I’m the accounting manager at a real estate and property management firm.
What challenge were you trying to address with Rely On IT, Inc.?
We needed ongoing IT help. We didn’t have very good help with the people we found before.
What was the scope of their involvement?
They provide server maintenance, daily network configuration, answering IT questions, and general computer support. The team ordered all new computers for us and set them up for us, so they totally managed all of that.

My advice is to take advantage of their online chat. We didn’t do that at first, and always thought we had to call. Their online representatives are helpful and resolve our answers very well.
