A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Please describe your organization.
Divante is an innovative e-commerce solution studio based in Wroclaw, Poland. We specialize in creating customized OmniChannel- or Magento-based online platforms integrated with CRM [customer relationship management], ERP [enterprise resource planning], and PIM [personal information management], a custom web application or a Big Data solution. We provide expertise in software development, and user experience design.
What is your role at the company?
I am a sales manager focusing on our international customers, maintaining existing relationships, and assisting prospective clients.
What business challenge were you trying to address with RightHello?
The business challenge was to activate new business opportunities in Europe.
Please describe the scope of their involvement in detail.
The project works in iterations, which are scheduled on a regular basis. RightHello provides us with fresh leads and plain contacts, which we contact through our traditional processes.
How did you come to work with RightHello?
We research more than 20 different companies, who provide lead generation services, and RightHello was head and shoulders above the competition. They've proven our hypothesis correct by consistently provided the most cost-effective and reliable services.
Could you provide a sense of the size of this initiative in financial terms?
We spend in the $10,000 to $50,000 range with RightHello.
What is the status of this engagement?
We have been working together since the beginning of 2014, and we are constantly working on new projects.
Could you share any statistics or metrics from this engagement?
As a result, we have a constant stream of leads and contacts per month. Our cost per lead has fallen dramatically since we began working with them in addition the quality of the leads has risen.
What distinguishes RightHello from other providers?
One thing that makes RightHello unique is their ability to listen to our comments, and adjust their services accordingly. We can always count of them when we need to discuss further steps or have any questions about their services.
In hindsight, are there areas in which they could improve, or things you might do differently?
Every time we need to change something, we bring it to RightHello, and they immediately go about fixing the problem. There has never been any problem that hasn’t been solved immediately.

Email Marketing and Lead Generation for Software Firm
"Usually, things went fast and were delivered on time, whether it was gathering the contacts or delivering the campaigns."

A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Please describe your organization.
SoftwareMill is a web and mobile development firm based in Poland. We have been operating for six years, and primarily work with clients in the United States, South Africa, and Australia. We work remotely, and we have a distributed team across Poland.
What is your position?
I am one of the co-founders, and the CTO of the company.
What business challenge were you trying to address with RightHello?
Being a software house, one of our primary challenges is finding clients with interesting projects to work on. It is a crowded market, so we were looking to expand our outreach efforts. One of the channels that we are using to find prospective clients is RightHello.
Please describe the scope of their involvement in detail.
We did a couple of campaigns with them to identify new leads for our company. We also used RightHello to validate some ideas for a new startup we're creating with potential users.
Could you provide a sense of the size of this initiative in financial terms?
I actually don't know exactly how much we spend with RightHello, but I know we're very satisfied with the cost.
What is the status of this engagement?
I think we started working with them about three years ago.
Could you share any statistics or metrics from this engagement?
We did receive quite a lot of leads from RightHello's work, especially after they took over our core email marketing campaign. I was quite surprised by the number of people who actually replied to our email. We have a number of different emails and, with RightHello's help, we've seen that how we write the email and how the email is structured is very important. We've had some campaigns that failed but, on the whole, most were quite successful.
In some cases, we have established longer relations with prospective clients. In the development industry, you never get a contract immediately. Usually, it's just getting to know each other and then eventually something maybe works out. We have gotten many good leads from them – some of these are smaller contracts, nothing game changing. But, that is very useful for expanding our network, which is the biggest thing we've gotten out of our collaboration with them.
How did RightHello perform from a project management standpoint?
There were no problems in this area. Usually, things went fast and were delivered on time, whether it was gathering the contacts or delivering the campaigns – no problems here.
What distinguishes RightHello from other providers?
I haven't worked with many marketing agencies, but one thing I really liked is that they are very responsive when you contact them. Sometimes, things go wrong; sometimes, things go right, but they're always very responsive. They help you and they try to fix things. The turnaround time is always very fast, so there is no waiting, even though it's email communication mainly. They are very nice people, and that makes working with their company a pleasant experience.
Is there anything RightHello could have improved or done differently?
One area that we initially didn't like was the web tool they had for managing the contacts. But, they got a new one now, so it isn't valid anymore. I can't think of anything else.

Email Marketing and Lead Prospecting for B2B Cloud Services Company
"They don’t have software to find people on the internet, they do that manually.... but the end result is tremendous."

Please describe your organization.
The company is called Cloud Your Car, and it’s a startup. We’ve been in business for over two years, as a B2B software and hardware company working in the space of connected cars. We work with a range of companies in the automobile industry including: insurance companies, fleet management and trucking companies, toll collection, mileage claims, etc.
What is your position?
I am the CEO of the company.
What business challenge were you trying to address with RightHello?
When I met RightHello for the first time, we were struggling with product marketing. We used their service to find a viable group of customers. We don’t do any kind of inbound marketing, we only do outbound, which is entirely run by RightHello.
Please describe the scope of their involvement in greater detail.
They start with a brief interview. We try to describe to them what kind of ideal customer we are trying to target this month or this quarter, they take that information and start working. They're experts, and know very well what will work and what won’t work.
Their email marketing is very precise, strict, and focused. They have a strong engineering team and developed their own marketing automation tool with a front-end, that we have access to so we know what's going on. We can see all the customer responses, if any emails bounced, and all the actions that happened, with statistics and insights.
How did you come to work with RightHello?
We just scanned the global market, looking for companies like RightHell, who were offering prospecting services for a flat monthly fee. We found five companies, and we gave some tests to each one of them. In the results, RightHello was far and away the best company. There were some guys in the Philippines and the US who were less expensive, but the end results were just terrible, and it just didn’t make sense at all.
Could you provide a sense of the size of this initiative in financial terms?
It’s small. These days, I think we paid them around $6,000 to $9,000 monthly.
What is the status of this engagement?
Our relationship is ongoing.
Could you share any statistics or metrics from this engagement?
I think that monthly, they engage us into around 50 or 60 very high quality conversations with target customers. In our case, the target customers are usually CEOs and managing directors of larger companies that have some technology for vehicles. The leads they generate for us are really incredible, and opportunities for really large orders, ranging from $50,000 to millions of dollars. Any money we spend on RightHello is really small compared to the size of the usual orders.
What distinguishes RightHello from other providers?
They have a very interesting company culture. I would say that 100% of people who work there are introverts; they’re very shy and don’t talk a lot because they are focused on researching the market for us, looking for leads. It’s a custom, manual job. They don’t have software to find people on the internet, they do that manually. It takes time, like a week or two, but the end result is tremendous, it’s awesome. That’s the outstanding thing about them. The CEO as well; he always knows what he’s doing. I’ve known these guys for over a year so far, and I can tell they're going to do very well. Everyone I talk to is happy with their services.
Is there anything RightHello could have improved or done differently?
I think it would be about the software. They have to get more engineers onboard and push software development. Their software platform might be the key thing in their company, sooner or later.
