We engaged with a consultant who brought forth three companies for this project. After extensive interviews with each company, we decided to go with Reliable Technology Services, Inc because they had the best interview.

We’ve spent around $500,000.

We started working with them in October 2020, and our engagement is still ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We’ve noticed a significant improvement in our network speed, and they’ve upgraded our hardware systems, specifically our laptops, to keep in step with the continuous growth of our business.

Also, we’ve conducted an internal survey to get feedback on our improved system; the results have been very positive.

How did Reliable Technology Services, Inc. perform from a project management standpoint?

They’ve managed the project very well. They know what they’re doing, are good at troubleshooting, and communicate everything that they do ahead of time — there haven’t been any surprises.

Their team has also implemented a ticketing system, which we have full access to and gives us full visibility of every task. Communication is done mainly through phone calls and bi-weekly, in-person meetings to go over any issues.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their strongest point is their customer service. We really appreciate Jason for taking the lead on what we’re doing, which just goes to show how dedicated he is to the work, his people, and company.

Are there any areas they could improve on?

They can do a faster job of learning our business culture, but we can’t hold them entirely accountable for that because it may be our fault as well.

Just be clear and concise about what your needs are.

What challenge were you trying to address with Reliable Technology Services, Inc.?

We had a cyber attack, and our old firm didn’t know how to handle it. The cybercriminals were able to get to our data.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Reliable Technology Services immediately took to action. They protected our data and evaluated our network. Then, they made the necessary upgrades and changes to put our information into the cloud to a much safer environment and enable us to work from home when we needed it.

They installed better malware defense software and changed our data from our local server. The team moved us to Microsoft Office 365, putting our email and open files on the cloud. Overall, we’ve worked with them to protect our data better and make the system easier to use.

I work with around 10 people — there are three lawyers, four legal assistants, and three support technicians. The rest of the people in our office have worked with them to get their individual workstations running.

We’ve spent around $35,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We began working with them in April 2021, and they continue to monitor our IT systems, including our workstations, data, and cloud operations to ensure that we’re always secure.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The problems caused by the former IT firm were pretty significant, and they fixed them without any breach of data. They restored the data we had lost and got us to a better environment in a timely manner. Not only did they reach the goal we had in the beginning, but they far exceeded it.

Moreover, their support is ongoing, and they’re always very responsible. Reliable Technology Services is responsive to our needs, and their solutions are well-thought-out and helpful.

How did Reliable Technology Services, Inc. perform from a project management standpoint?

They’ve taken care of all our needs, and they’ve done them on a cost-effective basis. We use MS Teams to meet. We’ve used emails, but now we mainly communicate via phone and video calls. They usually respond immediately — there isn’t even a five-minute wait.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They know a lot more about the current environment and threats to networks. They can protect us against future problems and reestablish our data without any issues at all.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, they know exactly what they’re doing. They fixed our problem and helped us deal with the investigators at the insurance company to understand what had happened — their team was just outstanding.

You should hire them. They’re cost-effective and phenomenal at their job.

How did you select Reliable Technology Services, Inc. and what were the deciding factors?

We were introduced to Reliable as a 3rd party vendor and were so impressed with their approach to business that at the end of our contract term we opted to hire them directly to manage all our ongoing IT needs.

We have a data intensive business with offices in 3 countries, and a need for secure storage of client information as well as secure access to the files for employees in all locations. Reliable has been amazing with their attention to detail, their ability to handle urgent needs, and especially their care of prevent interuptions in our operations. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

As the office manager, I regularly dodge calls from vendors due to sales tactics; but I never have to do that with Jason and Melinda and their team. They never waste my time and are always making my work easier.

Jason, who is the founder and CEO, touches base at least once a quarter. Our trouble tickets are processed via an online system, and normally assigned to Tim, Nick, or Comfort. They are all professional and work together to back each other up and solve things in as timely a manner as possible. Melinda is absolutely wonderful with regard to any billing questions or administrative details.

The fact that I know them all personally is indicative of the character of this business. If you have any sort of specialized needs, this is the place to go as they do not try to put a business into a one-sized fits all model, but instead truly address the specifics.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

When the pandemic hit and we had to work from home, it took less than 15 minutes of time for us to implement a strategy to move to working from home. We did not lose a single moment of being able to handle business in transitioning to remote working.

We left work one day, and the next everyone was able to log in, on time, from home and access everything needed to perform our jobs.

It's amazing how on-top of things they are.They manage to do a great job of making the urgent things urgent and accomplishing the important things on time.

I honestly can't think of any. They really keep communication lines open so they are constantly refining and making everything right as quickly as possible.

We engaged Reliable for the provision and management of remote Windows servers to host our Accounting software in accommodation to our various user platforms and OS.

Reliable has helped us manage some pain points with our software provider that leave us hanging from time to time. Reliable has given us peace of mind that the aspects of the physical software management they control are going to be taken care of so we can focus on other things that are critical to our operation.

They have been great with communication. Always responsive and turning around a resolution to any need we have.

The team's flexibility and adaptability to our needs have been impressive throughout the workflow. Having a nice streamline solution at a very competitive price point has made it a very comfortable journey.

I am the IT Manager of LIFE Outreach International, a non-profit organization.

Our network infrastructure and equipment were outdated. The slow network speeds and outdated technology made it difficult to grow. We hired Reliable Technology to help design and implement the new network infrastructure and equipment allowing us to grow as an organization.

First, the team at Reliable Technology got a sense of the project's scope and requirements. Next, the team worked on a solid plan to implement the new plan and equipment with minimal downtime. Although the project is still ongoing, we have already seen an increase in network speed and continuity.

With the integration of new network equipment and simplified network infrastructure, we have seen our network speed double from our previous speed.

Working with the Reliable Technology team is seamless. They operate within our team as if they were an extension of our staff.

They have taken the time to understand our network in great detail. This effort allowed them to correct some of the network flaws as well as implement new ideas and technologies effortlessly with very little downtime.

Having this Managed IT services has saved us time and money based on the company we had prior to going with Reliable. Response time is great.

I have no reason to believe anything could have been better than the service we received.

If there are issues with our computers, they come in and get our systems back up and running. They're also in charge of the bulk of our software installation, and they've helped us with our two systems. The team runs everything on one system, and they do remote work, too

We’ve been working with them for a long time, and we’ve always been satisfied with their work. We also consider them our friends. They usually get us up and running again as quickly as we hope to because when our computers are down, our company stops.

How did Reliable Technology Services perform from a project management standpoint?

They’re very responsive. If something can’t be handled remotely, they come out quickly to help us, which has been invaluable. Overall, things have been fine, and they make sure to speed things up on things we need to accomplish. We usually communicate through email or phone calls – whatever is the quickest.

What did you find most impressive about them?

We have the same aggressive attitude towards work and attention to detail when getting work done.

As far as work goes, I can’t find anything they can do differently.

They do a good job communicating on their own. Don’t be afraid to pick up the phone and call someone if you need something in a hurry.

Our company had outdated, unreliable technology solutions with little to no antivirus monitoring or security. RSI revamped the entire system, put appropriate AV and security inlace as well as ongoing maintenance and trouble shooting.
