I’m the owner of a startup called B-Roll Photo. We’re an events company that provides a photobooth for weddings and other events around Alberta.

What challenge were you trying to address with Scene Creative Content?

We needed to come up with content for our website.

Scene Creative Content created all the content on our website in terms of the wording. It was a fun engagement because we had a bunch of meetings with them. Their team took the time to understand our company and philosophies. Based on our needs and culture, they built the collateral. Their team supported brand initiatives and developed content for our Facebook ads too.

We found Scene Creative Content on Facebook. They asked a lot of questions about the business and seemed to have an interest in it.

What is the status of this engagement?

We collaborated between March–October 2018.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

As soon as we ran the ads, we got a boost in traffic on all our channels. Scene Creative Content gave us what we wanted. It was a successful collaboration.

How did Scene Creative Content perform from a project management standpoint?

Their project management was impeccable. The project was executed well. They were quick and on time with all their quotes. I can’t say enough about Scene Creative Content.

Scene Creative Content did their homework. Their team researched our business and city to understand what was trending. They knew more than just creative strategies.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Off the top of my head, there weren’t any areas for improvement.

Scene Creative Content’s a great company. They take an interest in their partners' businesses and execute well.

We had a few public press releases that we wanted help with. We were also in the process of updating our website.

They helped us with content for the website and the press releases, and they do quite a lot of our branding management. The press releases went to a marketing agency that helped us get our messaging out. Scene Creative Content worked through our site and made everything easier to understand for real estate agents, homebuyers, and sellers.

I worked with a team of two.

We've spent between $5,000-$10,000 on their services.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started using them around July 2018. The collaboration is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

I don't have any metrics to share, but a lot of people ask us about who creates our content. We're happy with the work they do for us, and all our users and internal team members respond positively to the deliverables. Scene Creative Content takes time to understand what we do, and they put themselves in our position.

How did Scene Creative Content perform from a project management standpoint?

They're great project managers, and they follow up constantly. If we ever drop the ball, they follow up and make sure we stay on track. We use them all the time, and we reach out to them whenever we have a project.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They explain everything very well, and they do an awesome job. Their ability to effectively understand our brand and our process is amazing.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I can't think of anything they should improve.

My only advice is to use them.

I own a marketing company who hired Scene Creative to improve the web content for a luxury client of mine. I am the marketing director.

For what projects/services did your company hire Scene Creative Content?

They were hired to make the content professional on the web pages for a luxury client and then move on to establishing a weekly blog.

What were your goals for this project?

To improve the quality of the website to reflect the brand and to start improving SEO and web traffic.

How did you select this vendor?

I found them through a local online community and vetted them with a written audition.

They were given one web page at a time to clean up verbally and their talent was so great that they didn’t need a lot of instruction on elevating the verbiage.

What was the team composition?

I worked closely with their entire team and was extremely pleased with the efficiency and customer service.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

They took web content from a 2 to a 10 and my client was very impressed.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Extremely effective. They have a client services director who manages communication thus enabling the writer to focus on writing.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their efficiency, friendliness, quality of work and pricing were amazing!

Are there any areas for improvement?

To be honest, I haven’t worked with such professionalism matched with such a good price that did exactly what I wanted, ever.

We are web designer company based in Alberta Canada and design websites for customers throughout the world and our own projects in the real estate and listing design services.

For what projects/services did your company hire Scene Creative Content?

We were looking for someone to create unique content for some of our online projects everything from the about us to several other topics and sections.

What were your goals for this project?

We wanted the content to be real and reflect our goals and attitudes of our company and not sound like a robot. We also asked them to review our sites and audit to tell us what we needed to change or make changes.

How did you select this vendor?

We searched and spoke to many different sources and we felt very good and trusted the conversations we had with Scene to accomplish our goals.

After choosing, we collaborated with Scene to come up with the scope of work and to point them in the direction we wanted to express in the content that was being created.

Worked very closely with the principles and shared ideas on how to best complete the project.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We have had many compliments on how well the content fits our mission and scope of our business and with their help in reviewing our work has helped us tweak our business accordingly.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

They were very easy to work with, easy to communicate and a pleasure to work with from day one to end of the project.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their creativity was outstanding. They had true, honest care for the work that they were producing.

Everything was as we expected.
