We wanted to manage day-to-day activities at the organization better. This system would help with donations, volunteers, members, employees, and more.

We required a CRM built in Salesforce for our services. Scideas Solutions provided proper consultation and the CRM according to our state requirements.

We worked with a total of four team members as well as a consultant.

Our work process improved after the implementation of the CRM. We can now track and manage events and email campaigns. Our team now has the proper database to maintain all of our donations. We can also quickly address complaints from people through using the system.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

After formal meetings, the consultant came in to suggest solutions as we needed. They also showed the functionalities within the testing process to give our team an idea of how the CRM system would work once implemented. Their entire team was supportive and sent timely progress updates. We used Jira to track the project workflow.
