I am the CEO for my business.

For what projects/services did your company hire Reprezent, and what were your goals?

We were looking for a company that could smartly design a presentation based on our existing brand feel.

How did you select this vendor?

We sorted through a list of candidates from online search and work-for-hire websites before coming upon Reprezent.

Describe the scope of their work in detail, including any steps and the final deliverables.

We worked with Reprezent to build a pitch deck to get entry to a fundraising platform. This deck was needed to really sell the opportunity to the fund raising platform as it pertains to their own offerings and why it will be a great future deal for their investors.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

I worked directly with one person from Reprezent's team, an Account Manager.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Mainly, the pitch was a success. We have moved onto next steps with the receiver of the pitch deck, and they were very impressed with the presentation.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

Reprezent moved very quickly. They were often sending back edits at all times of the day, and we did not go one day without a response from them.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their speed and creativity on the slide pages with zero direction from us were impeccable. We only really provided colors and some assets in terms of website design and photos. They ran with the entire feel and layout, which is exactly what we were looking for.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

The only area I could say that might need improvement would be the syntax on their copy. We did most of our copy in house, but given they aren't native english speakers, you do need to review that copy closely if they are producing it.

I am the CEO at online fashion retail startup. It is online personal styling service.

For what projects/services did your company hire Reprezent?

We've started to work with Reprezent at the beginning, when we had nothing - no partners, no clients, etc. First, Reprezents team made for our presentation for our future partners. And then a pitch deck.

What were your goals for this project?

For the 1st project: to find new partners. For the 2nd: to win a startup competition.

How did you select this vendor?

We searched online and asked friends. And finally had a recommendation to try to work with Reprezent.

Describe the project in detail.

At the first meeting, we discussed our goals and vision and shared our ideas. We were pleasantly surprised as the Reprezent team understood us perfectly. After the meeting, we received the first design mood board and approved the one we liked.

The guys also helped with copywriting. They worked very quickly and clearly. When we needed the next presentation, without hesitation, we again decided to work with Reprezent. Again quickly approved the design and copywriting. The team also helped us prepare for the pitching.

What was the team composition?

We mainly worked with Reprezent's COO Anton.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Thanks to the presentation that Reprezent made to us, we entered into agreements with more than 50 partners.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Our cooperation was very effective. Tasks were completed quickly and otherwise ahead of schedule. The communication was pleasant and friendly.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

What impressed me most was their ability to structure and present information especially visually. Also how well do they understand the client's needs and how quickly do they respond to feedback.

Are there any areas for improvement?

In my opinion, everything was perfect.

I’m the CEO at BIOsens, a start-up aimed at helping a range of stakeholders with detecting mycotoxins to prevent crop damage.

For what projects/services did your company hire Reprezent?

As a startup, we needed to pitch our product. I hired the Reprezent team several times to help with the pitch deck design as well as to rehearse my pitch and give valuable recommendations.

What were your goals for this project?

For our last project, we wanted to raise funds at the start-up competition in Dubai to enable mass production of our product.

How did you select this vendor?

We’ve worked together for a couple of years now. Recently, I attended a PowerPoint educational course, conducted by Reprezent. From our first project together, I was impressed with their team.  They had enough expertise to help me build the pitch deck.

Their team helped me create a speech and a pitch deck for an important presentation in Dubai.

What was the team composition?

I communicated with a project manager who collected the needed data and transferred it to a team of designers responsible for my pitch deck.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our team managed to raise $100,000 for BIOsens’ mass production. I’m really thankful to the Reprezent team for helping me outline the major points in my speech. They’re a professional team and they have the key to success.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

At first, we had a meeting to establish the aims of the pitch. Afterward, communication was held through email with a project manager. Additionally, I felt free to contact the CEO for strategic discussion.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I liked their thorough approach. Instead of just taking my speech and putting it on PowerPoint slides, they posed a range of questions to make sure we were both moving in the right direction.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Maybe the pitch deck could have been delivered earlier, but the Reprezent team still was on time.

I’m a PR manager at Сoncern Galnaftogaz. Our basic activity is the retail sale of fuel and consumer goods and services through OKKO-branded filling complexes.

We needed presentation templates to pitch new products and projects.

What were your goals for this project?

We wanted to impress potential clients with modern presentations so that they'd invest in our new products and projects.

I'd heard a lot of positive feedback about Reprezent from my colleagues.

First, we told the company what tasks we had to accomplish before the presentation. Then, we sent the texts and images we wanted them to use. The colleagues at Represent made changes to the text and proposed graphic solutions for the presentation’s design, according to our objectives and style.

What was the team composition?

The team consisted of a project manager, a designer, a copywriter, and an accountant.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

With new presentations, it’s become easier for us to offer customers new ideas. Now, we can convey our thoughts more clearly.

The communication was smooth, and we were especially pleased with its efficiency in the face of our short deadlines.

It was nice that they offered creative ideas of their own, instead of only doing what we asked them too. They were very proactive.

All work and communication was absolutely smooth.

I am an Integration manager at British American Tobacco (BAT) Ukraine, which is part of a world-leading tobacco company group.

For what projects/services did your company hire Reprezent?

We use presentations a lot as our main business communication tool. The quality of our presentations is critical for successful engagement, both with the company senior management and employees. So, we hired Reprezent for several educational sessions on presentation design for our employees.

What were your goals for this project?

We wanted to improve our presentation design skills, gain knowledge on the latest trends in presentation design, and inspire people to make great presentations.

How did you select this vendor?

I saw their work at a TEDxKyiv event; then, I participated in the European Business Association (EBA) school of corporate presentations, which Reprezent conducted. I improved my knowledge a lot (even though I was not bad at designing presentations). So, when my colleagues asked where I gained the experience, I recommended Reprezent.

Describe the project in detail.

We paid significant attention to our audience needs. We had several sessions defining any difficulties that my colleagues had when designing for day-to-day engagements. During this time, Reprezent asked for some presentation examples to look over. 

We also took into account the participants’ available time and defined an acceptable format—it was a five-hour training session with engaging exercises on presentation design.

What was the team composition?

It was a team comprised of Alexander Tomilin (CEO, Reprezent), Andrew Pryhodchenko (Co-Founder & Creative Director, Reprezent), Anton Rosenko (COO, Reprezent), and other team members. They effectively led the training and provided all of the necessary support to our participants (about 15 people).

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We received extremely positive immediate feedback. For example, some direct comments include: 

• "Organization has been very well thought through (e.g., having a couple of people helping out while the speaker is facing the whole audience)” 
• “Great team leading the training—aware of the latest trends & know how to explain them in ‘down-to-earth’ language” 
• “Top-notch content, which is being useful in everyday work, as well as special occasions” 
• “Outstanding way of learning through interesting exercises / games" 

Overall, our employees’ level of presentation design increased, and, currently, we feel much more confident while preparing presentations.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Communication with Reprezent was easy and effective. All commitments were fulfilled on time and in full.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

My colleagues and I were impressed by the Reprezent team’s knowledge, experience, and passion for excellent presentations. We learned a lot from them, and, moreover, we were inspired by that experience. 

Currently, we are kicking off another project with our colleagues from the legal department. So, I certainly recommend Reprezent to all who enjoy high-quality, effective presentations and want to learn how to make them.

Are there any areas for improvement?

The only area for improvement—which is entirely on our shoulders as a client—would be to compose more homogeneous groups in terms of participant skills. That would allow for better speed and improved participant comprehension during the training session.
