I am a veterinarian and owner of Tanglewilde Veterinary Clinic, a primary care, general practice small animal clinic in Houston, Texas.
For what projects/services did your company hire Second Nature?
Second Nature redesigned our website, took over our social media management, and has continuously provided content for the website for both internal and external marketing.
What were your goals for this project?
We needed a reliable, responsive and comprehensive web development team to partner with us for marketing and education. Our intention is a long-term relationship with an effective and competent firm.

After re-evaluating the work of our big-box and cookie-cutter vendor, we prioritized work ethic and responsiveness. The owner of Second Nature engaged and addressed all concerns, and immediately built a program to meet our needs. More than any other company, Second Nature identified with us.

Second Nature re-developed the website, building each page and its content from scratch. The team continues to update it regularly, as well. Their work is almost hands-off for our team - they handle it all.
Additionally, Google Ad campaigns are created and managed, monitored and reported regularly. Any feedback is addressed quickly. A variety of social media accounts are also routinely updated and monitored with relevant content, reflecting our values to our audience.
What was the team composition?
The team has grown incredibly in the past year and a half, all still representing the energy and enthusiasm, as well as respect and appreciation of Second Nature's founder.
