Introduce your business and what you do there.
I'm the chief revenue officer at Discovery. We manage invoice AP processors for the trash industry for brokers and haulers. We also supply manufactured products for compactor monitoring.
What challenge were you trying to address with Sales Nash?
We needed Sales Nash to help us with target prospecting.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Sales Nash completed nationwide research based on the particular demographics and size we requested. To determine what we were looking for, they asked us for companies that matched our profile and developed a sample size to test. After that, the team did some research using questions they crafted; Sales Nash was able to tie the remaining 250 prospects we had in the market space back to our criteria. Sales Nash looked at the customers that were currently utilizing our services and that, combined with the research they did, gave them a sense of the kind of marketing targets we were looking for.
Currently, Sales Nash is running a project for us in Canada. They're also looking into another project looking for individuals to install compactor monitors across the US to build up our networks of qualified individuals who can install our monitors across the US. We also plan to involve Sales Nash in several other future projects.

We found Sales Nash through an internet search — we were intrigued by their story and decided to contact them. We liked their approach and work, so we hired Sales Nash.

What is the status of this engagement?
Our engagement with Sales Nash began in March 2022, and it's ongoing.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
We had a roundtable discussion via Zoom to discuss the project results, and we've already gotten a few solid leads even though we've just started our sales process. Also, since our technology has a longer sales process, I believe we'll see ROI within the next 90–120 days. We're very satisfied with Sales Nash's work; they've met our expectations

Sales Nash stays within the realms of the project. They typically communicate with us through email and phone calls; we also exchange text messages. Our communication style changes depending on the level of concern we have about the project or what is easiest at the moment.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Sales Nash has gotten us to the right prospects, which is great.
Are there any areas they could improve?
I haven't identified anything that Sales Nash can improve.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
I've already referred Sales Nash to four other companies because they get projects done and establish the right contacts. It's also important to remember that customers need to spend money in order to make some, but Sales Nash is very affordable.

We considered multiple companies of similar profile, but Sales Nash really stood out with their direct and honest approach, attractive pricing and quick response times.

We worked together on identifying the right customer profiles, markets, etc. After that it was smooth sailing. Sales Nash is basically an extension of our inbound sales team. They provide additional leads by setting up campaigns, regularly following up and arranging meetings for our colleagues in the sales department.

We have worked with right around 10 people from their team so far. Content writers, staff who do the outreach, project managers, etc.

We were able to close some pretty big deals with Sales Nash's help so far. Something we thought was highly unlikely, given the state of "cold outreach" in our industry. They were able to prove us wrong.

We have weekly Zoom meetings and a Slack channel where they inform us of their progress on a daily basis.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
Their research is on point. They were able to find really good prospects and set up campaigns that really work. The best part is how they target different roles in the same company with different challenge-specific messages.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
We had some slight issues with content, but that's mainly due to their lack of knowledge about our specific product and niche we're servicing. Nothing a bit of back and forth didn't fix.

Getting the attention from the right person on the right timing is the biggest challenge for all B2B business development. Especially when our potential clients are typically very large companies, it is very difficult to allocate the right contacts, less to mention getting the attention.

We spoke with the team and found that the most impressive factor is that they have a very strong project management mechanism. Sales lead generation is a hard job. With the fast changing technologies, things can easily fall apart without a "brain" to run the program. SalesNash has very strong PM capability. They not only build the program, execute it. And they constantly review and think how to make changes to improve the performance. They are an amazing team.

They consistently think out of the box to improve the campaign's performance. for an example, after reviewing the email campaign, they expanded the duration of each campaign and spaced out the frequency. They started Linked in campaign.
