WITH IS OSCAR G. BUT EVENTUALLY WHEN THE GUY EMAILS ME HIS NAME IS SHAWN OR NOT, WE DON'T KNOW YEET

THIS COMPANY KNOWS NOTHING ABOUT TECHNOLOGY, BUSINESS, RUNNING OPERATIONS, SEO OR ANYTHING. THEY NEED TO FIRST UNDERSTAND CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEN THEY NEED TO RE-ENTER THE BUSINESS MARKET.
