Before contracting Sakshi Infoway, we used a compilation of various software and processes to run our sales, finance and logistics departments. Our focus was to integrate these processes into a centralized online portal.

As we conducted research on the right company to hire we quickly concluded Sakshi Infoway had vast teams of knowledgeable programmers at a great cost to our budget.

An online php-based portal was created with various modules comprising our company's departments.

We worked closely with various teams. A team leader was our main contact to the dbas, gui designers, content writers, seo researchers and backend developers.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We are now able to receive client orders directly through our online portal and logistics documents are packaged and delivered to a digital library for client access. Deliverable with Sakshi Infoway is done in a prompt manner with many timelines met or exceeded original dates.

Our project management was fantastic. We communicated via Skype and had many screensharing sessions where our expectations for action items were met.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We were amazed by their ability to communicate with our team lead and upper management with ease and receive project updates along the way is a key standout of their services.

None.

I am the owner of a marketing platform that connect services & product providers with customers.

For what projects/services did your company hire Sakshi Infoway Private Limited, and what were your goals?

We needed a web developer for a new digital marketing platform. Sakshi focused on developing our platform from scratch and work on future development and enhancement. We aim to be a marketing solution platform.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We searched online for web development in India and shortlisted 4. After interviewing these companies we chose them based on their knowledge and clear process for the project and cost estimate.

First, we discussed the full picture and talked about all the big lines of the project. Then I was introduced to the project manager who will be going over all the requirement we need for the project. After that their team will develop the design as a first draft and when its as needed they will proceed to the next level. Once all design is agreed they will start working on the programming work. When the first version is complete we will review and note all the comments for correction and move forward. Communication: Skype, emails, and conference calls when needed.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

They have a big team (30~50) but I only communicate with the Project Manager.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The final product (website) was very stable and doesn't have errors and was as expected.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We meet almost weekly as per our need, and they were meeting deadline if not before.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We have been working with them for some other project for more than 3 years now, and this project since 2021. They were always committed to their deadlines.

Maybe have Arabic speaker.
