We initiated a seagrass mapping project in Puerto Galera and develop[ed a free mobile app for it. We engaged the services of S&Y Digital Marketing to handle our social media campaign, which has a two-fold objective: to increase awareness in the impostance of conserving our seagrass beds, and to popularize the use of the app as a tool in identifying where the seagrass beds are.

We have very little experience in digital marketing so we let S&Y take the lead in this aspect of the project. Accounts in Facebook, Instagram and Twitter were opened for us, and they sent us content for approval in advance monthly.

The FaceBook page was able to garner 4.7k likes by the end of the contract's term. Total reach is 440,738 as of this writing.

The workflow is very efficient and effective. The person assigned to us usually responds in a timely manner.

They know digital marketing, and were able to raise awareness on our project in an impressive manner. The digital artwork and other visuals they provided were very imaginative.

I can't think of any. As I said, we are not proficient in digital marketing.

S&Y was patient in setting up our monthly social media calendar for monthly plotting of content. Collaboration was done closely through instant messaging and google sheets which enabled tfor us to quickly resolve issues on content. Much better experience than our last agency.

The original project took 4 weeks (March–May 2018) to develop the App, Icon and implement it successfully into Google Play & Apple Store, compatible in both Tablets and Smartphones.

Price - it was a fraction of what the Malaysian and Hong Kong companies charged with a much better result. Also speed, took 4 weeks for the finished product and the others took over 3 months without a satisfactory result.
