Introduce your business and what you do there.
We own a couple of party supply stores.
What challenge were you trying to address with Royal LePage Canada?
We needed to find a location for one of our stores. Finding a location was a challenge because most property owners didn’t want helium tanks in their buildings.
What was the scope of their involvement?
We hired Royal LePage to help us find a location for our store and overcome the challenge of property owners not accepting the helium tanks we use for our balloons.
What is the team composition?
I worked with two people: a sales assistant and a realtor.
How did you come to work with Royal LePage Canada?
I reached out to a couple of different companies and chose Royal LePage because of their customer service, which was very important to me. If I feel like someone is not providing good customer service, I leave.
How much have you invested in them?
We spent about $50,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working with them in February 2018, and the most recent engagement with them wrapped up in April 2020.

Throughout the time that we worked with them, they were able to meet all of our requirements.

Be responsive. When you’re not responsive, it delays the process.
