For what projects/services did your company hire Relates Media, and what were your goals?
We hired Relates Media to handle Email Marketing for our company. The goal is to send newsletters monthly to our subscribed audiences.
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
Relates Media came to pitch their Email Marketing services to us and we saw they have been working on few project relating to Email marketing

Once we accepted Relates Media to take over our email marketing campaigns. We shared our Monthly goals with them. They then took note of those goals, which is what they use to form the monthly newsletter they send to our audiences. We already have an email marketing platform setup already, all they had to do was to engage the platform to carry out their work

The email marketing campaign is successful. Our audience are engaged, we get some replies back from the monthly newsletter been sent out. Our open rate has increased over 30% also.
