About the challenge
In Central America, question and answer television programs have been very successful, attracting people of all ages. However, digitalization is reducing the average TV consumption per person, so entertainment needs to migrate to where users spend most time today, the cell phone.

About the challenge
Unilever, as a mass consumer company, is used to operating through large distributors, never directly to the customer.
As part of their transformation strategy, they sought to reach the client directly through a digital platform. The big challenge was to redefine the strategy and operating model in order to offer a better experience to the final customer and reach 10,000 orders in the next 2 years.
The solution
A detailed diagnosis of the main pain points of the current operation was made, and then through benchmarks and analysis of 3 key points (storage, picking and delivery) the optimal model was defined.
From the analysis it emerged that the best model was through logistics operators, so the seeder was responsible for finding, comparing and defining the ideal partner for both storage and delivery.
To achieve this, the seeder worked integrated to the Unilever team, contributing specific knowledge and above all, applying agile methodologies for the development of the tasks. This integration and teamwork with a flexible dynamic allowed to go from the problem to the implemented solution in only 5 months.

Production Planning System
An autopart manafacture client was in the need of implementing a new system and procedure for optimizing its production.
For that, Seeds selected a team of 3 manufacturing engineers dedicated exclusively to the project.
In a matter of 4 months the team develop a new procedure with a whole new tailor-made system to estimate:

I'm Product Manager at a non-profit that builds open infrastructure for planetary resilience. Our open source software helps entities reduce emissions, account for climate actions and finance sustainability emissions.
For what projects/services did your company hire Seeds?
We needed to do a UX and UI discovery for a collaboration with the United Nations Climate Change secretariat. The project entailed the development of a platform with multiple dashboards for complex tasks. We needed to find an experienced Product Designer that had worked with complex workflows and had an analytical mindset.

We needed to develop a new programming schedule in which the sales forecast could automatically schedule the raw materials and supplies we may need to achieve it and to forecast dates of delivery.

A program developed by us and co-designed with seeds in which adapts perfectly well to our ERP and helps a lot in submiting and assesing purchase and logistics departments in our needs of supplies.

We started focusing our needs, afrterwards, seeds shown us some people who could help and we build the strategy. This required a lot of effort in adapting our systems, our culture and processes into a brand new way of solving the situation. Te development was done in-house and seeds is still working with us because as we went developing, we realized new technologies were being demanded by users.

Another inniciative is to develop an eCommerce platform in Miami, called Fresh to Home (www.f2h.shop) already established in Argentina. Third inniciative is CrossBorder ecommerce, where iFLOW will provide logistics solutions for Argentinean Sellers to manage their shipments into th US.
