Our website was very outdated and full of errors, and we wanted to rebrand our online presence, therefore the Revamp team has helped us to achieve an amazing website. The website is not only beautiful, but ticks all the new modern client-focus options and functionalities.

We were searching for advice on building a website on one of the entrepreneur's groups, and Revamp was one of the vendors who jumped in with advice and we opened a discussion on how we could possibly collaborate on developing a new website together.

The revamp team has proposed a theme which can support all of our brief's conditions, we decided on the brand colors, looks, buttons and theme and the magic just happened over the night. In the first week, we already had the home page developed and after approving it, the other pages were developed. After the website was done, we had to integrate booking software on the new website and make it live.

We have worked only with 1 team member which was great throughout the entire process.

We started getting a lot of great comments from our existing clients where the website is now working much faster, gives a lot of information of our services and has a design that matches the personality of our salon & spa.

Our project manager was always updating us, and the entire process was done remotely, with just a few phone calls in between and chatting via WhatsApp.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The project manager was very professional, always replying on time and giving a lot of suggestions, which obviously was great to see the knowledge they have in this domain.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Even thought we were so tight with our deadlines, we preferred to have a great qualitative website and not look at timeframes. There is nothing that we would like to suggest for improvement.

We are a medical ophthalmology company, specialized in eyewear and medical services.

We needed a fresh new website for our company. They also made us all our photography and design related materials.

The goal was to have a better position in online, brand new and a nice and easy design for costumers. We wanted a web site easy to use and user friendly for them .

We received a lot of nice review about how easy is to find us online, and also we had an increase on our profit and also on brand recognition. This was our target.

The communication was very easy. Our visions was almost the same and I found it very easy to express anything I wanted on our website. The founder of the company adapts very well to the needs of the clients.

Prior to starting, we designed almost every aspect of the website. We made the studio identity color, logo and overall design layout and functionalities. After that, it was fairly easy for the web developer to implement or work into a website, avoiding delays and with increased efficiency.

We sent the finished work to many of our friends and partners and clearly the amount of work spent had payed off. The end result exceeded or expectations in many ways.

We began communicating via email but later on we switched on using WhatsApp and sometimes Google Meet, when we needed to see the ongoing development. Overall communication was smooth and very efficient, letting us meet our own defined deadlines.

The best thing about Revamp Design was the fact that they were highly motivated to help us design and overcome any technical problems encountered along the way, being available every day of the week when we needed support.
