We have hired SaaS hero for several projects, starting in the SEO and PPC space and moved on to a specific push for a Vaccine transportation solution we needed to rollout. The goals were to increase visibility of our solution and attract the right prospects to our landing page, higher conversion rates, more sales and cash!

We chose SaaS Hero because of great reputation in addition to a long standing relationship to one of our portfolio companies. They had a strong track record of results, a motivated, energetic and creative team and are always good value.

For PPC and SEO, the team does several discovery calls and reviews our sales pitches, value pitches, websites and landing pages. They review how the market uses keywords, and what are the best sites for our decision makers. They return each meet with a refined proposal on how we should position for best return. We have continued to refine messaging, positioning, spend on biweekly calls

There are usually three team members on the SaaS Hero side. Aaron is the CEO, and then marketing analyst and creative resource attend the calls to discuss metrics, content, competitive positions

My companies are three of the top 4 in Capterra in their category. Our qualified leads have been up significantly year over year and we are beginning to use SaaS Hero is another portfolio business

SaaS Hero stays on a very tight schedule and holds my team accountable for their deliverables. We meet biweekly to discuss results and they meet several more times with different members of my team. I will sell them short if I name the tools they use, they seem to have every communication and research tool that allows them to pull real time results while we talk
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
They work FAST. They LISTEN, really listen to what we're trying to do and then once we agree - they get moving and can build, design, tweak on demand. Aaron is a great resource and is 110% committed to the projects we ask him to do

I’m the co-founder and CEO of an HR software company.
What challenge were you trying to address with SaaS Hero?
We needed help with online performance marketing services, especially Google Ads.
What was the scope of their involvement?
SaaS Hero has helped us build Facebook, LinkedIn, and Google Ads campaigns — this last being the center of our project. The team manages our PPC, works on keywords, and also supports us in making banners and other digital assets. We cooperate with them thinking about strategies, but they execute pretty much everything.

My main point of contact is Aaron (Founder).
How did you come to work with SaaS Hero?
We found them online and compared them with several providers. We really liked the interactions we had. We chose SaaS Hero because of Aaron’s involvement, the team’s campaign ideas, and their overall communication.

We started our partnership in April 2020, and it’s ongoing.

We’re focused on the campaign’s performance in terms of volume and return on ad spend (ROAS). So far, it’s been great for us.

We typically communicate via email and have regular check-ups through video calls. We have a couple of meetings per month and check our social media and Google Ads accounts with Aaron and the account manager.
What did you find most impressive about them?
SaaS Hero's communication is fantastic. The team is incredibly fast in terms of execution and responding to queries. This is great because you can experiment and try new things. They’re proactive and come up with ideas but are also open to new ones. They’re an experienced group of people with deep knowledge of their field.

I say do it. They’re a fantastic company to work with. If you have a SaaS company or work in one, they’re a great choice for outsourcing your marketing. I strongly recommend them to anyone.

I’m the founder and CEO of Mobile Locker.
What challenge were you trying to address with SaaS Hero?
We needed someone to run advertising campaigns on LinkedIn, Facebook, and Google.
What was the scope of their involvement?
We needed the creative for the visuals and messaging of our advertisements. Additionally, it was essential to develop an understanding of the target audience across different platforms. In that effort, they created keywords and target audiences. After they handled those initial steps, they implemented and executed on those campaigns. They handled everything on the top of the funnel, from soup to nuts. After they showed us how to integrate our leads into our CRM, we took over that part of the process.
What is the team composition?
I collaborated with 3–4 people from their staff. There was a creative team working behind the scenes.
How did you come to work with SaaS Hero?
I found them through an ad on LinkedIn. After filling out a form, I received a follow-up email from them right away. We scheduled a phone call the next day. The made the process easy, so we hired them.

We spent about $29,000 on their services.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working together in March 2019, and our engagement slowed in December 2019. I still plan on picking it back up when our marketing efforts need that support.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Everything about working with them was great. Through their work, we received about 1,000 top-of-funnel leads. We quickly learned that LinkedIn was our best platform for engagement. From there, they helped us double down on that platform to achieve more success.
They frequently shared LinkedIn dashboard and analytics to detail how our campaigns were performing. That helped us decided that we should lean into and what we should scale back and test.
How did SaaS Hero perform from a project management standpoint?
We set up a shared Slack channel that allowed them to ping me whenever needed. When they completed headlines, calls to action, or another creative component, they were willing to change them based on our feedback.
They were responsive to our Slacks, emails, and phone calls. We also had a regularly scheduled phone meeting to check-in on progress. We were able to get ideas moving quickly through our different communication platforms.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Because of their considerable experience in the industry, they know their stuff. They can anticipate what will work well before implementing anything. Specifically, they understand the SaaS industry for small and medium-sized companies. They put the client first, always trying to do what’s best for us.

I can’t think of anything. It was a good relationship.

Conduct all your communications in real-time using Slack and other communication tools. Don’t wait for the weekly meetings to share ideas. They can handle moving the project along quickly.

We provide software as a service for non-emergency medical transportation providers. The software does scheduling, billing, dispatching and reporting for door-to-door medical transportation services. I'm the owner and CEO.
What challenge were you trying to address with SaaS Hero?
We were trying to handle marketing with very little in-house experience, and Google Ads representatives didn't always make the best suggestions. We hoped to leverage landing pages and update our websites, and we needed an expert team to help us.
What was the scope of their involvement?
They helped us upgrade our website through changes and separate features. Their efforts boosted our SEO and directed traffic to dedicated pages for specific features or functionality. Focusing on our call to action, they set up options to click on buttons to sign up for demonstrations or contact us.
They built custom landing pages on top of our existing website to target different audiences with varying needs and goals. Those customizations allow users to dial into what they're looking for and increase our conversion rates and lead generation.
SaaS Hero also put a lot of effort into Google Ads and content. They write 1,500-word blogs twice a week, and they filmed video testimonials at one of our conferences for additional content. Their blogs are rich in lead magnets to help start-up providers.
They put a lot of effort into our CRM, and they maintain our account and connect to MailChimp and other tools. They make sure all our data flows through the CRM, which helps with our reports to our stakeholders.

We now show up in every search for our company. Retargeting is intense, even though we did very little work outside of Google Ads and SEO. They get us so many more leads without charging us much more than we spent before. They send weekly reports that include leads, where those leads were generated, our expenditure, the click-through rates, and video views of our content on YouTube.

They're very good project managers. They deliver quickly, and they communicate with us through our in-house Slack channels.
