I am an individual consultant in the business of branding and helping to grow company using branding in different way. Company registration is in the process.

For what projects/services did your company hire Sdreatech, and what were your goals?

I was struggling to find right candidate to design and develop new website for my new business along with for few UI/UX works. I was searching for a person who can really help us and provide us best quality consultation. I found Darshan – Managing Director of Sdreatech via Linked In.

Initially we started talking and then we realize after talking to many other freelancers and company, that Darshan and his team is the right people who can deliver us what we need. Our goal was to make website look like corporate level and our user understand what exactly type of services wI am going to provide etc.

I found Darshan via Linked through his colleague who contact me on linked in. I was just searching a person who is really willing to understand our business requirement and provide solution in our budget. After having back-to-back meetings with Darshan we found him promising and selected his company to develop my website and graphic work.

As I have some technical & branding background I explained him what and how we want. Darshan, Owner of Sdreatech was continue in touch with me to take the approval of everything they are doing. He was fully in attention from start to end.

I personally was involved in design and development cycle and in some case my staff for coordination with Sdreatech team.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The project is in the testing phase and wish complete in coming weeks. So far, we are satisfied with the result.

I am very happy the way communication and project coordination is handling by Darshan and Team.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Darshan and his team are very fast and response time is very quick in email or chat.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

For me there is no need of improvement. I would just suggest them that do the way you are doing it.

I'm the owner of Heroine Hair Salon. Stoke Newington's Heroine Hair Salon helps women who wear wigs and hair extensions to have healthier hair. We do this by providing a personalised hair care experience to women pre and post fittings to protect the integrity of the hair and encourage hair growth.

We were struggling to manage the history of our customers/clients' appointment and records. I was searching a person who can really help us and provide us best quality consultation.

What were your goals for this project?

Our goal was to ease out operations of salon and provide our customers easy to use solution. From where they can easily book their appointments, can check cancel, edit or re-schedule and pay for the services. Also, we wanted to send them offers directly via mobile notification.

To be honest, It was destiny to meet Darshan. I was just searching a person who is really willing to understand our business requirement and provide solution in our budget. And I found him via Linked In and he was very confident in what he is doing. He explained me everything In detail. We come to a SLA. Once I made a decision and selected his company to develop my software.

We received very good support from them from beginning to finishing of the project. We were not so technical but we just explained him what and how we want. Darshan, Owner of Sdreatech was continue in touch with me and that was the plus point. He was fully in attention from start to end. I never felt he lose the connection with us after signing the project.

I personally was involved in application and in some case my staff for coordination with Sdreatech team.

We have just finished before 15 days. But we have started seeing changes and operation became more easier.

I was seriously very happy the way communication and project coordination was handled by Darshan and Team.

Darshan, always gives the best suggestions, ideas and many of them we implemented too. Even he added add on features which were not decided without any additional cost.

Did not found any area they need to improve. I have experienced it and was all perfect.

We were struggling to manage the history of our customers/clients' medical records like BCA, Appointments, Treatment records etc. I found Darshan Kalsariya through one of a close friend and approach them and explained our problem. We talked to many other IT companies in Mumbai but eventually, we found Sdreatech reliable and more knowledgable confidence in delivering our requirement. We then decided to develop our own custom software to be developed by Sdreatech.

What were your goals for this project?

Our goal was to ease out our operation, make it more speedy. We have our data of customers, their treatments, their diet history, and medical records are very important and we focused on that only. So we don't have to use more paper and manage everything from the software.

How did you select this vendor?

One of my friends referred me Darshan Kalsariya owner of Sdreatech and told me to consult him before taking any decision. And I found him very confident in what he is doing. So I made a decision and selected his company to develop my software.

So we got end-to-end support from them. We were not so technical other than explaining our problem we were facing at our wellness center. Darshan, Owner of Sdreatech was continue in touch with my staff and receptionist to gather all the information. So they have taken care of design, development, and set up of software along with providing software training on how to use it to our staff.

What was the team composition?

Our marketing team and including me was involved and cooperate with Sdreatech to develop this software successfully.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

It has totally changed the way we were handling our business. We were lacking many things with our existing software, and the new one has now everything that we want. Our customers are now more effective, we can give them results more faster & effectively, we can easily stay connected with our customers and manage all the data easily.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

They are very quick in communication, specially Darshan. You don't have to wait more than 24 hours or a day to get a reply from him and solve any of problem. They use to arrange weekly meetings and share all progress with us. They are very professional we never had a single issue with them during this complete cycle.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They are very fast in response. Darshan, always gives the best suggestions, ideas and many of them we implemented too. We did not found a single issue in software after we started using it. They seem to be the best at what they are doing.

Are there any areas for improvement?

There is little suggestion for them to keep record of changes made during the project.

I am the owner of the tourist destination project.

For what projects/services did your company hire Sdreatech, and what were your goals?

We wanted to design and develop an application for our tourist business in Middle East. We were finding a proper team who can help us implement our idea into reality. We found sdreatech through ThemeForest and in the beginning from small task we have started and then full scale project we have implemented with the help of Sdreatech.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We have tested them by providing small task in the beginning. They proved to be very fast and helpful for our concern deciding what is good and what is not good.

Scope of work was defined by us based on task decided by our internal business team which Sdreatech full filled all the technical need very precisely and timely.

There were two member team allocated to us for the project. Which was enough for the success of this project.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We have just finished our project in april 2022. We found our client very happy with result and getting good feedback from customers as well.

It was very easy. Always fast communication channel was provided to raise our concern and which was every time taken seriously and resolved quickly. Most of the time they delivered before timeline provided.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their accuracy, quality of code, and fast response were impressive.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

There are no cons as long as they are doing the same style of work for their other projects too.

We are a non-profit organization working to help women and children in crisis situations. I serve as the Marketing Director.

For what projects/services did your company hire Sdreatech?

We needed a website developer that understood the vision we had for building our website. All of our organization's information needed to be documented in a way that was simple and understood by our community. That's why we enlisted the help of Sdreatech.

What were your goals for this project?

Our vision was to have a website that was short, to the point, and visually pleasing.

Sdreatech has worked with one of our employees previously, she recommended them to us.

Sdreatech designed, arranged, and developed our entire website. We provided the content that needed to be on each page, and they were able to build the website according to what we envisioned.

What was the team composition?

Our team for this project consisted of the entire marketing department who worked with Sdreatech to build the website.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

As a non-profit, it is imperative that all of our information is stored on the website in an organized manner. It must appeal to donors and stand out for our supporters, clients, and volunteers.

Our previous website lacked the visual needs that would appeal to donors, but this version is much more appealing and has already helped us appeal to new donors and volunteers.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

The project was arranged with ease and Darshan from Sdreatech is such a pleasure to work with. He is quick to make changes and also suggests what is best for the page. All we have to do is provide content for him and he makes updates/changes as needed.

Aside from him being offshore - we never had an issue with the turn around time or communication. Working with Sdreatech is such a professional and easy setting.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Darshan's turn-around time is unlike any company we've worked with in the past. It never took more than 24 hours for him to make changes that we have provided to him. In addition, he will always give us his own opinions on what will work best for the website/pages we are working on. Sdreatech's communication is amazing!

Are there any areas for improvement?

There is little to improve for Sdreatech. My only suggestion would be to keep a running list of changes for projects - just so nothing gets lost or forgotten.
