748 Calls for Digital Marketing Corporation
All out Lead Generation campaigns are client-specific and tailored precisely to meet clients’ goals. That is what makes all our Case Studies slightly different from each other. However, the project outlined in this Case Study is special for several reasons:
- One of the most long-lasting campaigns. The total duration of this project is 16 months (and counting);
- Omnichannel marketing. It involved 8 LinkedIn profiles, more than 200 Twitter profiles, and a drip-email campaign;
- Corporate-level B2B marketing. We delivered our services to several companies that form a whole Digital Marketing Corporation.
CLIENT
Nimble Media is a set of digital marketing companies that work as an entire corporate entity. Their streamlined services cover professional copywriting, PR, lead generation, and consulting for SMBs in various industries.
CHALLENGE
Considering the fact that Nimble Media has been providing their services since 2011, they had a considerable pool of clients at the moment. They hired us to help them scale their business throughout different industries. Our client needed to generate more leads for copywriting and PR services, so we needed to focus on SMBs who could benefit from outsourcing these processes. The ultimate KPI for us was the number of scheduled introductory calls with Nimble Media sales team. RESULTS For only 6 months, we were able to:
- Grow client’s network with more than 20 000 valuable connections;
- Generate almost 3000 MQL leads;
- Schedule 748 calls;
- Reach average Reply Rate higher than 25%. Considering the fact that we only had 1 follow-up message, it is a great result. With a more aggressive approach, this rate could be even higher.
DETAILED CASE STUDY ON OUR WEBSITE.

200 Enterprise Leads for IT Outsourcing Company
The Lead Generation campaign we are going to highlight in this Case Study was fairly one of the toughest we have ever implemented. The reason for that is the audience we were targeting. These were C-level professionals and decision-makers in big IT companies throughout the US.
CLIENT
Our client is a team and network of tech professionals ready to implement sophisticated technology objectives, through superior software development and data science.
15 years of experience in tech outsourcing has led this company to work with more than 10 industries including Finance & Banking, Travel & Hospitality, eCommerce, etc.
CHALLENGE
Just like we have mentioned in the introduction, the main challenge was that our target audience was unapproachable (compared to other audiences we’ve worked with).
You will find a more detailed description of whom we were targeting in the “Target audience” section.
The audience included various professionals who can be generalized as “IT Seniors” and it is important to mention that these professionals are extremely picky when it comes to networking.
RESULTS
This Lead Generation campaign is a great example of how audience segmentation and personalized approach can generate leads even in the most hostile environment. During this campaign, we were able to:
- Grow client’s network with 1150 decision-makers in major IT companies;
- Generate almost 200 MQLs;
- Arrange 26 appointments with C-level executives in the IT and Computer Software industries.
Besides providing our client with a considerable number of arranged appointments, we were also able to leave our clients with almost 200 ongoing conversations with representatives of leading IT companies.
It is also important to mention that a single B2B sale in the IT industry returns all the marketing investments, which makes this campaign extremely successful considering its context.

40 SQLs in just 1 month in the Banking Industry
This case study for our LinkedIn Lead Generation system perfectly depicts how a combination of an innovative FinTech solution and a proper outreach strategy can generate impressive results.
CLIENT
Aspire is a Singapore-based company that provides an innovative banking solution, allowing businesses to solve short-term cashflow gaps.
CHALLENGE
It would seem that with such a beneficial product, lead generation would be a piece of cake. But there is no lead generation campaign without a challenge, and this one is no exception.
To convert a lead in this niche, it was crucial to reach the right person within the target company. This person should be both a decision-maker and someone who has sufficient financial background to evaluate the benefits Aspire’s service delivers.
To make it even more interesting, it’s important to mention that Aspire’s marketing strategy is focused on growth within Southeast Asian markets, making the targeting requirements even more narrow. Overall, there are about 78 million of small enterprises (their target audience or TA) in our target region.
To make it even more challenging, Aspire defined 4 main TA features that would qualify prospects (details in the full case study linked below).
RESULTS
Here is a summarized breakdown of results in just one month of our LinkedIn Lead Generation Campaign:
Invitation Requests Sent: 2276
New Connections: 534
Replied: 131
Calls: 13
Hot: 40
Progressing: 68
Acceptance Rate: 23.5 % (Added/Accepted)
Reply Rate: 24.5 %
This campaign is still running. We will update this case study as the results are delivered.
We overcame the challenges of finding a needle in a haystack of target audiences and nurtured them successfully with a personalized messaging and outreach strategy.

Quora. How to establish your personal branding.
There is a worldwide personal branding trend in B2B marketing. Basically, it can be described as “getting public personally acquainted with company’s top-management”. More an more entrepreneurs now understand the importance of personal image.
So here’s the tricky thing for B2B marketers: How are they supposed to elevate clients’ personal branding?
Then we have realized that our CEO has a Quora account, that has been registered in far 2013 but had no considerable activity. So we have thought: why don’t we try that? And we tried. And the results were surprising!
RESULTS:
Besides the fact that our profile was created in 2013, we have started working on it at the beginning of January 2018. It took us a couple of weeks to do the research, fill in all the essential information, write some answers, and find a couple of endorsers to upvote them.
Now, it is the 4th month of the campaign and we have achieved pretty impressive results. For the last three months, we were able to hit 16 Quora Digests, reaching approximately 200 000 people via e-mails. Totally, we have received 22.8 thousand upvotes and almost 600 000 views in 3 months. Please mind that these numbers are totally organic, with no paid traffic involved!

Please describe your company and your position there.
I'm the Head of Partner Development at ORIL, software development agency. My main responsibility is to ensure business growth by establishing new long-term partnerships and cooperation.
For what projects/services did your company hire Respect.Studio, and what were your goals?
We've started working with Respect.Studio to grow our database of qualified clients, develop an internal lead generation process to scale our results, and build a marketing strategy to strengthen ORIL's professional brand.
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
We searched online for agencies that specialize in LinkedIn lead generation and shortlisted 2. After interviewing them we chose Respect.Studio based on their experience and past clients.
Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and marking tools used.
Respect.Studio helped us in a few areas including lead generation campaign, digital strategy development, and lead generation consultancy to establish our internal processes. At the beginning of our cooperation, it took them some time to learn about our ideal client/market, etc. but soon enough we've aligned both on leads’ characteristics and campaign approach. I think they've done a good job in learning about us and our needs to provide us with the services we needed.
How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
Throughout the campaign, we were in contact with five people from Respect.Studio, including: Iurii (CEO), Hanna (Content Manager) and Oleksii (Lead Generation Consultant) who played an active role in our cooperation.
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
So far we've managed to build a Lead Gen team from scratch with their help, and develop a marketing and communication basis for our Marketing team. Regarding lead gen campaign, we've managed to build a network within our ICP industries and got new leads that we are in contact with. One of those leads converted into a client.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
All questions/concerns were addressed in a timely manner, especially considering the time difference. We communicated via Slack and had regular calls both with the Account Manager and team members.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
Their communication was always on point. We connected directly with team members responsible for each area and received professional feedback. Also, they didn't hold back their knowledge and if you ask any professional question RS team will provide you with all the information and tips & tricks they have. We've gained a lot of useful insights as a bonus.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
We had a few issues with the timeline and wording in the messages that RS created for the lead generation campaign. With that said, RS team was always open to feedback and made improvements accordingly.

Please describe your company and your position there.
I am the owner and sales advisor. We are a financial payments technology company that provides 'end to end' payment solutions for Saas.
For what projects/services did your company hire Respect.Studio, and what were your goals?
We hired Respect.Studio to assist us with keyword research, content creation, and lead generation. We wanted to rank for lead generation relating to our core services in our local markets and harvest leads from appearing as a rated profile on Linkedin.
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
We had contacted a handful of digital marketing agencies. They all said we weren't a good fit based on our size and aims, but two of them recommended Respect.Studio. We connected, hit it off, and worked together for the past six months.
Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and marking tools used.
Our collaboration started with a discovery phase, during which we mapped out our objectives, reviewed prior initiatives, and discussed best practices. Respect.Studio then conducted a competitive study to see which methods the rival was employing. We then set our objectives and began optimizing around them. We measured the campaign regularly and made course modifications when things didn't work out, or Linkedin modified its rules.
How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
An account manager supports our primary marketing approach. When discussing email or PPC, we have occasionally had a specialist on the line. They also have a content creation team that assists us in developing fresh keyword-optimized material for our website and LinkedIn profile.
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
As a result of the initiative, we have increased our monthly online leads. Respect Studio is a pleasure to work with as they always responded quickly.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
We communicate primarily via email and have a weekly conference call to discuss upcoming changes and ideas.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
They were excellent at explaining back-end marketing ideas to me.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
I've had a great time working with the Respect Studio team.

Please describe your company and your position there.
I'm Sales Representative of ESTAL team - we host a CRM for Real Estate purchases needs.
For what projects/services did your company hire Respect.Studio?
Recently we've realized that our marketing approach was not doing well - among competitors, we didn't have enough value to stand out and propose our product to the audience. We didn't know how properly perform and achieve our sales goals.
How did you select this vendor?
We looked for a simple, not over-priced, result-driven team that could hint at what to do next. My friend suggested them, said that it's what we've needed. It was easy to pick them among thousands of other marketing companies - they're outstanding and show their competence from the first meeting.
Describe the scope of their work in detail.
We discussed our leading issue with the account manager and PM, and they told us that we need a GO TO MARKET strategy. When we also mentioned that we don't know where to look for landlords and buyers, they suggested starting LinkedIn Lead Generation Campaign. I never knew that we could use this channel for sales purposes, so I'm thrilled that I used to work with such brilliant minds.
What was the team composition?
For 4 months, we communicated with Project and Account Manager that have been updating me on the work progress. From time to time, I could have a call with other parts of a team - from CEO Iurii to LeadGen Managers.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
At the end of our cooperation, guys built a high-performing strategy that drives our results high at the moment. They have ironed out everything - target audience, UPM, Marketing Strategy, and Sales Strategy. Moreover, now we work with several Real Estate Agencies with all their clients on our platform, which we had nothing before.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
We had highly resulting and productive calls that were scheduled up for a month in advance. Everything was clear and understandable but also personalized. Every important moment and step was discussed with our team, so I think we did a good match.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
They're ready to work with any kind of market and geography. They've managed to understand customers' needs and are ready to propose the best solutions to your problem.
Is there any area for improvement or anything that could have been done differently?
My team and I liked everything, nothing to complain about.

Marketing Strategy for Software Development Company
“Respect.Studio’s performance was almost ideal.”
the reviewer
the review
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the president of a software development company based in Kiev, Ukraine. We develop apps with broad functionalities. Although we have a few clients in the law industry, we develop any kind of app in general.
What challenge were you trying to address with Respect.Studio?
We generated most of our clients through inbound marketing, so we went to Respect.Studio for help with an outbound strategy.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Respect.Studio put together a vast outbound marketing strategy for us, and they then ran a marketing campaign based on it. They also ran a market and competitor analysis, and they developed a brand positioning for us. Now, we have everything ready to deploy future marketing activities.
In addition to that, Respect.Studio developed a pipeline, including the top and bottom of the funnel. It specifies what content should be in each area, how it should be approached, and which marketing channels can be used. Additionally, they transferred our lead database from an Excel spreadsheet to HubSpot.
Finally, they gave us a list of potential providers who could help us with our content because they were mostly focused on marketing strategy and other related activities. The marketing strategy they created was aimed at LinkedIn, which was their main focus. SEO was included in that strategy, and it was a part of their lead generation service.
What is the team composition?
I communicated mainly with the account manager and the project manager from Respect.Studio. There were also two people directly involved in the marketing strategy. The same two people worked on LinkedIn lead generation, and they also added two email marketers. Iurii (Founder & CEO) was also responsive throughout the engagement, always ready to answer any question I had.
How did you come to work with Respect.Studio?
I found them through a Google search. I looked at their competitors as well, but Respect.Studio was the most responsive company. They immediately reacted to the webform I filled out, and I connected with Iurii for a discussion. I was pretty satisfied with the pricing and the services they provided.
How much have you invested with them?
We’ve spent $50,000–$55,000 so far.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working with Respect.Studio in May 2021. I put the project on pause in late October 2021, because we were coming to the beginning of the high season, and we would have enough projects to deal with. However, I’m satisfied with the collaboration, so we will continue our engagement in February 2022, at the start of the new season.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
The LinkedIn lead generation activities got us a few new clients in just the first few months of implementing them. Additionally, Respect.Studio’s performance was at a very high level. They provided me with comprehensive reports covering my acceptance rates, bounce rates, and other relevant metrics, and all the information helped us have a successful lead generation campaign.
How did Respect.Studio perform from a project management standpoint?
Respect.Studio’s performance was almost ideal. We scheduled all calls beforehand, and I was always made aware of what was happening with the project. They were in contact with me all the time, and they gave me weekly reports. Everything was delivered on time.
We had monthly calls with the entire team through Google Meet. They didn’t reach out to me constantly or require me to stay involved in the process at all times. I didn’t use project management tools on my side, but Respect.Studio did.
What did you find most impressive about them?
The marketing strategy that Respect.Studio delivered was impressive. When I was first looking at the document, it was more than 75-slides long, and they were all filled out with really valuable information — it described everything. I was also impressed by their scheduling and communication skills.
Are there any areas they could improve?
We had some internet connection problems, but that happens to everyone. Additionally, the lead generation service was sometimes overloaded with actionable items, which was slightly frustrating. However, everything else was fine.
Do you have any advice for future clients of theirs?
The client should gather as much information as possible about their company because they might receive questions they don’t have answers for. Respect.Studio sent me an onboarding form before the work started, and I spent a lot of time coming up with answers.

Please describe your company and your position there.
I’m the president and CEO of Crewwagon. We`re providing service to share lodging reservations of flights, hotels, buses, trains, etc. in B2B
For what projects/services did your company hire Respect.Studio, and what were your goals?
We got stuck in a sort of vacuum. When the quarantine started, our service started to lose relevance and popularity, and with that, it was necessary to do something quickly. And most importantly, we needed a new solution, because we have already tried many marketing techniques, and it didn't work well.
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
I saw the confirmed cases of their work on their site, so I became interested and we schedule a call with the Respect team. After talking to their CEO - Iurii, I decided that they should help us cause they seem to be highly professional.
Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and marking tools used.
In general, I appreciated that they have a very detailed approach to the work. It was like planning a long trip - we filled out several onboarding forms, they studied the information about us in detail, we talked about our problems and predicted results. Then - voila - lead generation via LINKEDIN helps us get much more contacts than we expected. One month of email campaigns gave us four calls.
How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
We contacted the project manager and the account manager the most. Also, I had a call with lead generators because it was the first experience of such a process, and I knew almost nothing about it. I want to note that I am quite a skeptical person, and I often deny something new and alternative, but this young team impressed me with its professionalism.
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
We had monthly calls and weely sync-up updates call; we were constantly in touch with the Respect team like every week. I've watched all the dashboards and reports, so the data was up to date; we had seen the daily progress and all the mover forward. One thing that impressed me the most - that LinkedIn could work for us and find OUR specific clients.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
We had a plan with regular calls, and when to do a specific kind of action, we were working with the unique email and LinkedIn algorithm made for us. They have a really personalized approach.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
Hardworking and clearness. They're clear with their actions, in which they are professionals. We never had a second thought, "is there necessary to do it in that way?" we were doing it cause we trust the Respect team; Project managers are experts; they helped and consulted me a lot.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
We had a plan, and we overdid it. I don`t think Respect has some issues, so grow and succeed to them.

Please describe your company and your position there.
I'm the CEO of Autome, a platform that help employees to manage data and statistics in one place.
For what projects/services did your company hire Respect.Studio, and what were your goals?
We hired Respect. Studio to help us with LinkedIn lead generation. With the launching the product, I've thought that maybe we are in a lack of a market phase and there is an option to attract new customers via new channels of communication like Linkedin.
They have been there for a couple of years now and have enough experience to provide such service. Their devotion and quick responses (not even with different time zones) were terrific. We felt that the process was straightforward. We felt that the process was clear, they know, what they do and that we could trust them.
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
I identified two factors for myself: quality and price. Due to the fact that we worked with an outsourcing team, the price matched with the quality and the results were impressive .
Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and marking tools used.
They then gave me a detailed onboarding form to fill up, get them more information, what we did as a Saas product startup. After this, we determined the audience that we wanted to reach (company scale, location, industry, decision-makers titles). Then they narrowed down a 4 step messaging process. Finally, they reached out to as many relevant people as possible via Linkedin (due to new limits). They followed them up and ensured to take leads over cause they were highly engaged.
How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
I worked tight with the account manager and the project assistant. Also I had a couple of calls with lead generators to agree on some points. Together with leadgen team we were reviewing samples, target audience and allign on the A/B tesing approach.
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
We were pleased to see that there are potential customers who are relevant and interested in our offers. My sales team was delighted with how far ahead we had a planned calendar.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
The team of Respect Studio is transparent and acts according to plan, never misses calls, and has a very well-established communication system with clients. It's nice and creates a sense of trust that your business is standard and essential to both hands.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
They have clarity in actions and they never did a declarative move for a more significant profit. The precise structure of workflow, a plan of the LLG campaign due to the days, fast decision-making, and adaptability to the situation (when something was out of control).
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
I can't remember anything like that, the work plan and result was successful. I thought about continuing using their services

Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the CMO of Solus Agency. We are a company that provides marketing support for different startups, blockchain projects, and other similar projects.
What challenge were you trying to address with Respect.Studio?
We hired Respect.Studio to help us with LinkedIn consulting, lead generation, and content creation. We needed someone to help our company build a bridge to the US market, as well as help drive more calls to our sales team to fill up our pipeline.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Respect.Studio conducted a detailed briefing of the project to understand our goals, services, and target audience. During the preparation part, they prepared a content strategy and LinkedIn script. The team also optimized four of our LinkedIn accounts and they also created a client list that compromises clients that we thought are good to have.
Once the campaign began, they started preparing the email campaigns. These include working with our domain to secure the outreach, the creation of the email script, automation of the campaign, and linking it between our CRM system.
What is the team composition?
We’ve worked with seven people. Yuri (CEO) handled the initial communication of the project. Victoria (Account Manager), we had the most interaction with her. We also worked with Kate (Project Manager).
How did you come to work with Respect.Studio?
A friend of mine recommended Respect.Studio as an expert in the field. They had vast experience in lead generation for tech companies that’s why we decided that they’re good enough to move forward with.
How much have you invested with them?
I believe we’ve spent between $25,000- $30,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working with them last January 2020 and they are still our partners.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
We managed to generate 500 calls from our four profiles in 10 months. At the very beginning, it was really about preparing, designing, and writing the script. We started to get good results in the middle of the second month. It started with a huge amount of frozen communication between our profiles and our target audience.
Slowly but surely, these communications were going down to our desired pipeline and to a call from our sales team. At the end of the second month, we received around eight calls from our profiles. For the third month, the number of calls was around 13 for each profile. By the end of the third month, we started seeing results from the email campaign, too.
In the fifth month, we started getting results from content creation and generation as we’ve got some inbound requests from links and connections.
How did Respect.Studio perform from a project management standpoint?
They were doing pretty good, but it took some time for us to collaborate with them because we are different companies with different speeds. We never had any problems with communication and meetings.
The main problems for us were hard clients. We prepared several segments of our target clients and we wanted to have their information. But it was not very smooth at the beginning because the target audiences were a bit hard. But when Respect.Studio started with their insights, everything was running smoothly.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Their case studies and level of communication were really impressive. They really know the ins and outs of LinkedIn, and they are real professionals. They know some of the deep points that we would never even think about, so they’re really impressive. I was also quite impressed by the depth of their knowledge and the suggestions they made during the campaign.
The communication we had between our team was exceptionally good. They have a constant desire to test and optimize different approaches. They showed that they wanted to be the best service provider.
Are there any areas they could improve?
As I’ve mentioned, in the beginning, we wanted to do everything as soon as possible. I would also say to not make mistakes during the first month. Trust the clients sometimes, but not too much. They know the work better than the clients, so don’t get pushed too far.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Just trust them because they really know their job.

I am Founder of eCade, a cutting-edge market analytics tool, designed specifically for the eCommerce segment. We are currently a startup of 5 and our clients are mostly located in Western Europe.
For what projects/services did your company hire Respect.Studio?
During both campaigns, Respect.Studio’s main responsibility was to generate qualified B2B leads so our sales team could process them, thus boosting growth. However, this was not the only field of responsibility, as RS team was also involved in content strategy development. video production, and the overall marketing strategy.
What were your goals for this project?
The first campaign was aimed at European fashion market penetration. Our product was a cutting-edge SaaS solution that would enable professionals to establish B2B connections much quicker than how it is done now. The other campaign was focused on B2B Lead Generation, promoting a unique business analytics tool, tailored specifically for eCommerce sector.
Currently, we have a small team and did not want to distribute in-house team capacity on marketing, as we are rather focused on product development at this point.
How did you select this vendor?
I was well aware that my target audience uses LinkedIn actively, so I started looking for an agency that could help us with that. Among their competitors who mostly provide automated solutions, I have chosen Respect.Studio because I needed someone who can implement LinkedIn Lead Generation for me manually and take responsibility for the results.
Describe the scope of their work in detail.
Respect.Studio’s team were tightly cooperating with my internal team, taking responsibility for the development of the overall digital marketing strategy, including the digital channels analysis, competitor analysis, and initial target audience assessment. Based on these insights, they have developed a promotion plan that was mainly focused on but not limited to LinkedIn lead generation.
Besides LinkedIn lead generation activities (which included profile optimization, message script writing, target audience setup, and continuous improvements of the abovementioned), Respect.Studio’s scope of work included: - content production (for LinkedIn & Facebook); - video production (creation of short promo videos, showcasing product to be used during PPC and SMM campaigns); - advisory (in our cooperation with Respect.Studio, they were open to share their knowledge in order to improve our overall marketing results).
During both campaigns, I and my team took proactive part in the ongoing process, providing quality assurance and guidance when it comes to everything except lead generation. When it comes to lead generation - I have trusted Respect.Studio on the overall approach and implementation, checking only the messaging script that was used.
Respect.Studio’s direct responsibilities were content creation and distribution through social media channels. While content creation part needed proactive involvement from our side to have everything done properly, the lead generation part was implemented swiftly and smoothly. One of the best features of Respect.Studio is their continuous improvement that was done autonomously. On a weekly basis, the team analyzed ongoing results and has come up with some ideas on how to do their work better.
What was the team composition?
During the two projects, team composition has differed a bit because the campaigns took place with some delay, during which Respect.Studio has hired some new people. Here’s the breakdown of the team: - Iurii - CEO - Victoria - Business developer - Anastasia & Kate - Project managers - Vasyl - Lead Generation manager - Taras - Content manager There were also some subcontractors who have done video production, but I am not directly acquainted with them.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
While the first campaign was stopped a couple of month after launch, the results are far from satisfying. However, it would be fair to say that it was not caused by the team’s incompetence or something. There were some unpredicted external factors that have made us to stop any marketing activities. However, this campaign has resulted in a much better understanding of the target market, as RS lead generation involves direct interaction with the target audience, so they were able to collect some valuable insights for us.
We have our second campaign running for the 3rd month and so far the results are optimistic. To be honest, I do not feel the tangible revenue boost at this point, but I see the promising traction and the approach of the working team makes me think that they will adapt their activities until the result is achieved.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
It would not be fair to state that everything went perfect. There were some delays in content production and some errors done during lead generation. However, none of these errors has caused serious damage and there were also mistakes done by our side as well. Overall, I would say that the great agility of both teams enabled them to adapt to the ever-changing environment and manage resources efficiently to get the desired results.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
As I have mentioned before - I believe that the best feature of RS is their agility and adaptiveness. This is the exact feature that gives the ability to react to the changes in a swift manner. Besides that, they were not afraid to go the extra mile and do some things that are not included in their usual offer to meet the needs of the campaign.
It is also important to mention that RS have their communication on a very high level, showing responsiveness and being able to communicate every potential error before it actually happens. They are also really transparent about their processes, so it was not a problem for me to have a clear understanding of what is being done at particular moment.
Are there any areas for improvement?
Respect.Studio definitely need some improvement on the content creation side, as this process seems to be unstable and sometimes took more time than expected. There also were some minor errors in lead generation because of a misunderstanding of who are we looking for.

Please describe your company and your position there.
I'm the Chief Marketeer of a digital PR agency. My role is to bring in business (mainly in the tech space) and service the key accounts under my care.
For what projects/services did your company hire Respect.Studio?
We hired Respect Studio to find leads through LinkedIn as we felt that our usual lead generation methods weren't fast enough. Typically, we would rely on SEO/SEM and networking but never had we tried out something like this. We believe we had a good service to offer but needed more prospects to be aware of it.
What were your goals for this project?
Our hope was to get 300 prospects over 3 months. If we could do that, we would only need to close a fraction of that number to ensure good deal flow.
How did you select this vendor?
We saw solid testimonials from past clients and the team was very helpful in walking us through the process. Their dedication and quick response (despite being in different timezones) was much appreciated. We felt that the process was transparent and that we could trust them.
Describe the scope of their work in detail.
Respect optimised my LinkedIn profile to elicit more engagement from prospects. They then gave me a detailed onboarding document so Respect was able to understand what we did as an agency. After which, we narrowed down the audience that we wanted to reach (company scale, location, industry, key decision maker titles). Next they crafted a 4 step messaging process. Lastly, they reached out to as many relevant people as possible via linkedin - including following up with me to ensure I take over leads that were highly engaged.
What was the team composition?
I worked closely with the project manager and the project assistant. I was also in touch with sales manager as well.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
Since the start of the campaign, we've received almost twice the amount of leads that we expected. We were very pleased to see that these leads are relevant and interested in our offerings. My sales team is ecstatic to be provided an abundance of clients.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
The workflow was quite seamless - after a quick onboarding process, we were able to start almost immediately. The team were very quick in responding any queries we had.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
The value of what they are delivering - the work that is done is very intensive and impossible for us to replicate on our own. I've never seen anyone else offer this service, let alone at the price they are offering.
Are there any areas for improvement?
Nothing specific to Respect. I believe the only area for improvement is on LinkedIn, the messaging aspect of the platform is not great for looking up old messages.

LinkedIn Marketing For Strategy & Growth Consultancy
"They’ve showed me how LinkedIn works and how you can push the limits of the platform."

A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the founder of a company called Strategrow. We do strategic consulting services, market strategy, sales processes, and training.
What challenge were you trying to address with Respect.Studio?
I built the business by going to networking events and talking to people. I’d pitch up to 50 people per event on my business so we could bootstrap it without external investment. However, we were looking for a way to scale up lead generation through LinkedIn.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Their team provided LinkedIn lead generation. They would reach out to our target audience, message them, and follow up on our behalf. In terms of our profile, they would optimize it and keep us updated on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
They would notify us when there was someone read to speak with me. They were able to generate calls and good business from that.
What is the team composition?
There were three people. We had a project manager who delegated responsibilities to the rest of the team. They also added a content manager who was responsible for putting together the messaging materials we were using. Lastly, there was an account manager who did the execution work of implementing that content.
How did you come to work with Respect.Studio?
Initially, we were looking for different vendors online in Ukraine. We made a contact who introduced us to them on LinkedIn. They were able to step in and provide high-level service.
What is the status of this engagement?
The project started in August 2019 and is ongoing.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
We’ve generated hundreds of leads, perhaps thousands after a few months. The quality of the people we’re speaking with is really good. They’re engaged and like what they’re hearing.
Their team is also very proactive and data-driven. They wanted A/B testing and other approaches to see what would work. Over the long term, the relationship and results improved because of their approach. The results were improved because of their approach to lead generation.
How did Respect.Studio perform from a project management standpoint?
We work directly with Kate (Project Manager) on their team. She was great and kept everything organized and on-time. The onboarding was done ahead of schedule. The weekly reports and daily prompts were sent very quickly. They’re in Ukraine, so they’d send answers by the morning.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Their expertise in LinkedIn is impressive. They’ve showed me how LinkedIn works and how you can push the limits of the platform. The data is also great.
Are there any areas they could improve?
Not really. Because they weren’t native speakers, sometimes the messaging needed to be perfected and more nuanced for specific markets, like Canada.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Look for a long-term relationship with them. It’s different than traditional marketing because you need to build relationships with decision-makers in your target audience. Let them build rapport, push out content, and build awareness.
