Key clients: IKEA, AB InBev, TELE2, Danfoss, RetractableAwnings.com, Jameson, Fly.

Our Approach:

Product

Every project is led by an experienced product manager, an agency partner. They combine areas of expertise in marketing, design and technology. This explains why you will already have a brief strategy plan, budget estimates and fresh insights after the first meeting.

Design

Over the last 9 years we have created our own processes and methodology for design production. Our clients' projects have become the best in their industries and have been launched on time. Our agency is a consistent winner of many professional awards every year.

Technology

In order to launch our customized products efficiently we have created a team of developers and designers that literally work side by side. Modern, scalable technologies, such as Python, React, Vue and React Native, are at the core of our solutions.

Get in touch and we will ask the right questions, discuss the possibilities and make a success-oriented action plan for your business.

AB Inbev. Intranet for purchase automation

https://redis.agency/inbev

We’ve assisted procurement teams of 10 European countries in cutting down the expenses for the procurement of promo-materials.

AB Inbev is the world largest beer producer with a yearly turnover of 55 billion USD. The company’s products are sold in 150 countries while there are company offices in 50. We worked with their headquarters in Belgium.

Shapiro Auction House

https://redis.agency/shapiro

We created a website for a New York auction house. Now the auctioneers are able to easily publish lots and accept bids online.

Shapiro Auctions is an auction house located in the Upper East Side in New York City. There, world-renowned works of art are sold for hundreds of thousands of dollars.

IKEA. New ideas for gifts

https://redis.agency/ikea

Together with Instinct we added a little bit of magic to everyday things: we developed a genuine holiday project for IKEA.

IKEA thinks through all the details of its work, tries to be user-friendly, and 100% understandable. The digital brand should replicate that.

Boris Ignatovich. Innovator.

https://redis.agency/ignatovich

This is an immense and highly significant project for our studio. We dove into the world and history of classical Soviet photography and built a digital museum dedicated to the outstanding Soviet photographer and innovator, Boris Ignatovich.

BACKGROUND

Please describe your company and your position there.

I am the vice president of sales and digital marketing for RetractableAwnings.com. We ship high-quality retractable sun, wind, rain, snow, and bug protection systems.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

For what projects/services did your company hire Redis?

Our website required custom coding. We also needed someone to develop a CMS for us.

What were your goals for this project?

Our goal was to have a responsive, clean, and custom-coded website with UX/UI features that would allow for future updates and alterations. We wanted the system to let us make changes to pictures, videos, and PDF files.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor?

We considered five developers both in and outside of the US. We chose Redis because of their reputation, experiences, awards, and dedication to their work.

Can you go into detail about the services they provided and the scope of the project?

They created a custom-code for our website, using Python programming. They created a unique CMS for us. We provided our design files to Redis, and they made minor changes for responsiveness.

What was the team composition?

We worked with a frontend developer, backend developer, technical director, product manager, and the CEO.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

The bounce rate on the site has decreased. Also, existing clients and new users have complimented the updated design. The site is more user-friendly, helping users find items easily.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

We used Asana and Google Sheets to manage the project. There was no language barrier because the product manager set up Google Sheets in English and Russian so that both teams could understand.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Redis took the time to completely understand our project’s needs, and they had outstanding attention to detail. Everything was completed on time and in an organized fashion.

Are there any areas where they can improve?

Receiving quotes for coding updates on a quicker basis would be helpful. If they could code items as needed, rather than in larger groups, it would be beneficial for SEO purposes.

Feedback summary:

Redis did an excellent job of migrating a large amount of data onto a user-friendly and much more visually appealing platform. The new site has been well received both internally as well as by site visitors and clients. Their organized, detail-oriented approach sets them apart.

BACKGROUND

Introduce your business and what you do there.

I'm the art director and photographer for an auction house based in New York City. We specialize in a wide range of fine and decorative art from various regions, including Russia, Europe, America, and Asia.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with Redis?

We needed to update and redesign our website to stay relevant in the current digital climate. We wanted a more modern, image-heavy version of our site that was both attractive and that would effectively serve as an auction record for our online catalogs.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Redis redesigned and developed our website, migrating all of our data onto a Python platform on an AWS server.

What is the team composition?

We worked with four main people, who communicated to others on their team as needed.

How did you come to work with Redis?

I had researched other vendors, but Redis stood out for their media-heavy work. Since we were looking to showcase our artwork, we liked the previous type of design work Redis had done. It was also nice to deal with a vendor familiar with Russian customers, since Russian art is one of our specialties.

How much have you invested with them?

We invested $50,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with them around the Fall of 2016 and completed the site by May 2018. It took a long time, because there was a lot of back and forth on our end and we also have a small staff.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

I'm blown away by their work every day. They took on a huge, complex task and streamlined all our data. Immediately after launching the site, we started receiving a tremendous amount of positive feedback. They've built the site in such a way that makes it easy for our staff to manage in the long term.

How did Redis perform from a project management standpoint?

They were great about staying in touch with us throughout the engagement, responding quickly to emails and organizing project tasks through Asana. Once we got close to the final phase of the project, we connected through Skype quite often.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their attention to detail sets them apart.
