Salestube powered by hmmh as our new Tech-Performance agency has supported us in the transformation phase of our digital activities, both in terms of media campaign optimization and reporting.
Thanks to the cooperation with SalesTube powered by hmmh, we have revised the approach to many channels (SEM, mailings, Facebook), which allowed us to generate much better results in the first month after taking over the activities from the previous agency.
Together we have also implemented a new analytical structure to measure the effectiveness of marketing activities and built dedicated, advanced dashboards that allow us to enter the level of each campaign in detail and enable even better optimization of activities.

Salestube powered by hmmh took over from the previous agency the handling of all our media activities including mailing, affiliation, remarketing, display, and SEM.
They helped us build an analytical environment that combines data from different systems such as Adform, Google Ads, Facebook, Google Analytics, and Google Drive. The data was then visualized in the form of advanced and interactive dashboards.

We work with many departments of Salestube powered by hmmh - both with people from the client service department, and with media specialists, but also with technical people, including analysts who are responsible for the implementation of developed solutions.

For what projects/services did your company hire Salestube powered by hmmh?
Our main goal was to increase the quality of traffic, which will translate into an increase in the sale of ads. In addition, we wanted to know what the return on investment (ROI) in marketing activities was. We were looking for the dependency between users' actions and the company's profits. On this basis, we created an ROI model that connected these two worlds.
How did you select Salestube powered by hmmh and what were the deciding factors?
We have chosen the best partner to collaborate on such projects. The SalesTube team is made up of professionals with a lot of knowledge and experience.
Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.
We calculated the ROI for our media activities, which helped calculate the overall ROI for marketing activities. Thanks to this, we have also set a maximum cost per user and reply (action on the website), which is profitable for the client. This helped in determining media KPIs. We changed our approach from generating cheap traffic and cheap actions to generating high-quality traffic, because the most engaged users will leave the action anyway.
At this stage, we knew what ROI is generated by each channel. Now we were looking for the channels that generate the most unique replies, but with such a complicated conversion process in the real estate industry, we couldn't only look at the last source in the conversion path. Therefore, we conducted attribution modeling. After attribution modeling we chose the channels that support conversion paths the most, and we also checked how they look in terms of incremental replies. We wanted to know which target group or publisher provides the most incremental replies and where we should invest money. This question was answered by the incremental test.
Thanks to attributional modeling and the incremental test, we obtained qualitative quality traffic that we want to separate from the rest of the users on the website. Owing to our agency’s tool - scoring - we exclude these users from our media communication, we don’t want to pay for them several times.

The collaboration with SalesTube was successful - they were specialists who know their work. They have come up with a satisfactory solution as soon as possible. Good work organisation and interesting ideas are what distinguishes them. New analytical approach led to an improvement in all key campaign metrics and an increase in ROI.

When we conducted activities, we used a project management tool - Trello. Thanks to this, we all had access to 1 board and we could provide feedback on an ongoing basis and check the progress of work.

The intensity of the changes recommended by SalesTube and the changes that need to be implemented on the side of Otodom require significant developer involvement. The deliveries are alway a huge additional value for our platform. This is only possible by getting what we expect and having the trust into the vendor/partner company. Since we work with hmmh, it works smoothly and in 95% we get what we expected. 5% need some additional effort mostly because of miscommunications. hmmh always helps to solve this quickly.
The communication works extraordinary well and I can highly recommend hmmh. Also the personal contact works very well, we don't feel like a number but as a valuable customer of hmmh. This is what we feel when we have a problem and ask for a quick solution, hmmh always tries to help as quick as possible.

We send our wishes for new developments, hmms comes back with the estimation qty of hours which are required to make the development with 1-2 days. Then the job is done quickly and in a very good way. Very often it's exactly as expected, sometimes some adjustments have to be made but this is not the failure of hmmh. Adjustments are done quickly. Communication is mainly by Email. To share docs google drive is used. If necessary also a Skype can be done to discuss more complex topics. We are very glad to work with Tomasz Swiniarski.

The quick response, easy communication and well understanding of the requirements and needs. The team always finds a great way o develop or solve in a good timeframe.

Maybe more offering for as Skype instead of sending emails back and forth. But if we request a skype, it's always manageable to make it.

Our portal is the only point where people can get familiar with our products and buy them, so the goal was to create a user-friendly platform with as many as possible sales touch points. Res;ponsive design and e -commerce capabilities were the most crucial goals for this project. Apart from this our site is also a type of e-learning platform with plenty of content so site optimization was necessary, which was pretty challenging due to the fact that we use lots of graphics and video. Moreover the platform was designed to multilingual from the very beginning as the company has the ambition for fast development outside Poland.

The project team was build of different developers who come and go depending on their qualifications and parts of the project being processed. Without this project we could not start to operate. Right now our site is online and we've just started our sale process.

LIKE.agency seems to be very responsive, which was critical for our project due to number of changes we decided to implement. Moreover, Like agency was kind of business partner for us, which suggested solutions that might work for us well.

There is almost almost nothing to improve expect detailed documentation for the projects. In case of new functionalities, often we drafted only frames and later on, during implementation some incompatibilities with our expectations appeared.

I’m the electronic and information committee chair for the MTT-Society, a professional education society. We have around 10,000 members.
What challenge were you trying to address with LIKE.agency?
We have a lot of activities during the year including conferences and publications. We needed to be able to inform our members of everything we’re doing, so we wanted to build an interesting website that people can navigate easily.
We also wanted a backend for volunteers that is easy to follow. It was important that they could understand what they were seeing and how to add information to the website.
What was the scope of their involvement?
LIKE.agency developed our website using WordPress from scratch. It’s a collaborative website. Users see a consistent website for all the areas we have, while in the background, there are 25–30 different volunteers that are contributing to the website in their specific areas.
I started by showing them several websites that I liked from other societies around the world. The first step from there was to design what should be on the front page, as that is our main marketing approach. Then we had to decide what would be in each of the content areas of the website.
The website is strongly based on database information because we use a lot of data. They built a map tool and other features for visualizing all of that.

We have a direct contact person. I don’t know how many are in the background, but we interact mainly with two people.

Our old website also required someone to have software skills to be able to navigate through the backend. Now any volunteer can input whatever information they need to add, and WordPress takes care of it. Overall, the site is much easier to use on both ends.

Their team answers back in less than 24 hours. Having a single point of contact is quite useful because we can reach out to them and get results very quickly. We communicate via email and would hop on group calls for longer planning sessions like with the original design.

Agree beforehand on the best methods for the work. For example, decide together to use Bootstrap or another platform if you’re supplying them designs. It's been useful for us to agree on a process before moving forward.

What challenge were you trying to address with LIKE.agency?
We needed web development for our agency. We had been working with various web development freelancers, but it was tough to get projects completed on time and get the work done.
What was the scope of their involvement?
We recently finished a WordPress site with WooCommerce. They added a lot of extras versus a regular e-commerce site. They incorporated a product class sales system onto the site so that when someone adds a product to the cart, they are presented with the associated accessory or a similar product. They also incorporated a live search so that products appear as someone types in the search bar. Additionally, they added the capability to switch between different currencies. They mostly use WordPress, HTML, and PHP on the coding side of things. On the design side, they use Photoshop.
What is the team composition?
We work with 4–5 people from their team, including a designer and a developer who we work with on a regular basis. If the workload is higher and we need extra developers, they can supply more.

We hired them to complete our website by incorporating additional modules for subscriptions and auto-emailing, MailChimp, Google Merchant Center, AdWords integrations, and SEO [search-engine optimization].
What were your goals for this project?
We needed a reliable online shop with fast load times and subscription modules that allowed us to fulfill regular orders with and without modifications, incorporate multiple payment methods, and use our existing customer database.

Describe the project in detail.
The project began in August 2016. For the first two weeks, LIKE.agency designed multiple options for our shop's logo. After we selected a design, they tailored the rest of the website design to match that theme. At the same time, LIKE.agency programmed the site, implementing multiple payment methods and focusing on the subscription module. After nearly 2 months, our online shop was ready for the first orders.
LIKE.agency also started to assist with our Google Merchant advertising. We cooperate in this task constantly by modifying and improving campaigns.

We decided to use the WooCommerce platform, which allowed us to make further modifications to our system at a reasonable cost. It also let us implement an easily modifiable subscription module that meets our expectations.

In the end, we got the custom online shop we requested and launched in two months. We are currently developing Google campaigns and adding new features to our shop software. Since the first project, we’ve implemented a subscription option for single products (May 2017), started a MailChimp newsletter (June 2017), and implemented an auto-emailing function (September 2017).

We started our cooperation with a meeting where we discussed our most important goals. The website would be based on Presta shop 1.7. Our requirements were to create non-standard solutions that had to be created from scratch.

From 3 to 4 people participated in the online meetings. But I kept in touch mainly with the project manager

The main advantage is definitely a more refined model of navigating the website. The user experience is at a much better level than before.

Communication was mainly based on e-mail. In the first stage of cooperation, I had a problem with organizing projects. At a later stage of cooperation, we developed an appropriate model of communication regarding the tasks performed.

They were able to explain to us particular issues that we did not fully understand. Thanks to this, we learned a lot in a new field

A more transparent way to communicate and summarize the working hours allocated to a particular task.
