Task
The main problem with the website design was that it didn’t reflect the true competitive advantages of the company. The client wanted to highlight all the product strengths, create a user-friendly navigation system, place an emphasis on high-quality support. Demonstrate social proof in the form of user reviews of the product and the work of the company as a whole. Personalize the website and convey a sense of real human interaction to online users.
Solution
We developed a striking design with branded features that can compete successfully with the current market trends. Intuitively comprehensible icons and illustrations provide simplified navigation and content perception.
The website’s homepage displays social proof in the form of product reviews, indicating the number and geography of purchases made by a particular customer. It also demonstrates the actual level of customer satisfaction with technical support which is evaluated on the basis of 100 latest reviews.
We created a user-friendly sorting system for the product catalog. The discount amount is made visible to customers when purchasing several modules, as well as the rating and reviews of a particular product. We also developed a global navigation for the product card, highlighted the main advantages of the product and locked them at the top of the page.

Task
If you are in the process of purchasing an insurance policy, it is often difficult to make the right choice. You need to choose an insurance company, review policy conditions, go to the company office to conclude a contract or buy insurance on the website that is often inconvenient and outdated. When it comes to OSAGO policy, it is also important not to forget about renewing your car insurance. Therefore, we were faced with the task of simplifying and automating the process of purchasing insurance, making it as fast and as comprehensible as possible.
Solution
The client approached us with an interesting idea. We used it as a basis for developing a system that offers a whole new level of quality of insurance services. We created a logical structure of online service and implemented all of its “work mechanics”: offer comparison and selection tool; step-by-step purchase and receipt of service by the customer. We visualized the checkout process with the help of easy-to-understand illustrations and reduced it to three simple steps: enter information, choose an insurance company and view its ratings, make a purchase.
“My Insurance Policies” tab was implemented on the “My Account” page where customers can view their car fleets. The notification system sends a reminder in the form of an SMS or email message in advance of the insurance expiration date. This is very convenient for those who own a large fleet of vehicles and find it difficult to track their insurance status manually. This feature is especially useful to Finscanner’s corporate clients such as Uber Ukraine or Bolt.

RetroMagaz - game store
RetroMagaz is a business owned by like-minded gamers. The company has established itself as one of the leaders in its market niche within three years and continues to increase the sale of games, consoles and themed products for gamers.

Task
The company’s website was built on a primitive CMS using template-based solutions. The client wanted to differentiate his company from other market players, create unique web design and optimize the work of online store. Inconvenient site navigation prevented users from quickly finding the necessary products when choosing from a large assortment, many basic functions were working incorrectly, and the company’s services were not presented in a proper manner.
Solution
The menu and homepage were redesigned to display a list of games for different consoles with a breakdown by genre. We also developed an interactive guide – a game selection wizard where users can get advice on choosing a suitable product.
In addition, different types of product catalogs and cards with special features and highlighted benefits were created for various groups of products.
We developed a global navigation system for the product card as well as special navigation through different versions of one product item. The ‘checkout’ block works according to one of the following three scenarios: purchase of a new product, purchase of the same product in ‘previously used’ condition, and rental of the product. The feedback system not only shows you the ratings and customer reviews of the game, but also allows you to see other games purchased by that same customer.
In parallel, we carried out work on development of corporate style and identity. The newly developed identity reinforced the feeling of a unique gaming atmosphere.

Luxoptica - eyeglasses store
Luxoptica is the largest and most caring network of optical stores in Ukraine. Its product range includes more than 100 world fashion brands as well as in-house brands of eyeglasses and spectacle frames.
Results
Organic traffic conversion rate has grown 34% after the launch of redesigned website, while the bounce rate has decreased by 18%.

Task
Our main task was to increase the rate of website conversion into real sales. It was necessary to improve usability, think out the behavioral scenarios for different target groups, minimize the difficulties experienced by users during product selection and checkout. There was also a problem with finding information and selecting related products on the website. The services provided by the company were not displayed to users.
Solution
Based on the results of analysis, we optimized the information architecture of the project and redesigned the website to meet the needs of end users.
Another key aspect of our work was to show that Luxoptica is a large team of seasoned professionals and competent consultants. We developed a mechanism for booking a doctor’s appointment online with an option to select a specific medical specialist on the basis of his/her qualifications. We optimized the search engine to search for optical stores in different cities: in the list and on the map. Communication was made visible to the public in a website section where ordinary users ask questions and receive answers from a doctor or other competent employee. This made it possible to display all the company’s additional services to customers and simplify the process of obtaining necessary information prior to purchase or during use of the product.
Since the website is frequently used by people with visual impairments, we carried out work to select the optimal font styles and increase the font size.

Solution
Thought out navigation and menu. Created custom pages (company, shipping and payment). Formulated the benefits and broadcast them on the site. Simplified the process of ordering and created a Thanksgiving page to increase the average check.
In addition to updating the design and improving the functionality of the site, the 3D Viewer chip was offered and fully implemented, which allows you to consider the headphone model on an interactive animated banner. Just hold the mouse cursor over the banner, and the model will turn your head, showing them from different angles.
This decision has greatly increased the sale of premium headphones, which are often chosen for the image component.

Repka.ua online supermarket was founded in 2009. The main direction is the sale of consumer electronics via the Internet. I used to be the co-founder and director of the company.

Over the years since the company's founding, our site has been obsolete. There was no mobile version, and there was no critical functionality that our customers needed. In addition, our range has reached 120,000 SKU (we have added new categories). Therefore, we wanted to develop a user-friendly directory for easy browsing.
The adaptive design was also important. Thus, we tried to get a modern online-store site that would be convenient for our customers and would allow us to achieve our market goals.
How did you select Sense Production?
The following criteria were essential for us - quality, professionalism, punctuality, price, the comfort of communications, and focus on the result of the contractor's team. Before the start of the project, we held a tender between potential participants. The SensePro team won for the number of points.

We were interested in doing this project together with the SensePro team. Guys from their team understand the e-commerce market and customers' needs. First of all, we talked about the goals our company wants to achieve, our strengths and weaknesses. The SensePro team then studied the current situation (GoogleAnalytics reports, customer feedback, competitors, etc.).
Then SensePro presented its vision of the project. After a few adjustments, the SensePro team started working, and in a week or two, we received the first prototypes. A couple of months later, we moved on to the design phase, which was interesting because the SensePro team had many exciting ideas and wanted to implement them all instantly. So I had to choose the best.

My team worked directly with their UX/UI designers and the project manager. Sometimes I had meetings with SensePro CEO Alexander.

We have achieved all the project's goals. It was performed on time and almost on budget. We received a modern online store site with an adaptive version, multilingualism, a user-friendly catalog, etc. Also, during the A / B testing period, the conversion of the new version of the site was 12% higher than the previous one.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
The project manager Iryna was easy to communicate with and provided us with regular updates. We had both in-person meetings and phone calls. As a result, we received ample warning if a deadline wasn't going to be met.

The project began in the beginning of 2020. We had several preparatory meetings with the Sense Production team with the aim of finding the optimal concept for our new site. After that, Sense Production began sending us prototypes of the new design. Truth be told, we rejected most of them. Still, Sense Production was patient and persistent; through ongoing communication and collaborative efforts, we developed an approach which I believe has satisfied our business requirements as well as their sense of modern design.
The project went significantly over schedule to complete, in large part due to the new COVID restrictions. However, by spring we had successfully launched the beta version of our new website. The final version was launched in autumn of 2020.

Our website was outdated and missing some valuable functions that help to improve e-commerce sales. Also, we were looking for a fresh new design that could be attractive and user-friendly.

We found Sense Pro online and they had been chosen from 3 shortlisted vendors. Deciding factors were a good understanding of e-commerce with well-done estimated projects similar to ours. Moreover, the attitude and extreme inclusion from start via presentation term were really charming.

First, the Sense Pro team conducted SWOT and LEAN analyses, which helped them better understand how the business is running. After that, a series of kick-off meetings were held, in which objectives and expectations were considered. Then the layout of the design was formed, after approval of which, the team began to develop the backend part. In the process, we discussed the details of the project closely and made changes if necessary.
As a result, we got a well-done e-com website with a cool design, a functional admin panel, the possibility of acquiring payments, and convenient navigation with visualization of the product that customers liked in the interior. Plus, we agreed with Sense Pro about SEO optimization support after the launch. Technologies being used: PHP, Laravel framework, Magento CMS, 1C integration, Figma.
