The project was completed, which allowed us to get feedback from our customers. In addition to doing a great job of listening to us, they also translated what we were saying into actual requirements.
Frank and his team were great about accommodating our requirements, such as not being able to use tools like WordPress. They met all of our needs, and continue to do maintenance. We need certain elements regularly updated, and it’s rare for them to take more than 24 hours to get back to me.
How did Sagapixel SEO perform from a project management standpoint?
Frank was good about listening and interjecting where he needed to. Rather than just asking what we wanted, he would give us a couple of examples and let us pick. He would then zoom in on our choices and determine what we were looking for.
This was a good way for Sagapixel SEO to attack scope creep and not let it take over the project. I give them credit for that because it’s not an easy thing to do.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Sagapixel SEO knew their business. Our CIO was very demanding as far as doing things a certain way, and the team accomplished that. They were also knowledgeable about the product they were building.
Are there any areas they could improve?
No, I have no suggestions. The entire experience was very positive.

Work with them and express your opinions. The more info you give them, the better they’re going to be able to meet your expectations and give you a product you’ll be happy with.
