I’m the general manager of Outdoor Concepts, a retail store in New Zealand.

We wanted to reach more customers through digital media, especially social media.

What is the status of this engagement?

The work started two years ago, sometime around January 2018. The work is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

It’s improved our brand presence in New Zealand. We’ve gotten a better online presence, which has translated to more people coming into our stores.

How did Rockaway Digital perform from a project management standpoint?

Project management gets better and better. They’re using different platforms to communicate and utilize apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their eagerness to continue growth was great. They keep driving forward.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They’ve been growing so much so they need to take care of management a little better.

I would try it; it’s definitely worth a shot.
