Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the director of Nellie Supports, a private social work practice in the UK. We support people with mental capacity assessments and organizing care.
What challenge were you trying to address with Repeat Digital?
When we first started, we were spending around £400 (approximately $600 USD) every month on doing our own Google Ads campaigns so we were aiming to increase our sales numbers by hiring Repeat Digital.
What was the scope of their involvement?
At the moment, they’re managing our Google Ads and Bing advertising campaigns. Our budget with them is about £2,000 (approximately $3,000 USD) per month. Also, they support us in improving our SEO. Kam (Head of Paid Media) goes through our website and gives us advice on how to improve it without extra charge — they provide a range of services similar to that.
What is the team composition?
We’ve been working with Kam and Olly (Founder & Managing Director) over the past two years. When we meet in their office, it is pretty much only them.
How did you come to work with Repeat Digital?
We tried working with someone else initially, but they couldn't do what we needed so they referred us to Repeat Digital. We had a meeting with them and, from there, that was it. They’re two personable young people who are ahead of us in starting a business, and they have understood our business from the beginning.
How much have you invested in them?
We pay about £850 (approximately $1,000 USD) a month, so we've spent around £23,000 (approximately $31,000 USD) so far.
What is the status of this engagement?
We've been working together since March 2019, and our engagement is ongoing.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
We run a small business, but we’ve seen a huge improvement. We’ve now increased our Google Ads budget to £2,000 (approximately $3,000 USD) a month and, looking at our sales, we’ve doubled our income from this time last year. We’ve done around 10 times the amount of business that we had previously done since we started working together.
We went from spending £200 (approximately $300 USD) and getting a turnover of around £2,000 (approximately $3,000 USD) a month on Google Ads, to spending £2,000 (approximately $3,000 USD) and turning over £30,000 (approximately $41,000 USD) per month.
At the moment, we're growing about 20% every month at the moment on sales, with something around 60% of our sales coming through Google Ads and the rest from other sources.
How did Repeat Digital perform from a project management standpoint?
They send me all types of Google Analytics forms, but I’m not that technical so I don't know what most of it means. My main concern is if our sales are going up each month but whenever I need something, I can call them and I'm able to speak to them.
Our website company emailed us and said that our Facebook pixel, a metric tracker, was going to change and expire. I emailed Kam and asked what to do about this, and we booked a meeting to go through it all and he showed me how to do it.
If we email him on a Sunday afternoon letting him know we came up with new keywords and ask if he can put them in, he’d email back within an hour saying they’re on it. It’s continuous contact with a human being.
What did you find most impressive about them?
The team at Repeat Digital is fantastic. They’re one of those companies you can call up, tell them you have a new idea, and ask if they think it is marketable. We worked with another company where it was a sales pitch, but they weren’t interested in our business or in getting to know it. We’re a unique company and Repeat Digital just wants to talk to us and is happy doing so.
We've become friends with their team — I even talk to Kam and Olly about what to watch on Netflix. They communicate with us because they're passionate about what they do and enjoy having customers and speaking to them, which is always refreshing.
We always include Kam and Olly as part of our own team because although we're subcontracting them, they're still part of our team, it's as simple as that.
Are there any areas they could improve?
No, they could get me to the top search result at number one all day every day. I don’t think there is anywhere they can improve.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Give them time. If you’re expecting to go with them and see a huge improvement the next day, don’t. It takes time to get the relationship right and for them to understand your business so they can help profitably. Anyone that promises a change by tomorrow morning is probably lying.

Introduce your business and what you do there.
I am the managing director of Stuart Mobility Limited. We are an ability furniture company operating across mainland UK.
What challenge were you trying to address with Repeat Digital?
We needed help with online marketing. I was originally working with a larger company, but I was not very happy with them. I kept getting a different account manager and there was no consistency.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Repeat Digital handles all of our marketing. I used to try various others and print as well, but I found that what Repeat Digital does is sufficient in their own right. First, they looked at what I wanted to achieve and my targets.
Now, Repeat Digital are responsible for my Google ads, PPC campaigns, and marketing on Facebook. Their team also takes care of my SEO work on the website for my organic searches. They also provide me with a phone line of dedicated numbers so that they can track anything that is converted sales-wise. They are the whole package.
What is the team composition?
We work with two members of their team, Olly (Founder and Managing Director) and Kam (Head of Paid Media).
How did you come to work with Repeat Digital?
I met Olly locally at a networking event for businesses and he was there talking about what he did and what Repeat Digital did. I just got chatting to him, and it was the fact that he was very personable, and it was a human that was in front of me who talked to me about my business and got to know my business. He offered something completely different from what the big guys do.
How much have you invested in them?
On a monthly basis, it is about £1,500 GBP (approximately $2,000 USD). My budget is now double what it used to be, so they are working really well.
What is the status of this engagement?
We began working with them in 2017 and we are still working with them.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Apart from customers that come from word of mouth, I know that 90% of my customers are a result of Repeat Digital's marketing efforts. I can see an increase in my turnover, which has been increasing year over year. I know everything is working, and the more money I put into it, the more sales I get.
How did Repeat Digital perform from a project management standpoint?
I prefer very informal project management. We have monthly catch-up meetings to look at the budget for each platform and see if we have achieved our targets. We also look at conversions, phone call inquiries, and site visitors. We look to either increase the budgets, move them around, or keep them static. They will tell me which platforms are working better than others and then we adjust budgets accordingly.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Repeat Digital is very personable. They are not a massive company with lots of employees and a high turnover of staff. Olly has a small loyal team that has been with him for a long time.
They get to know you as a person in addition to knowing your company. They are also very local to me and before the pandemic, I could go and have meetings in person. It’s a more intimate relationship because of their size. It doesn’t deter from their expertise and skills, in fact, I think it enhances those.
Are there any areas they could improve?
No, not really. I have not had any complaints.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Give them a go. Don’t be put off that they are not some big corporate organization. You get value for money because of the relationship you will have with one of the Repeat Digital staff. You will get a better relationship because they don’t have the turnover. Give it a try and I don’t think anybody will be disappointed.

For what projects/services did your company hire Repeat Digital, and what were your goals?
To advertise through GoogleAds PPC. The goals were simply to bring in more business on an ongoing basis.
How did you select Repeat Digital and what were the deciding factors?
Having met Olly the director in the early days of Repeat Digital, it was clear his knowledge of and passion for the products [GoogleAds], was deep and showed experience. His dedication to clients, regardless of spend, also made me realise how hard Repeat Digital would work to enable my goals.
Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and campaigns.
From an initial proposal from Repeat, based on my business profile and goals, through to working on website changes to enable the GoogleAds campaign to be as productive as possible before starting, Repeat we showing that they would be making sure they were doing their best at every step.
How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
I have dealt with a few members of the Repeat Digital team, from the Managing Director himself, through to a few different and passionalte PPC executives.
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
Measurable outcomes are simple, they PPC campaign did, and continues to bring in new clients. Three of my largest repeat clients are all as a result of the campaigns Repeat Digital oversaw.
Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timelines.
Most communications with Repeat are though email or phone and they are always quick to respond. We also have intermittent face to face meetings to catch up and look at campaign modifications. They are constantly managing the account and looking at different approaches and have a very proactive approach.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
They tick all the boxes, great staff, local company to me, passionate and dedicated.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
None.
