The spices, flavour and vibrance of Rajasthani food are no less than a paradise for any foodie. It is a perfect blend of tradition and taste which is a result of an ever-evolving culture of preparing food while staying connected to the roots.
This rich and diverse culture of Rajasthan is exactly what we wanted to showcase for our packaging design for Jiwan Foods' Namkeen snack line. We used traditional Rajasthani elements in juxtaposition with modern-looking line art. It has a targeted effect of showcasing heritage as well as appealing to the modern customer looking for a premium snack.

For what projects/services did your company hire Remark, and what were your goals?
Trucknetic is here to redefine the trucking. Most of the part of this happens over our Trucknetic carrier App. Team Remark helped us put together explainer information in the form of an engaging video. The Video was crafted in multiple languages to serve different country regions.
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
We met Remark through a reference, who put in a lot of good work for the time. Remark has a creative aura around the web and we were highly impressed with the agency credentials. It was all smooth post the first meeting with the Founder and the team, which helped us believe them with the project.

They started with a discovery meet with the stakeholders to understand the requirements better. The timeline was crafted post then on the brand dashboard which the Remark team provided us on the day of onboaring.
We moved on to the scripting part, then Voiceover and mixing, and then presented with the first draft. We were totally involved in the process and everything went ahead post our approval. Remark helped us with the trails of revisions post the first draft video.
Who did you work with and what was the feedback process like?
Team included - Account Manager, Illustrator, Animator, Content Writer, Sound Assistant and Voice Over Artist.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
The videos did significantly good on all the platforms, and it served the purpose.
Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.
The communication was quite smooth as the team was available whenever we had queries or suggestions. Feedback was taken positively. Overall it was very transparent.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
They were an excellent mix of content, design, and strategy team. The most impressive thing I found was they always heard the feedback and gave us more ideas and suggestions that ultimately made the video look good.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
The time slot of the revision got a bit extended, maybe a void could be easily filled by a highly talented team.

Introduce your business and what you do there.
During the time of this project, I was the co-founder of B2Bazaar, a B2B sourcing platform that’s specifically curated for the IT industry.
What challenge were you trying to address with Remark?
We had a vision of catering to small businesses, and we partnered with Remark to rebrand our company.
What was the scope of their involvement?
We began the project with several brainstorming sessions. Remark’s CEO was present during those meetings, and we discussed the directions we could take with the brand. We then set the standards and premises for the upcoming deliverables and established a delivery calendar.
Remark created a brand identity for our company and tailored our collateral and stationery. They showed us how to play with colors to achieve a cleaner aesthetic, target audiences better, and retain relevance in the market. They delivered a new logo and creative assets for our social media as well. We also asked them to create a pitch deck that we could use to impress investors. For that, we provided all of the content, and they worked on the themes and designs.Â
What is the team composition?
They assigned 2–3 designers to the project along with an account manager, who was constantly in touch with me. Their CEO, on the other hand, handled the bigger decisions.Â
How did you come to work with Remark?
I was referred to them by a common connection who knew how good their work was. I checked out their Instagram portfolio, and I really liked the out-of-the-box concepts that they had. I connected with them, and they shared their Behance portfolio and other relevant works.Â
I was initially a little skeptical since they were more into the B2C space and had only done 2–3 B2B projects. However, their portfolios showed their caliber and expertise in relatable branding. I felt that they could do the rebranding I wanted for the company, so we moved forward from there.
How much have you invested with them?
The money spent was under $1,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
We were connected with them in August 2021, and we worked together for one month. We took over after they finished the work.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
The brand Remark created still holds to this day. The designs were on point and impactful and allowed our company — which was just starting out at the time — to enter the market with a strong identity. Investors really aligned with our concept just from having seen the pitch deck and brand information alone.Â
I’m really satisfied with their work and would give them five out of five stars. My co-founder initially had a difference in opinion, but once Remark understood what we were expecting, they were fluid enough to adjust and complete the work on time.Â
How did Remark perform from a project management standpoint?
They were really professional. I wanted a lot of flexibility, and they provided that. There was a proper systematic approach from their end, and everything was delivered on time.Â
I hadn’t worked with an advertising or marketing agency prior to this project, so I was a little skeptical that we could only make a limited number of corrections on any design. However, I later figured out that the way Remark managed the project actually helped out a lot. Had I asked them to redo certain designs over and over, the other deliverables would’ve been delayed.Â
We kept track of things through email, and we had a WhatsApp group where the designers got involved in discussions and provided suggestions and feedback.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They’re a youthful team that’s full of creative ideas. They showed a lot of professionalism and experience as well, which was a pleasant surprise to me. I was only looking to these young minds for out-of-the-box ideas, but I was really impressed with the level of professionalism that they brought with them.
Are there any areas they could improve?
No, I have no constructive feedback for them. They had a small team when we were working together, and I suggest they continue expanding it in order to confidently take on bigger scopes.Â
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Remark puts an emphasis on making sure that clients are in the most comfortable zone., so focus on the initial meetings. It will allow you to get to know each other before you get into the actual brainstorming, and it will set the context for the upcoming deliverables.
