I am the owner of a medical practice, and we are a small business consisting of 15 employees.
What challenge were you trying to address with SADOS MSP, Inc.?
We hired them for IT consulting and services.
What was the scope of their involvement?
SADOS MSP, Inc. walked through our space and assessed what we needed, especially since IT is not my forte. Their team came on-site and also did remote work, conducting cybersecurity, maintenance, and hosting services.
Jonathan (CEO) was really honest about what he thought we needed and what we could use as far as our cabling and networking were concerned. He gave me estimates on the equipment that we needed, then their team handled the installation. Furthermore, they provided technical support, did our wireless network, and made sure that our network was set up properly and running smoothly. He also connected us with our local Comcast service person.

We mainly work with Jonathan, who’s our main point of contact, and two technicians.
How did you come to work with SADOS MSP, Inc.?
They were recommended to me.
How much have you invested in them?
We’ve spent no more than $5,000 USD so far.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working with them in January 2022, and it is an ongoing collaboration.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
So far, I'm 100% satisfied with their work — they’ve exceeded expectations; there haven’t been any issues, and the speed is good. Also, I’ve run the invoicing through a friend of mine who’s well-versed with IT, and he says the quote is very competitive and SADOS MSP, Inc.’s services have been impeccable. Needless to say, we couldn’t have done this without their help.
How did SADOS MSP, Inc. perform from a project management standpoint?
They’ve been great in terms of sticking to our timelines and budget and patiently answering our questions no matter how silly they are. We communicate through phone calls, emails, and I can even text them as well.

I'm the president of Direction, a digital marketing and web design company.
What challenge were you trying to address with SADOS?
My internal IT lead suddenly left and my sites started to crash, so I was looking for immediate IT support to ensure our sites were running properly on AWS.
What was the scope of their involvement?
SADOS provided emergency IT services, driving down from a different state to our office to get our sites back up and running on AWS after our IT staffer quit without notice. They continue to provide ongoing software and hardware help, monitor our network, and send daily reports regarding usage and alerts. They also set up a voice system and monitor our security networks as needed.
What is the team composition?
I work with two people on their team.
How did you come to work with SADOS?
When I needed immediate help, I called a bunch of local Virginia-based companies, but couldn't get anyone to agree to come in right away. Eventually I found SADOS and they were willing to drive down from Maryland to our office the second they hung up the phone. In addition to the expertise they've shown, the fact that they cared enough to do that set them apart from any other company I could find.

We've invested $50,000–$60,000 thus far.

I've been working with them since January 2018 and the relationship is ongoing.

SADOS literally saved my company from crashing by offering immediate help when I needed it most.
How did SADOS perform from a project management standpoint?
They're incredibly accessible and responsive to our needs. I've even called them late in the evening and they picked up the phone.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They genuinely care about my business. All the other vendors I spoke to only offered to set up an appointment and wanted to discuss pricing right away. SADOS was the only company willing to do what needed to be done right away without hesitation.
Are there any areas they could improve?
No.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
No, but I definitely recommend working with SADOS. It's not worth having the stress of any critical IT-related issues, so it's important to find a company like this that you can trust to be there when it's needed most.

We moved to a larger office and wanted to partner with a company that was local and offered current IT solutions with ongoing management. We needed new equipment and easy to use options for the entire office.
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
We met with several companies and found SADOS had the best options at competitive pricing. It was clear they had high standards for excellent customer service as well.

We needed an entire new IT infrastructure for our new, larger office. We added more equipment throughout the suite and created a great training setup for our team. We also have our phones through their service. Everything is easily integrated.
How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
The owner and team met with us initially, and we've met most of the team over the years we used their IT Managed solutions. We appreciate the whole team - they are all knowledgeable, friendly, and timely to respond to our needs.

Even with several setbacks, they somehow managed to get our initial new office setup and running on time for our move. They went above and beyond and seemed to really care about the impact to our business. They are always timely and helpful.

We are a flooring company that installs hardwood, carpet, vinyl, and tile in new home builds. I am the accounting manager.
For what projects/services did your company hire SADOS?
We hired Sados to be our third party IT service provider and phone service provider.
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
The owner of our company is friends with the owner of Sados. We outgrew our previous IT company and needed a larger company like Sados to satisfy our needs.
Describe the project in detail and walk through their service package.
They monitor our phone and IT. Anytime an issue occurs, Sados is made aware and they will take care of it for us. When we initially hired Sados, they helped us set up new servers, increase our security and firewalls, transfer our phone system, and set us up with fiber internet (we were previously using coax).
How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
We've had several employees from Sados work with us. At least 8. I'm not sure what their titles are.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
Increased efficiency, faster internet, less issues with the printers/scanners, overall a better IT experience than before we had Sados.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
Their workflow is very effective. They have a ticketing system that allows both parties to track and monitor issues.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
They are very responsive.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
The transition to fiber did not go as smoothly as planned. That project seemed rushed and we felt pressured to make the transition.

I am the Co Market Center Administrator for a Real Estate Brokerage. We provide administrative support to our agents so they can easily get paid on deals, grow their businesses, and build wealth.
For what projects/services did your company hire SADOS?
We hired SADOS in 2016 to manage our phones and computers. Prior to SADOS, we weren't getting the value in what we were paying for. We need support during business hours to ensure our staff and our agents can easily work. Any technical issues they have a ticket system and reply within the same day.
All of our phones are cloud based which makes it convenient to check voicemail out of the office and phone calls can be forwarded to cell phones within minutes through their portal. Our computers are backed up to a server which they manage as well.
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
We selected this vendor based off customer service and price. Their pricing and customer service went hand and hand so it was a no brainer that SADOS would be the best support for us. We've been in business with them for 6 years now and have never considered shopping around.

They setup all of our tech (computers, monitors, phones, sound systems) anytime a new staff member joins. We put in a support ticket and they are very flexible with time as they do have the staff to come in person to set everything up. If something is going bad or is broken they make inexpensive suggestions for replacement and we trust their expertise.
We also have agents that print to our shared printer in which SADOS connects them directly to it with a code so the copier knows who is printing which then is connected to our billing system so we know how to charge agents.
How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
We work with about 3 people on the team Two of them are Senior Systems Managers and they are on the job helping move everything and we also work with their CTO for suggestions on upgraded equipment when necessary.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
The progress has been continuous. They train extremely well so any Systems Manager that comes in to our office to assist or remotes into our computers knows and understands our systems. We are a franchise, so we have had help from them installing our accounting software and recordkeeping software. We send them the instructions that our International headquarters sends us and they take care of it.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
Very effective. Their ticket system ensures someone is picking up the ticket and it doesn't matter who you talk to because they all are well versed and can assist. It is extremely important to our staff that our technology is always running smoothly because this impacts our agents.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
Their customer service. IT can be a pretty broad, intimidating conversation to have when someone who is passionate about technology is trying to teach those that have very little experience and they break it down so we can understand.
We have to be able to assist with our agents technology issues, so learning from SADOS has taught us a lot to then help our agents. They want to make sure you understand and know how to use everything so they make it easy for you to understand.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
I think they have improved on their Service Managers explaining our tech in a less detailed way. We don't need to know absolutely everything and why everything works the way it does and they have done a great job on making things more 'english' for us that don't have experience in this field.
SADOS MSP, Inc. is doing a solid job of meeting every need — in fact, there haven't been any problems, and the level of their service has been top-notch. The team also boasts strong project management and communication skills, which have helped ensure a seamless workflow and avoid unwanted delays.
