After a successful run on our entry level plan, Ignite, U Vape has remained a client on our tailor-made Boom plan with a hunger to grow and become the leader in the vape and 420 retail market in The Maritimes. Within 30-days of re-launching with Ignite, the investment had already paid for itself. It quickly became crystal clear there was a big opportunity to up the ante and transform U Vape into the leader they deserve to be.
Our Solution

A few months later we retired the underperforming Vend in-store POS system in favour of Lightspeed and integrated tapmango Loyalty for a seamless in-store and online rewards and email marketing experience. We followed this up with an aggressive SEO and content strategy program that tops the results pages on Google each month.

How we helped a local liquor retailer increase customer engagement.
Like many businesses during the Covid-19 pandemic, Collective was seeking an alternative channel to serve their customers while adhering to local health restrictions. Delivering this project in a short period of time and on budget was critical.
Our Solution
We chose our Ignite plan for this project because it delivered everything they needed; a brand new Shopify online store, quality content on-site, and customized training to help them run their store.
Liquor packaging is often colourful and detailed, so we made sure to showcase the products with large, professionally-shot photos optimized for all devices.
While selling online was and important aspect of this project, maintaining foot traffic o their shop was a primary concern. To ensure this objective, we installed and customized the unTapped integration so customers can shop online and see their extensive in-store assortment at the same time.
Rounding out this project meant integrating a local delivery courier, Shopify Payments, customized training manuals, and Klaviyo email marketing software.
The Results
A beautiful boutique-style shopping experience that closely matches the in-store look and feel. Thought the initial assortment was small--only 40 products--the customized training manual they received allows them to confidently add products over time.
Additionally, their online store has served as a critical platform for exclusive product launches, giveaways and seasonal bundles, opening up the door to reach more customers than ever possible with just their retail shop

For over 20 years, Step Ahead has been serving Calgarian's by offering comfortable, orthopaedic footwear and custom shoe repair services through traditional retail stores. When their recently added Wix e-commerce sales channel was added, they quickly realized it wasn't performing to their expectations and they needed help
Our Solution
It was clear that Wix was not going to serve their needs of growing and competing in the Calgary market. We chose our Ignite plan and migrated their website, and entire 500+ item catalog, to Shopify.
We chose to integrate Shopify POS Pro for their retail stores and provided hands-on in-store consultation for scanning their inventory into the new system, and provided training to give them the confidence to run their store day-to-day.
To highlight the company's 20 year history and unique shoe repair and fitting services, we interviewed the store owners and created custom pages with rich content that engages with consumers. Topping this off is a custom build contact page with local SEO best practices built-in to maximize local shoppers searching on Google and an in-depth social media strategy and playbook.
The Results
Step Ahead has a proper online store that easily converts visitors to customers through a thoughtful user experience and interface design. A robust menu ensures visitors can find what they want quickly and effortlessly.
The new in-store Shopify POS Pro system allows the team to confidently manage their in-store and online inventory from a single point of record. And the new Shopify store allows further engagement with customers with value added services such as local delivery and curbside pickup.

For what projects/services did your company hire RS Creativ, and what were your goals?
Our website was created by myself on shopify originally and needed a lot of work. We wanted to offer the absolute best customer user experience while tying it in to our retail brick and mortar loyalty and marketing systems. We also needed help transitioning to a new retail POS. RS creativ also handles all our digital marketing, new product additions and launches.

We selected RS creativ because they seemed like a perfect fit. Very boutique feel and custom solutions for exactly what we needed. Very hands on from the proposal stage and on.

They handle the full re development (twice now) of our shopify store, The full catalogue management. They also fully integrated a new loyalty system (that they found for my needs) and helped me merge a new pos for my retail. On top of this they handle all of our digital marketing and social platforms. They also found and manage the relationship with our SEO contractors.

RS Creativ expertly guided my Shopify store in the right direction with strategic decisions in almost every area from a streamlined user experience, automatic A.I. age verification, high-performance promotion development and execution, day-to-day management of the store, and plenty more. Performance over the last 10 months is up in every category, from 80% increase in conversion, 900% increase in sales, 850% increase in orders.

Very timeline oriented and very punctual. Communication with them is always amazing; they are there for us anytime I need anything. They are fully Integrated into our in house (slack) communication system. Very professional but very human, like a member of my full time team.

We met Ryan through the shop and he told us that he was starting his own business. Since we love supporting our community and small business, we felt Ryan would be a good fit for our projects.

We had an introductory meeting to discuss our needs and the vision we had. We really liked our design from our previous website, but didn't love the layout or ability in managing it ourselves. We also needed capacity to expand our business in an e-commerce platform to widen our customer service. We focused on: - website review, purpose and design - online shop and inventory development/training - ongoing support with Shopify apps to support our online business

Our online sales are increasing every week. As a company we need to strategize next steps and prioritize website development.

As a very busy small business, their timelines were quick to meet our immediacy, which left us holding them up due to all the hats we wear. There were some communication issues regarding end product, but we were able to work it out.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
RS Creativ is very efficient and has a great follow-up process. Ryan and Brennon are very different personalities and skill set. The two of them complement each other well.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
Since they are website experts and not beer experts, more questions regarding our products would allow for smooth project completion. Also, we wanted our website to be similar to our in store shopping experience. Ryan and Brennon have so much knowledge, that the work being done was too high level for our simple request.
