Please describe your company and your position there.
In 2018/2019, I was in charge of Business Development in one company providing IT Solution places in Reston, VA. As a process leader, I worked with our external partners rise360.
For what projects/services did your company hire Rise360, and what were your goals?
The goal was to build brand awareness, generate more traffic on our website and improve our organic search. rise360 created a detailed plan of achieving it and took the lead on realizing it. As a result, our overall traffic increased, and there were more leads in the sales funnel.
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
I knew an agency that worked with them; that was a personal recommendation. Afterward, I read about the company and decided to cooperate. I gradually gave them more complex parts of our overall company strategy by starting with small steps.

Some of the main activities;
- Preparing market research and analysis
- Creating a new website tailored to our needs

- PPC campaigns at times were leveraging our sales
- Summary and further recommendations were presented to us, while the main part of the project was completed
How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
I mainly worked with 3-4 people from the rise360: Operation Director, Copywriter, and Web Designer. At times there were some additional people included if needed.
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
We have increased the number of leads by 34%. Overall there was a more significant number of people visiting our website. Some results there were not measurable; the simplified communication helped us improve brand recognition.

Thanks to Rise360's hard work, the leads and visitors have increased significantly. During the engagement, the team held weekly meetings to keep track of the progress. They used agile methodology for project management.
