We have been operating in the IT industry since 2014. We work with 350 IT specialists around the world and have completed over 160 contracts for almost 100 clients. We needed IT specialists for our client. RITS hires us IT specialists on our request
What were your goals for this project?
The specialists carried out international projects for our client's tourism and aviation industries.
How did you select RITS?
We knew the RITS company and chose it from among the competitions . They`ve reached the highest score in our RFP, (categories: matching candidate`s profiles to job posting requirements; time to response; experience in IT sourcing area)
Describe the project in detail.
We have been cooperating with the client since 2015, signing 12-month contracts every year. In 2019 alone, RITS provided us with 38 specialists (including Java Developers, QA Engineers, .NET Developers, Front-End Developers, Help-desk). In 2020 - 54 specialists.
What was the team composition?
At RITS we have our Account Manager who is responsible for distributing the job postings, take part in in take calls with Hiring Managers and with whom we keep in touch. This form meets our expectations
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
Thanks to the cooperation with RITS, we were able to provide the client with exactly the specialists he expected from us.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
It is distinguished by a short time of delivering a candidate, a very high ratio of submitted offers to accepted offers, as well as presented candidates to employees, and a long cooperation with candidates (out of 10 inquiries we sent, the company was able to answer seven - every third candidate presented was employed) . The company was also distinguished by the quality level of the candidates (on average 82% of the presented candidates met the expectations).
They are one of the leading suppliers of which we have had the pleasure to cooperate with in recent years.

For what projects/services did your company hire RITS?
RITS is one of the parters that is addressing the needs of Sabre in Poland for Contingent Workforce through MSP Program. MSP Program is managing Sabre demand for wide range of IT Consultants, Software Engineers, Quality Assurance Testers on different levels.
What were your goals for this project?
The goal of this project is to manage the contingent workforce demand, and collaborate with partners that can support this demand in most effective way.
Partners are being evaluated for their response speed, and accuracny, collaboration,efficiency and quality of the talent they bring. A pivotal aspect of the program is to manage the cost of contingent labor from financial and budgetary perspective, and provide strong MI reporting to the company executives.
How did you select RITS?
Partners to this program are being selected post evaluation of their talent and technical capabilities and demonstrating quality and speed of delivery.

MSP program is a comprehensive solution designed to manage the contingent workforce need of the organization. Participating partners are benchmarked against each other, subject to ongoing evaluation and rewarded for the best results. Program also promotes the partnership and fosters long term cooperation.

RITS has proven to be very effective partner in the MSP program, supporting approx 20% of the contingent workforce in Poland (2019). For 2019 RITS ranked as first across the parnter network meeting or exceeding the quality criteria

RITS is active participant of the MSP program, and have been graded as Exceeding expactations in the Vendor Management criteria.

For what projects/services did your company hire RITS, and what were your goals?
Having developed our business, we needed a professional CRM system that would handle service orders from clients. We were looking for a company that would write a CRM system exactly for our needs. We sent an inquiry to several companies on the market.
How did you select RITS and what were the deciding factors?
RITS presented a project that suited us best conceptually and financially and was able to prepare it for us in the shortest possible time.

First, we sent our expectations to RITS. A company representative contacted us to clarify our needs and to evaluate the project. We compared the offer with the others collected from the market and decided to cooperate.
RITS consulted with us on the work at individual stages, thanks to which we gave them direct feedback on individual functionalities. After this period, we moved to the testing phase, which allowed us to eliminate errors and the process of training our employees began, who in the next step presented the system to our clients.
How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
We contacted only one representative of RITS, which was very comfortable for us - that was our assumption.
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
We have fully automated the process of accepting service orders, which accelerated the service work by about 30% and the invoicing process by 50%.

It was a quick and hassle-free collaboration. Our tutor took into account all our needs and shared his experience from previous projects, thanks to which we avoided a few mistakes. We were also satisfied with the form of the project, i.e. the division into smaller sets.

For what projects/services did your company hire RITS?
We hired RITS company for implementation of the application named COMARCH OCR SYSTEM . During the lockdown we had a problem with flow of accounting documents becasue lots of our employees worked remotely and couldn't come to office for documents. We contacted with RITS company in order to recieve from them an assistance to find a proper application to our office.
What were your goals for this project?
We want an innovative solution based on artificial intelligence that allows us to speed up the process of entering sales and purchase invoices into the accounting system by automatically reading data from document images. What's more we wanted to reduce the time employees would have to search for or rewrite paper invoices.
As well as the ability to automatically place documents in the electronic archive, keeping the appearance of the original copy, and search and search invoices using keywords in the full-text dimension. The main goal which we have gained was that most of our team could stay at home and work remotley.

We've haread about RITS IT SPECIALIST from a friendly brand mBANK. They recommended their serives to us.

When we contacted with their company they chose a person who was responsible for preparation and implementation the application. Our accounting company works on OPTIMA COMARCH SYSTEM so the RITS found those applications which were compatible with the program.
After receiving a short offer with presentation of application we arranged a meeting in our office. Two RITS employees came and started instalation of the application. It tooks two days.
Then our accountants have a training and received an instructions how to use this application. Later on we started working. Some of the accountans had questions so they contacted with the RITS IT SPECIALIST.
What was the team composition?
We were assigned project manager and two RITS IT SPECIALIST to instal and implementate an application.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
Since April we have fully automated our work in the accounting department. Our company acquired 4 new clients. Our accountants could enter 30% more documents into the accounting system at the same time.
We provided our employees with the opportunity to work safely from home during the closure. Thanks to OCR, it is also much easier to notice and verify irregularities, if they appear.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
Rits is a great company. Creating configurations with the highest categories of specialists gives the possibility of the best solutions.• Their communication was above and beyond. What's more they reacted very fast and replied on our emails and calls innmediately even if we have a problem to solve.
