During the COVID19 outbreak, our firm was not ready for digital transformation and remote work, as most of our work was outdoor, and the lockdown was a major reason to make a move towards digital transformation.

The timelines were decided to according to our deadlines for the implementation. The whole project took around 6 months, in which some tools were implemented in the start and middle, some took a little longer as per the complication of functions.

Our workflows and project management, payrolls, inventory management, vendor management, and other departments are on one page. Our business processes have become way smoother than before.

After the optimizations, we observed certain improvements in our conversions, and engagement rates. As the project kept going forward, we saw further improvements. In short, our conversion rates were improving after every optimization they were doing or suggesting
