What is the team composition?
We’ve worked with six people from Remote Team Solutions.
How did you come to work with Remote Team Solutions?
Remote Team Solutions reached out to our CEO. We decided that they were the best fit for us because of their cost-effectiveness and ability to accomplish the tasks we gave them.
How much have you invested with them?
We’ve spent somewhere between $25,000–$50,000 so far.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working together in January 2022, and the engagement is ongoing.

I don't have specific numbers, but we’ve seen a significant increase in our productivity and customer retention rates.
How did Remote Team Solutions perform from a project management standpoint?
Remote Team Solutions has worked well in terms of project management. They’re incredibly organized, reliable, and easy to work with.

Are there any areas they could improve?
I think sometimes the ramp-up times could be a little bit faster. But I wouldn't say I have much for them to improve on at all.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Make sure to utilize all the tools and resources that they have at their disposal and to take advantage of their on-point and sharp HR team that is there to make sure that productivity is good and high.

Recruitment Solutions for Real Estate Company

A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
We’re a co-living company based out of Kansas city that helps real estate investors invest in homes while we manage properties and provide a co-living situation for renters.
What challenge were you trying to address with Remote Team Solutions?
We hired Remote Team Solutions to help us recruit for a customer success manager role.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Remote Team Solutions was able to help us fill the customer success manager position. We initially had a meeting with Pedro (Founder & CEO), and we explained what we were looking for. In fact, we came up with the position together. Since our first project went well, we continue to work with their team. I’ve reached out to them last week about two other positions we need to fill.
What is the team composition?
We’re working with two people, but we collaborate primarily with Pedro and he handles the recruitment process and sets up the interviews for us.
How did you come to work with Remote Team Solutions?
Our CEO found Remote Team Solutions.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working together in February 2021, and it’s ongoing.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
For the customer success manager role, we had a few candidates who were interviewed who weren’t the right fit for the position we were looking for. When we had to narrow it down, Pedro helped us find exactly who we needed because we were very particular about the role. After so many candidates, he found the perfect one. Overall, we continue to work with him because he’s flexible and understanding.
How did Remote Team Solutions perform from a project management standpoint?
Our partnership has been very collaborative because their communication skills are always on point. On top of that, they’re very quick and efficient. We mainly communicate through email, and occasionally, we have Zoom meetings.
What did you find most impressive about them?
I worked with many recruiters in the past and I got frustrated when I didn’t like the first couple of candidates that came through. However, with Remote Team Solutions, it’s different — we trust their work because they’re responsive and knowledgeable.
Are there any areas they could improve?
I’m sure that they have areas where they could improve, but not with us. We’ve had a really great experience with their company.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Set up a Zoom meeting at the beginning of the project because it’ll be very difficult working remotely. Once you do that, you’ll get to know them more and what their company stands for. It will also help you set a precedent for what you’re looking for and what you need to achieve in your partnership. Overall, effective communication is the number one aspect that will ensure your success.

App & Web Development for Winery
“While we’ve been working with them for a short time, I’ve seen more results in 6 months than in the past 3 years.”
the reviewer
the review
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I am the CEO of a winery.
What challenge were you trying to address with Remote Team Solutions?
We were looking to grow our organization and see the brand grow to fruition. We needed to create a website that matched our branding and company identity.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Remote Team Solutions developed our website and provided marketing services. Their team assisted with our brand identity. The team coded our e-commerce shop, which then links to WineDirect, a wine warehouse and inventory software. They ensured reliable shipping tracking was in place for both our internal team and our customers since wine is a perishable item.
The Remote Team Solutions also created an app, which is essentially a miniature version of the website. The app allows users to track shipments, ask questions to our sommelier or winemaker, and allow for virtual tastings. Their team also helped us register our name and brand and create promotional videos. We are currently in the process of trademarking our brand and capturing photos for the website.
What is the team composition?
I currently work with four members of their team, including one developer, two marketing specialists, and a video specialist. I usually interface directly with Pedro (Founder & CEO) who connects me to the other four.
How did you come to work with Remote Team Solutions?
I knew of Pedro and Remote Team Solutions’ work. I knew by having a remote team I would get better documentation and a better product for a more reasonable price.
How much have you invested with them?
I have invested $27,000 so far.
What is the status of this engagement?
Our ongoing engagement began in July 2020.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
I am extremely satisfied so far. Remote Team Solutions is the one who pointed out to us that we didn’t have a trademark. They let me know that they could handle that for me and made a case for why it’s best to be prepared by having one. That demonstrated to me the extent to which they’re willing to look out for their customers.
How did Remote Team Solutions perform from a project management standpoint?
Their project management has been great. Despite the language barrier, they perform amazingly. While I speak Spanish, there are some specific words for items in the wine world that didn’t translate, but it’s never been an issue. I also appreciated that they created compartments for the project, so there were certain team members assigned to certain tasks instead of one person doing everything. We track our progress through Microsoft teams.
What did you find most impressive about them?
While we’ve been working with them for a short time, I’ve seen more results in 6 months than in the past 3 years. They performed well across the board.
Are there any areas they could improve?
No, everything has been perfect so far. Communication was a bit slow at the beginning, but I think that’s normal at the beginning of a project.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Rely on Pedro. He is the easiest way to communicate with the rest of their team.

the review
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the owner of Now Prop Preservation.
What challenge were you trying to address with Remote Team Solutions?
I needed people to process paperwork and manage our web portals.
What was the scope of their involvement?
The company manages foreclosed homes for banks. After I do work in the field, I need to submitted paperwork and photos to the bank. They handled that process.
What is the team composition?
I had one point of contact for the project. There are 10 people working on the project that I have contact with, but any changes or directions are relayed through one person.
How did you come to work with Remote Team Solutions?
I wanted a company that allowed us to build a training process for the outsourced workers in a certain way. They provided me with that service, which was great.
What is the status of this engagement?
They started working with us in May 2016 and the work is ongoing.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
They’ve been able to catch filing mistakes and streamline the process. Revenue has increased by 30–40% since I’ve been working with them. The staff is mostly consistent and they’re able to retain employees, which is great. Eventually, they get to the point where they don’t make a mistake.
How did Remote Team Solutions perform from a project management standpoint?
They’re great. Their team is punctual and asks questions when they don’t understand something. They go through all the stops to make sure it’s getting done the way you want it. They’ve been able to communicate and understand how I wanted things done for years.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Their communication is much better than others. The ability to personalize their work to watch your needs are is impressive compared to other companies that have more restrictions.
Are there any areas they could improve?
Not too much.

Data Entry, Processing and Invoicing for Real Estate company
“I have confidence in their ability to sustain our growth.”
the reviewer
the review
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the owner of Asset Services, Inc. We foreclose on distressed properties for banks.
What challenge were you trying to address with Remote Team Solutions?
We have a lot of data processing needs, since we service over 50,000 properties per year.
There’s information that needs to be transcribed to the banks once we complete our job, and the HR portion was a nightmare. We needed to outsource those tasks to improve our efficiency.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Initially, they provided data processing and data entry. When we service a property, we have to shore up a property condition report. There’s also a lot of photo documentation that needs to take place and those pieces need to be collected and sent to the client.
After showing competence with data entry, they were assigned to update the website, revise services performed, provide invoices, and bids on services as needed at the properties.
Eventually, we built out a bid team that provides all bids based on US cost standards and estimates.
Finally, we added a full invoicing team to complete 80-90 percent of our invoices. With 48,000-50,000 invoices a year, they need to be accurate and completed on time. They took over that portion seamlessly, and we haven’t had any major hiccups since.
What is the team composition?
My main point of contact is Maritza (Director, Remote Team Solutions), and there are three managers under her.
In terms of employees, we started out with one person, and now we have a team of 31 workers.
By the end of the year, we’ll add 10 more staff members with a separate office to manage a whole different portion of our business.
How did you come to work with Remote Team Solutions?
One of my clients connected me to the owner of Remote Team Solutions. I was hesitant at first, but I decided to give it a try. We started talking, and began working together from there.
How much have you invested with them?
Last year, we invested approximately $360,000. Our investment varies since we’re constantly scaling up our staffing needs. Next year, we expect to invest $450,000–$500,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
We began working together in October 2013, and our engagement is ongoing.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Overall, my H.R. cost has been cut in half, since I don’t have to deal with the office cost, the HR portion, and federal taxes. It’s minimized my internal costs, because my accounting team has been downsized. I don’t deal personally with day-to-day operational matters anymore either, and I only really reach out when we need more staff members. I have confidence in their ability to sustain our growth. Additionally, I’m able to pay my internal workers in the field significantly higher because my cost savings have been higher.
How did Remote Team Solutions perform from a project management standpoint?
Their system is much better than what I had previously and there’s been very few issues. When we do miss a milestone, it makes no difference to me, since I’ve managed so many projects over the years, and I'm used to it. The team always hits their numbers and they’re up to par, if not better, with the company’s past performance.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Their overall performance is much better than other companies I’ve worked with. We’ve built a solid business relationship and their work ethic is phenomenal. Whenever I offer them days off, when things are slow around the holidays, they always opt to work instead. I’ve never paid an overtime bill, even though I should have. It’s part of the “whole package” service I opted for; when I need something completed, it’s always finished by the deadline.
Are there any areas they could improve?
No, not really. Sometimes we have a few discrepancies in measurements since they’re working on the metric system, but they’re usually fixed immediately.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
My advice is to be detailed with expectations, to prevent issues. Communication is always key.

Developer Recruitment Services for Marketing Agency

the review
The client submitted this review online.
Please describe your company and your position there.
I am the VP of Technology at a marketing agency.
For what projects/services did your company hire Remote Team Solutions, and what were your goals?
We hired them to help us find a remote full-time developer.
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
They reached out to us at the right time, we were in the middle of looking for a new developer to hire and our existing company did not have any talent available to us.
Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.
We had a kickoff meeting where they reviewed information about the company, all of the services they provide, and I was impressed by the level of detail that they went into in regard to the environment they supply for their workers (down to the wall paint color that had been researched to determine the best colors by department).
How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
We worked with a handful of folks. Our main contact was the one who went over the initial presentation with us and facilitated contact with other departments (HR, IT, etc.) Now that we have made our hire, we work with our developer daily.
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
Since our new developer hire we have been able to fit in more project work without overloading our existing development team. It has been hugely helpful.
Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.
The whole team has been very responsive throughout the project and continue to check in with us weekly to make sure we are satisfied with our hire.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
They have much more to offer than IT-related services. It is difficult to get equipment to remote workers and they handle all of that for us, included in the overall price that we paid.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
Not really. It did take some time for them to send us a list of hires, but understandably. They went through a thorough vetting process, including a test that we have our developers complete (which takes time). In the end, we hired very quickly compared to other companies we had used in the past, since we hired the first person we interviewed. We appreciated their thoroughness very much.

I am the CEO of Latchel, a B2B software company that helps U.S. property management companies run more efficient maintenance operations.
For what projects/services did your company hire Remote Team Solutions?
Our company is growing rapidly and RTS has helped us build recruiting channels and hiring processes to grow our remote staff in Mexico. Our team size has 4x'd in less than a year.
How did you select this firm and what were the deciding factors?
RTS has strong recruiting processes for sourcing and delivering talent to our managers. They staff and cover multiple different roles within our company and deliver candidates with high conversion rates to hire and success inside of Latchel.
Describe the project in detail and walk through their service package.
They set up recruiting pipelines, JDs, and job boards for attracting talent in Mexico. They run the initial screening and testing of candidates before passing them to our internal interview team. Candidates arrive highly prepared and qualified for an interview with us.
How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
We have a central point of contact, and then have supporting team members when needed. Their team is incredibly responsive and I've even had facetime with their CEO ass we've grown the relationship.
Can you share any outcomes from the engagement that demonstrate progress or success?
We hire at least 2-3 candidates per month through RTS's efforts and these candidates have higher retention and success rates at Latchel than those candidates coming from other channels.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
Very seamless. We primarily work via email and slack and their communication is fully integrated with our existing hiring processes.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
They dived deep to understand our culture, candidate requirements, and the candidate profiles most likely to succeed. They continue to work with us to perfect our recruiting process.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
We will continue working with RTS in an ongoing basis. As our company matures we will likely expand our recruiting to other roles including technology and engineering, however, this has been out of scope for now.

Please describe your company and your position there.
I am an immigration attorney with a small law office in the San Francisco Bay Area, California. My caseload includes mainly removal defense, family petitions, and appeals.
For what projects/services did your company hire Remote Team Solutions?
I hired an executive assistant through Remote Team Solutions.
What were your goals for this project?
An assistant to help with and organize information related to client relations management, legal case work, and translations.
How did you select Remote Team Solutions?
As my business started growing, I began looking for assistants. I had very specific requirements given my clientele. The assistant needed to be bilingual. Further, the assistant needed to be able to connect and talk to people over the telephone.
Given my work schedule in addition to COVID-19, I was looking for remote assistant options. Looking for an assistant in Mexico seemed logical. I selected Remote Team Solutions because of primarily the high quality of executive assistants.
The work environment within Remote Team Solutions seems collegial and pleasant and it has been a pleasure to work with them. The customer service has also been top notch.
Describe the project in detail.
The executive assistant receives all inbound phone calls. She conducts intakes, and organizes and manages existing client relations. She helps with calendering client meetings, court dates, and legal work deadlines. She takes client declarations, does translations, and helps clients fill out immigration forms.
What was the team composition?
It is only me and the executive assistant.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
My office is much more organized than it was before the executive assistant began with me. My client relations management is much more professional and organized. She has helped transfer a huge stress from me, allowing me to focus on the legal work I was hired by the clients to do.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
The executive assistant and Remote Team Solutions have had excellent, reasonable, and competent communication throughout the entire process.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
The high quality of executive assistants.
Are there any areas for improvement?
Although I understand the value of constructive criticism, I honestly have no complaints or thoughts of improvement. Pedro seems to have everything well thought out and under control.

The client submitted this review online.
Please describe your company and your position there.
We are an IT company that offers clients offshore IT resources for ERP implementation projects.
For what projects/services did your company hire Remote Team Solutions?
We needed help with a personal assistant that could help us coordinating meetings with clients, resources and provide assistance with management activities. We initiated with personal assistance but we are currently working with Remote Team Solutions to extend their services to HR.
What were your goals for this engagement?
We were looking for professional services at a lower cost.
How did you select Remote Team Solutions?
We looked at different companies but Remote Team Solutions offered the lower cost and was able to get great referrals. Most of other firms were at different time zones, we were looking for a firm that would be able to work at the same time zone as our clients.
Describe the engagement in detail.
They send us multiple resumes for the position, after selecting the ones we were more interested on we moved to the interviews on the phone.
We had two rounds of interviews after selecting the final candidate, all candidates seems to be really good which made it hard to select the final one but it also gave us more confidence of the capabilities of Remote Team Solutions.
What was the team composition?
Initially I had a conversation with the CEO and assigned a account lead that provided the guidance during the entire process.
Can you share any outcomes from the engagement that demonstrate progress or success?
Our assistant has great communication skills which have facilitated our communication and coordination with our clients. She also helps us with our onboarding activities for new resources and any activities with our offshore team giving us more time to focus on our projects.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
Communication was always effective and all activities delivered on time. We initiated with 2 meetings per week and some additional follow ups. We currently have a meeting a month to review resource performance and any potential resources for our projects.
What did you find most impressive about this vendor?
I was particularly impressed with the great variety of resumes and profiles that were presented to us and the way all the process was executed which made it really easy and fast to find the right resource. The cost was definitely a factor that made us select this vendor.
Are there any areas for improvement?
We have been with Remote Team Solutions just for a few months, but so far, everything has been great.
Remote Team Solutions' work has driven significant increases in the client's productivity and customer retention rates. Organized and reliable, they continue to provide timely, high-quality support and are incredibly easy to work with. Their effective communication and personable approach stand out.
