The main problem affecting our client's business was that current and potential customers were unable to place orders via the website. They only browsed through the specifications and product types online, could download the catalogue, but had to contact the product manager to make a purchase.
Both parties experienced the need for ‘digital self-service’ – the sales department was drowning in emails, spreadsheets and calls, while customers were manually queued up with their orders. Despite dedicated account managers, they had to wait for the order to be processed. These repetitive daily activities deprived salespeople of time to look for new sales opportunities.

Need for a quick and smooth launch of an online sales channel
Janusz PV, as a new player on the competitive market, had to act quickly, and the only right solution for them was online sales. Its competition operates mainly “traditionally”, so the B2B ordering platform was an opportunity to demonstrate to its customers an innovative approach and a readiness to be where they are looking for products – on the Internet. Our client needed a dedicated place for online wholesale business from scratch, with short lead times, supported by an experienced software provider. Pure Interactive proved to be the ideal partner for this task.
The implementation of the B2B Saly platform was divided into 5 stages:
- Pre-implementation analysis: customer's business needs, product base, number of sales agents, etc.
- Platform configuration: digital product catalog, stock levels, customers, invoices, carts, sales documents, sales agents, etc.
- Graphic personalization of the B2B portal homepage – adjusting the standard template to the visual identity of Janusz PV S.A.
- Tests – final review of Janusz PV platform and making possible corrections, uploading first products to the server.

During covid we wanted to give our customers a tool which help them to płace their orders in a quick and easy way without any need to contact our salesteam.

We were already in Good realtion with saly as they have created our previous website. We contacted them and together came to a point that we should start with E-commerce.
