95% of the time things work great. The 5% of the time that we run into bugs, it’s normal. Jeff is always great about working with us to fix those minor things.
How did Refine Your Website perform from a project management standpoint?
They’re really responsive. We can always track him down by phone or text message, and he’s quick to respond. Jeff isn’t the kind of person to bombard you with messages several times a day; he’ll communicate exactly what you need.
What did you find most impressive about them?
We can always trust Jeff to get the job done. He’ll get things done within the agreed-upon budget. There are never any surprises.
Are there any areas they could improve?
They have a system where you can go online and check the status of everything yourself, but I prefer someone sending me those updates weekly. It’s really just a personal preference since some more tech-savvy people might not like to be contacted weekly.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
My advice is to be very clear about what you want. The hard part is asking the questions since you might not know what to ask sometimes. Assumptions are never a good way to go. A site will only do what you want if you ask them to.
